Magalie (7/5): - L'appartement très spacieux et agréable. A l'arrivée nous avons retrouver de la vaisselle sale dans le lave-vaisselle. Il manque des tasse a thé et des bolles pour le petit déjeuner. Sous le canapé il y avait encore des petits bouteilles de boisson des occupants avant nous .
Sabrina (10/5): bon séjour - Literie confortable, endroit très chaleureux très bien décoré . le personnel sur place a été adorable. La propreté dans les appartements laisse à désirer, la vaisselle mal nettoyé ampoule dans les appartements qui ne fonctionne pas. Chaise cassée,
Michaela (2/5): Für den nächsten Aufenthalt in Hofsgrund werden wir auf keinen Fall mehr in Sky lodges buchen. - Lage super! Das Appartement Haus ist sehr lieblos gestaltet. Minispielplatz mit Bauschutt. Rasen mit Klee 25 cm hoch. Für 10 Ferienwohnungen 1 Tisch mit 6 Stühlen im Garten, ohne Sonnenschutz. Unsere Ferienwohnung Bobbele war sehr unsauber. Böden, Kühlschrank, Bad usw. nicht geputzt. Duschwand fehlte!!! Das angeforderte Nachputzen war in 30 Minuten erledigt. Eine Frechheit! Der Vermieter hüllte sich in Stillschweigen.

Gisel Alejandra (4/5): Decepción - El lugar es moderno y cómodo. Tiene bonitas vistas. Tuvimos un problema con la ducha (estaba tapada lo que provocaba inundación en el baño) y el anfitrión mostró poco interés en resolverlo, de hecho tardó 5 días en enviar a alguien. En general, no respondía los mensajes y se mostró muy desinteresado. Además, entró sin avisarnos al alojamiento a dejar ítems que faltaban mientras no estábamos, lo cual es totalmente inaceptable. Por último, no está ubicado en Oberried como anuncian.

Lionel (8/5): - Appartements très agréables. Vastes et lumineux. Au calme. face aux pistes de ski et départ de nombreuses randonnées à proximité. Petit malentendu sur le paiement de la taxe de séjour. la démarche ne m'a pas paru très claire, mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre.

G.P.S. (4/5): Schönes Appartement, aber sonst ist in jedem Bereich noch ganz viel Luft nach Oben. - Grosses Appartement mit Selbstversorgung. Stylvoll eingerichtet an ruhiger Lage. Da uns der Name des Appartements nicht mitgeteilt worden war musste ich alle 10 möglichen codes bei den 10 Boxen eingeben. Als ich meine Box endlich gefunden hatte war kein Schlüssel im Depot,da die Reinigungskraft um 15 Uhr noch am putzen war. Besitzer nicht erreichbar beim einchecken. Das ganze Appartement war nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Schmutzige Toilette (angesammeltete alte Urin und Kotflecken) mit 1 Papierrolle ( 3 Pers. 3 Nächte...), schmutziger Kühlschrank, dreckige Pfannen, schmutziger Esstisch, Papier auf dem Boden, Weder Klimaanlage noch Deckenventilator vorhanden und die defekte Schlafzimmerschalousine liess sich nicht hochziehen bei Hochsommertemperaturen ( Nachts ca. 35 Grad im Zimmer). Bettwäsche für 3.Person fehlte. Kein Gefrierfach Kühlschrank schliesst schlecht. Gemüseschublade gespalten. Treppenabschlussleiste lose. Balkontischmass passt überhaupt nicht auf den Balkon für 3 Personen. Unbequeme Stühle. Keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Versprochene Hygieneartikel bestand aus : 1 Seifenspender !!! Alte Bratpfannen in denen Alles kleben bleibt. Falsche Deklarierung auf Booking.com.: Sämtliche Vergnügungsartikel (CD, Brett-Spiele, Musik)Waschmaschine +Wäschetrockner befinden sich nicht im Appartement, sondern 2 Stockwerke weiter unten und sind Allgemeingut. (Waschmaschine immer besetzt). Fernseher nur mit Deutschen und Französischen Sender. Schlechte Isolation,man hört jeden Schritt ( und das von Unten!!) Kurtaxe bezahlt, Gratiskarte für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel Fehlanzeige. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Kirchzarten (7km. entfernt)
