- Valérie (5/5): - Le mépris du personnel à l’accueil. Sachez que quand vous réservez avec Booking une chambre à 190 € la nuit c’est un tarif économique. Ce qui vous donne le droit à une chambre avec vue sur une terrasse non accessible et un mur. Vu que l’établissement n’était pas complet, nous avons demandé à avoir une autre chambre. Puisque les trois quarts des volets étaient fermés et qu’il y avait très peu de clients, mais le personnel de l’accueil nous a bien fait, comprendre que nous avions réservé à un tarif économique pour ces 2 nuits et a refusé ce changement. Je réserve toujours par Booking quand je pars en Italie, et je n’ai jamais eu cet accueil. Nulle part. Bravo pour un hôtel quatre étoiles.

- Rayan (5/5): Bon hôtel mais ne vaut pas 4 étoiles - La situation géographique est vraiment bonne. Les chambres sont également très spacieuse et les lits sont de très bonne qualité. Finalement, le personnel a été vraiment sympathique avec nous. La connexion wifi était désastreuse globalement donc vraiment pas top surtout dans une région où la connexion internet avec l'opérateur téléphonique est également mauvaise. Finalement, le petit déjeuner était tout simplement catastrophique pour un établissement 4 étoiles... Je déconseille vivement de déjeuner à l'hôtel.

Privat parkering mod betaling hvor der er lukket af og overvågning. Man kunne ikke se solnedgang fra taget ved poolen fordi den lukker kl. 19:30 selvom vi spurgte om det var muligt, burde være noget de gør med den beliggenhed. På stranden er der kæmpe reklame med strandstole med deres navn på, men vi skulle betale det samme som alle andre selvom med et dyrt hotel. Morgenmad buffeten var ikke helt spændende.

- Ulrike (8/5): Top Location - Ein sehr nettes Hotel in perfekter Lage, mit hervorragendem Restaurant! Außergewöhnlich ist die Tatsache, dass beinahe die gesamte Speisekarte auch den ganzen Tag über im dazugehörigen Beach Restaurant angeboten wird. Zimmer sehr sauber, Service und des Personals auch an der Rezeption perfekt. Service im Restaurant mehr als aufmerksam und absolut perfetto! Die Weinkarte ist sehr gut bestückt, da würde ich lediglich etwas mehr investieren als nur 3 dünne, zerknitterte und zusammen geklammerte A4 Blätter... 🤔🤔🤔😢 Absolut nicht zeitgemäß ist eine Badehauben Pflicht am Pool, ebenso dass es dort keine Handtücher gibt.... Die Liegen 7nd der Schirm haben am hoteleigenen Strand einen etwas hohen Preis... Aber es ist jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

- Philaé (7/5): - L’emplacement est vraiment top et l’extérieur est très joli. La vue depuis la chambre était assez bien. Au vu du prix de la chambre, cette dernière n’était pas satisfaisante.

Colazione a buffet non all'altezza del resto e sotto la media di ciò che ci si aspetta per un hotel di questo tipo. Mi ha lasciato perplesso il costo della spiaggia "convenzionata": 50€ al giorno per lettini + ombrellone, quando 30m in parte c'è una spiaggia che offre sempre 2 lettini e ombrellone a 30€ al giorno. Che convenzione sarebbe se pago di più (quasi il doppio!) di una spiaggia adiacente?
- Simona (5/5): Diffidare da foto e descrizioni!! Una presa in giro - Ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale standard che avrebbe dovuto affacciare sul cortile interno come da descrizione dettagliata della camera su booking e secondo le 22 foto presenti per quella tipologia di stanza (tutte con porta finestra e luminose). Ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza con un solo finestrone in alto che dava su un pavimento di cemento, praticamente con pochissima luce e senza la possibilità di vedere fuori. Alla reception una signora bionda ci ha detto che per camera che affaccia su cortile esterno in albergo intendono che affaccia su "una corte"... facendole notare che non avevamo di fronte una corte ma il muro lei ha replicato che era chiaramente una corte. Vi lascio giudicare dalla foto. Per il prezzo pagato è assurdo ricevere un trattamento del genere, una presa in giro.

Hotel should be renovated and breakfast has such a big room for improvement wouldn’t suggest as good val - Location was good + they have parking spot available (25€ per night) Breakfast was very bad. Room was old - didn’t ask for sea view but the glass door/ window was facing an accessible shared area very weird (?). AC was making big noise.

- Lucy (5/5): Poor value for money - Location was perfect. Pool and roof top bar were lovely. The room was not worth the .£220/night price tag (plus city fee) it was very small, dark and pokey and the “courtyard view” wasn’t a view at all you could hardly see through the window. Photo attached. There wasn’t even a kettle to make a drink or an iron which in a 4 star you would expect to be able to make a drink as a minimum!!! We had running water outside of the window onto the court yard all night, the first night it was that bad we thought it was raining! The reception never told us about the pool let alone the opening times of the pool and bar or that you needed to wear a cap in the pool and take your own towels or pay 5 euro per person. Overall poor value for money and definitely not a 4 star!!!
