We chose this location for its proximity to Pickwick & Frolic for a show. I could have used better lighting in the hallways - but just a little.

- Dana (10/5): Our stay was perfect…truly a 5 star experience!! - We had the most WONDERFUL stay at the Fidelity Hotel!! The decor was so gorgeous, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The location was perfect, and very central to everything Cleveland has to offer. Most importantly the staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! Quentin the valet was welcoming and super sweet! Reese at the front desk was the best! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and super helpful with all of our questions. And Justine, our lovely server in the restaurant made our night. She was just awesome, providing excellent service and recommendations…and the food was absolutely delicious!! 5 star experience all around!!! Nothing…it was perfect!

- Cathy (9/5): This hotel was a wonderful place to stay for a short week. - It is a beautiful historic building. The staff I encountered were upbeat, friendly, and quite helpful. The room was a bit small, but there is only one of me. The bed was super comfortable and I slept like a log. The bathroom was beautifully appointed and there was plenty of room for my toiletries. There was only one minor inconvenience. There are not enough USB ports in the room. I needed 4 and only 2 are near the bed. But, if forwarded, it is easily solvable.

- Hector (9/5): Classic, gorgeous hotel in a great location. - Good location downtown, close to the stadium, casino, bars, convention center, Lake, restaurants, and coffee shops. The hotel is very stylish and classic. Very well decorated. The room was classy with the same feel. Staff were very nice (valet and check-in). The hotel has a small gym with nice, new equipment. Parking in garages next door or across the street ($) or free in the street. The room was small for the price but equivalent to other hotels downtown.
- Craig (9/5): A fantastic place to stay in Cleveland - Rooms are beautiful, bed + pillows are comfy, super clean, great location. Valet is extremely pricey for the city ($57). Front desk staff were lovely, one of the housekeeping staff wouldn't move her cart out of the hallway so we could get our luggage cart through, so we had to lug everything from the elevator all the way down the hall to our room, which was an annoying start to the trip. The room lighting is super cool and moody but so dark we had to pull out our phone light a lot to actually see stuff.

- Robin (7/5): Great property, weird customer service - The rooms are small but very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well located in downtown with easy parking next door, the F&B offering is very good The water was not very hot and the service is just a little odd, the front desk staff just seemed a little uninterested, going through the motions on check in , the bar staff sat round the back of the restaurant area on their phones and therefore the breakfast service was very slow, you had to find them to ask for anything. I have stayed there a few times, when checking out I asked if i could see one of the suites, as I will be working in Cleveland a lot and like the hotel but would like a bigger room, I was told no as the front desk guy was on his own, yet there was a manager sitting not 10 ft away on her laptop watching the christmas decorations being put up - in a well run hotel, its all about the customer and that could have been easily sorted. A customer that wants to stay more oftne and pay more told no, sorry, cant help - odd. There is no night bell, I arrived at 11pm, valet was off doing something, had to stand in the cold while banging on the door wating to be let in to check in
- Jasmine (9/5): Comfy and relaxing - Comfy, stylish, quiet, good ambiance. Upon checkout as a pregnant woman rolling a suitcase out and opening the door the two gentlemen in the front watched but didn’t offer to help with opening the door, as the gentleman helped when i arrived. It wasn’t a big deal but definitely took a couple points off my experience.

- MARY (8/5): It was ok, many other hotels downtown are better. - Decor. Liked the colors and wallpaper. Comfortable bed. Location. East 6th is very tight. View was a parking garage. Valet parking was $52. For such a pricey spot, you’d think they’d have better quality toilet paper and tissues. Didn’t like the in room coffee set up.

- Jamie (2/5): - It was clean but not comfortable for us. They do not cater to the “normal” lifestyle. Their bar inside the hotel doesn’t even have beer that has ever been heard of. It was very uncomfortable. I came to Cleveland for the Morgan Wallen concert and I felt very out of place at this hotel. There were two females at the check-in desk when we arrived that seemed “snotty”. It was their tone and facial expressions that immediately made me decide to avoid the employees the rest of the time I was there. Next time I will definitely choose a hotel that is more “heard of”, that way I will be familiar with it and know what to expect. It’s kind of crazy how this hotel will increase their charges by 10x for the Morgan Wallen concert and then make it totally obvious to the guests who paid to stay there that they do not care for “those type” of people. (Country Music or Morgan Wallen fans)

- Kai (10/5): - This is a really cute hotel with a lovely, diverse staff. The design throughout is very well executed and tasteful. Nice details. Easy check in. Super comfortable bedding. Easy access to downtown shopping and attractions. Love the European heaters in the bathroom. The Club is very inviting/welcoming. Not stuffy but classy. Can’t really beat this hotel for the money. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.

- Wendy (10/5): - Absolutely lovely! Service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The valet took our car in the middle of the baseball chaos and got us off on our way in seconds. David at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Our room was fantastic— I love the Art Deco vibe and the shower pressure was heavenly. We had dinner and breakfast in the Club Room and again the service was spectacular. Our waiter made terrific recommendations as well. This will definitely be our new Cleveland go-to hotel.

- Capucine (10/5): Great location - Great location and walkable To Progressive Field, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Jack’s Casino and many more. Fidelity is a cute boutique hotel with great staff from valet to check in to dining in their onsite restaurant.
- Chris (10/5): - We loved our stay. Quiet room. Great shower. Super comfy bed. Our first morning we tried the eggs Benedict at the restaurant and was satisfied. Would stay again when w come for another sporting even. Lots of food and shopping options in walking distance.

My only complaint is that they keep the lighting very low including the room with no ability to change it. In general, I prefer low-lighting but I wish that we had the ability to make it brighter because it was very difficult to do my makeup in such dim light. The wardrobe had the brightest lights so I had to sit facing it with the doors open in order to see what I was doing.

- ERIC (10/5): - We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. This is probably the most unique hotel I’ve stayed in. It was an experience that I think everyone should try. Our only issue was there was no fan anywhere, so if you need a fan to sleep, bring one with you. Not a huge deal overall. I would love to stay there again next time I’m in Cleveland.
