Because you’re in the centre sometimes it can be a little bit noisy if people are talking late while walking down the streets.

• Diana (10/5): Great place - When staying at Alegoría Coliving Experience, you will have your own bedroom and bathroom, while kitchen and living room facilities are shared on a beautiful rooftop. I don't think I have ever seen a such well maintained common area (though this might be my student trauma speaking, haha). It takes some getting used to not having the kitchen facilities in your own apartment, but it's absolutely doable and acceptable given the cleanliness of the common areas.

You have to have quiet neighbors otherwise, it is a bit noisy if they get on argue overnight 😕

O prédio é recém reformado e tem elevador, com um rooftop adorável. Tudo funcionou muito bem. A rua é numa zona comercial e de muito movimento, portanto no quarto com varanda, havia barulho noturno, mas não chegou a me incomodar.

• Dumitrita (9/5): Excellent stay, modern and clean, was perfect for our gateway. - Very central, close to everything (restaurants, theatre, tapas). The building is modern but has character, very high ceilings and a little balcony to the street. We found chocolates and biscuits every day we returned in the afternoon which was a nice touch. The room was made everyday and towels changed. We were very pleasantly surprised, our room looked better in real life than in photos. Excellent choice and would highly recommend. The air freshener was too strong, I couldn’t stand it

• Chrystel (3/5): Très décevant : aucune insonorisation (mur / fenêtre) et équipements très minimalistes - L'emplacement, la terrasse et la literie (bons matelas bien durs et grands lits, très confortables) Aucune insonorisation - Niveau mur : voisins qui marchent au-dessus, codes des chambres qui bipent, chasse d'eau... - Niveau fenêtre : elle ne se fermait pas et donc on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans le patio (retour des voisins du bas à 1h30 alors qu'on était au 2nd, voisine qui gémit de plaisir, bref TOUT). Équipements très basiques (étiquette Ikea encore collées, un distributeur de savon à douche qui ne fonctionne pas et pas de shampoing...). Pas de télé, ni de lave-linge. Joints de la salle de bain qui pourrissent. Robinetterie douche qui se décolle du mur. Fenêtre : petite et difficile d'accès, besoin d'aller sur le lit pour y accéder. Ne se ferme pas, il manque environ 1cm! En bref, un investissement minimal proposé à un tarif maximal. Très déçus

Les parties communes sympathiques (mention spéciale pour le rooftop!) et bien équipées: possibilité de se préparer à manger dans la cuisine commune, lave-linge à disposition... L'emplacement dans la ville est excellent. Nous avons eu un sérieux manque de pression pour l'eau chaude (nous nous sommes douchés avec de l'eau à peine tiède durant tout notre séjour) et beaucoup de nuisances sonores la nuit (on entendait les gens dans la rue. Mais le plus gros problème était l'odeur d'égouts dans notre salle de bains, notable dès notre arrivée. Cette odeur n'a fait qu'augmenter et au deuxième jour nous l'avons signalé au personnel car elle nous incommodait fortement (on la sentait jusque dans le lit quand nous dormions). Le personnel nous a fait savoir que c'était sans doute un problème de canalisations de la ville, et donc pas relatif à l'hôtel. Mais plutôt que de nous proposer un changement de chambre, une compensation... ils nous ont fait savoir qu'ils allaient faire venir quelqu'un pour vérifier l'état des tuyauteries. Au final, un simple ménage a été fait dans notre salle de bains, mais cela n'a pas résolu le problème. Nous avons fini notre séjour dans l'inconfort et la puanteur, et au moment du départ, nous avons essayé d'en rediscuter et n'avons pas vraiment eu affaire à quelqu'un de très compréhensif/coopératif à la réception.

Molto apprezzata la zona ristoro a disposizione degli ospiti con distributore e una cucina super attrezzata. Se dovessi tornare a Siviglia sicuramente sarebbe la mia prima scelta. • Sara (10/5): OTTIMA ESPERIENZA, SUPER CONSIGLIATO! - La struttura e centralissima, posizione super eccellente per raggiungere le attrazioni principali a piedi. La camera super moderna, dispone di tutto il necessario, letto comodo, una scrivania, un piccolo armadio e comodini. Il bagno è spazioso, e pure la doccia. Ottima la pulizia che viene effettuata ogni giorno. Wi-Fi ben funzionante. Ottimi anche i biscotti lasciati ogni giorno in camera. Altro aspetto positivo della struttura è la zona pranzo condivisa, dove ci sono macchinette in cui è possibile acquistare snack, bibite e caffè, pur restando all interno della struttura. Gentilissima la proprietaria Maria, che ha risposto a ogni nostro dubbio, ci ha dato informazioni chiare su come accedere all hotel, e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del nostro check in. Super super consigliato. Ottima esperienza.

Ottima comunicazione con lo staff, gentile e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problematica anche via Whatsapp. Molto carina in generale la struttura e la terrazza all'ultimo piano. L'acqua calda della doccia impiegava molto tempo ad uscire (più di 10 minuti) e, in generale, la pulizia delle camere potrebbe essere migliorata.

• caccamo (4/5): Week-end - L’unico aspetto positivo è la posizione, davvero comoda e vicina al centro e a tutti i servizi principali. Fin dall’arrivo si percepiva un odore sgradevole all’ingresso, accompagnato dalla presenza di moscerini vicino al muro, La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: le lenzuola e le piastrelle del bagno erano sporche. Anche il personale non è stato all’altezza: nessun saluto o accoglienza, dando un’impressione generale di scarsa attenzione verso gli ospiti.

Rooms simple, but clean , good beds and good shower. You can contact the host via whatsapp en she’s helpful. There were some noisy guests who came home early in the morning without thinking on other sleeping guests.
