• Naveen (1/5): The bed was unclean and not washed. It was clear that all the sheets were reused. - The beds and blankets were not washed and really damp. Totally bed making and washing shall be improved Damp bed and Blankets. Not at all cleaned. Smelly and used. Toiletries were dirty. Not at all good for the money spent.

• Alangad (5/5): Will not stay again - The breakfast was good. The location was also good. The staff were pleasant and always helpful. The room had no view and was always dark. The window was always to be kept closed. The bathroom had a very bad smell which used to spread to the room also. The odour was coming from the sewage connected to the bathroom.
• Satheesh (8/5): Very good - Easily accessible from railway station. Staff behaviour is good - polite & helpful. Food can be a bit better.
• Kesavan (5/5): It is just OK - It was just OK. The spread was was not very great. Overall I can rate it as just passable only. The room walls need urgent care. it is covered with blackish fungus which can be hazardous for those who are allergic. The wardrobe needs cleaning as is full of dust. The bath room was smelling badly especially when the exhaust fan is on. The wash basin faucet was dripping all the time. The bath room tiles are so smooth and when they are wet there is a real danger of slip and fall particularly for the elderly.

Close to Sree Vadukkanatha Temple, etc. They keep track of how many bottles of water you have taken per day, and when you exit will charge extra for that, but don't keep track of broken TV Remote (can't change any channels), torn curtains and bedsheets, etc.

• Manu (7/5): Good - Location - heart of Thrissur; TB road, Sakthan, just 1km from Railway station, beside main road itself. Bar, restaurant, icecream parlour all avl. All kind of shops right next to this building. Spacious rooms ... 304 & 305 we occupied on 26th. 305 smelled cigarette; 304 was ok. Toilet cleanliness was not to the std. Black stains in the floor joints .. Toilet Exhaust fan was not working! Restaurant was bitter experience- Chicken pieces in chilly chicken which we ordered for lunch were very rough.. almost rubbery... When alerted staff he took back one & did something and gave back after 10 min. Then it was soft !!! But didn't do anything to the 2nd plate. My wife stopped me from telling him again. Normally, we donot like to complaint; but this one it was too difficult to chew. We expect better care from premium restaurants, right? Chicken fried rice too I will give only 50 marks. But complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good.

She had travelled alone for the first time to a different State With a language Barrier. The Hotel Staff's really took care of her well throughout the Stay. The Room, Food, Hospitality, Communication and Friendliness of the staff everything was great. She felt very Safe and Comfortable all three days. This is what was informed to me. I know My Mother.
