• Cupita Boada (9/5): Hermoso lugar, que podría mejorar - La ubicación es ideal, está emplazado en un área verde con árboles dando sombra y ardillas jugueteando en la mañana. A mis hijos les encantó estar cerca al mar Los baños podrían tener más frecuencia de limpieza. La seguridad de las paredes, piso y escaleras no parece óptima, sobretodo para quienes viajamos con niños. Lo rústico del lugar (que también es su encanto) requiere arreglos, presencia de extintores y avisos de no fumar, para prevenir cualquier riesgo.

• Leidy (10/5): - Fue una estadía fantástica. Todo estaba impecable y Esmeralda, así como el resto del staff, siempre estuvieron muy atentos para satisfacer todos nuestros requerimientos. Viajamos con señoras mayores y en algunos casos era complicado los desplazamientos al baño (que tiene un escalón muy alto), pero hiceron lo mejor posible para adecuarlo. La cocina está muy bien equipada para cualquier tipo de preparación. La mejor relación calidad-precio de la zona.

Les mangues sont délicieuses C'est un lieu pet-frendly Le frigo puait vraiment fort, durant tout notre séjour, il était très sale. Le dernier jour : odeur à vomir. Les propriétaires ne sont pas très avenants. Notre cabane est située juste à côté de la cuisine : impossible de dormir le matin !

• Emily Cortes Miranda (5/5): - La naturaleza que rodea el hotel Las habitaciones, sin ventanas,.es un sector que aún no tiene calles pavimentadas entonces llegar sin carro y lloviendo es complicado con maletas. Al llover hay muchos zancudos y sin ventanas y los toldillos rotos la picada es inevitable. Encima de nuestro cuarto había una habitación y como no había ventanas el huésped de arriba salió a orinar por la ventana y nos mojó la ropa que teníamos secando.

Electricity cutting for a significant part of the day and night (phone charging and ventilators....), opened windows for everyone to see when you are sleeping or out of the shower despite it being a private room, lots of noise from neighbors. Mosquito net had holes in it.

• Colleen (8/5): Peaceful bungalows close to the beach. - Almost everything. Well maintained, cool, quiet, and peaceful despite being a couple minutes from the beach and in the middle of all the action. We would stay again. Bathroom sink did not have water. We wanted to stay an extra night but unfortunately they could not accommodate this. Could have provided a chair or a place to sit - the nice hammock in front of our bungalow had space for one, but we were two. Overall an excellent place!
• Martin (8/5): Amazing place🤗, good value for money! - Good staff, Francisco was nice. They have a kitchen to guest use. The property, garden, trees, plants and hammocks are very beautiful and relaxing. The dogs are friendly and not dangerous. Price was fair. Very recommended. The toilet was far from the room, about 40 meters, which was a bit annoying only during the night. I guess that they would repair the toilets near by so this won't be an issue anymore.
• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were friendly and super helpful. I booked at the last minute and they were immediately available to check me in and make sure I was comfortable. They made me coffee in the morning and let me check out late the next day. The hotel’s sweet dog even slept outside my door to make sure I felt safe, which I appreciated as a solo female traveler :) The place is rustic, but for me that's a plus and the beds were clean and comfortable with mosquito nets and the rooms have fans. I would definitely stay here again. Palomino is too noisy for me, but I appreciated that the staff here are trying really hard to maintain a peaceful, natural and more local space as the town grows around them.

• Sofia (10/5): This place is unique compared to the rest of this area. Time flows slowly and peacefully there. The staff was amazing! - The place provides a calmness and tranquility to everyone staying there. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both of them very beautiful

• Josenunes (1/5): Bad - The location I had a rather challenging experience during my stay. Firstly, there was no soap in the bathroom or showers, and the mosquito net had holes, which was not ideal. Upon arrival, I inquired about paying with a card, and they initially said they would check. Later that day, they confirmed that card payment was possible. However, my attempts to pay were met with delays – I arrived early to settle the bill around 6 pm, but there was no one available. The following day, I tried again in the morning, but once more, there was no one on-site. Additionally, there was a large, barking dog on the property that disrupted the tranquility. When I left and tried to address the payment issue through Booking.com, I encountered further complications. The accommodation did not have an account linked to Booking.com, so they asked me to pay via Nequi or a Colombian bank agent, which proved to be quite a challenge for me as a non-Colombian visitor. I struggled for days to find a solution, involving numerous WhatsApp messages and efforts to find a suitable agent. In the end, I managed to locate an agent who facilitated the payment through Nequi. This experience, unfortunately, consumed a significant amount of my time and impacted my ability to fully enjoy my trip. It's an experience I would prefer not to repeat.

The room was dirty, the bed cover wasn’t washed and the mosquitoes thing didn’t work at all, the bathrooms were so dirty, even washing your teeth on the sink was so disgusting since there was short hair that didn’t let the water to drain, the shower was also smelly and everything in the room seems to be dirty for weeks - I recognise the smell, for sure it wasn’t cleaned 100%. They gave us a new cover for the bed but it was a single bed cover and they didn’t even notice what they were giving us
