• martin (3/5): Desagradable - La ubicación Que alquilamos una habitación que mostraba una cama doble y otra pequeña , la búsqueda era para tres personas lo había aclarado en la plataforma cuando llegamos al lugar nos dijeron que habíamos contratado para uno y que debía pagar €30euros más por dos personas .. booking tampoco me contestó el mensaje de reclamo
• Nils (7/5): - Lage war top, betten bequem und Zimmer wurde täglich gemacht Check in war umständlich, weil eine Sicherung raus war hat es ca. 1h gebraucht bis wir im Zimmer waren. Check in nur bis 21 Uhr möglich. Im Zimmer hat es leider immer ziemlich nach abwasser gerochen, kam aus dem Bad. Die wohnung war oberflächlich sauber, könnte aber dringend mal eine richtige Reinigung gebrauchen. Wohnung ist hellhörig, man hört immer die Nachbarn.

Molto gradita la colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Camera come da foto su Booking (standard con servizi essenziali). Manca qualche gancio in bagno, magari un poggia valigie e una cassa forte.

• LIN (9/5): 满意 - 酒店位于两个地铁站之间，离3个火车站也不远，出行方便；员工Francesco 服务很热情、耐心，尤其是对于如何进入酒店和如何用早餐进行了详细的讲解，一直对我们关切问候；房间和卫生间都很大、很干净，热水器是大容量的，热水很足；配了一次性牙刷牙膏和浴帽，第二天还打扫了房间，这是其他酒店没有的，点赞！ 一是空间那么大，如果多配一些挂钩或者台面，客人用起来更方便；二是阳台的里层门关不严，夜里听得见街上过车的声音。

• Samantha (7/5): Sistemazione molto essenziale - Camera pulitissima e silenziosa nonostante la zona siamoltotrafficata; accesso semplice, comunicazione da remoto con gestore molto presente; colazione al bar a pochi metri e possibilità di farsi un the o un caffè in struttura; disponibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Letti scomodi e cuscini contati: ne ho chiesto uno in più, ma non è stato possibile averlo. Armadio quasi inesistente.

• Federica (8/5): Viaggio a Napoli - La stanza era pulita, piccolina e ben tenuta come il bagno. Ottima la posizione in mezzo a due fermate metro ma comoda anche a piedi per il centro. Bene anche con il QR code per fare colazione. La zona comune era sempre ingombra di sacchi di biancheria o materiale per le pulizie da riporre. In bagno sarebbe utile mensole e qualche gancio per gli asciugamani poiché c'è una sola sedia.

• Génesis (10/5): - La zona è ottima per potersi muovere dappertutto, avevamo vicino ristoranti, la pizzeria da Michele a due passi la consiglio, così come la stazione treni Nolano per raggiungere Pompei, vicino alla metro per poter raggiungere Toledo e qualsiasi zona, la stanza pulita, aria condizionata per poter riposare benissimo, proprio giù c'è un negozietto dove poter prendere l'acqua aperto anche verso le 22/23 bar dove poter fare la colazione a scelta se inclusa nel prezzo, ci siamo trovati benissimo!
• Cristina (7/5): Bastante bien con desayuno - La habitación cuenta con aire propio (frío y calor) lo que se agradece. Las habitaciones están bien, tienen nevera, television, bidé, secador de pelo y espejos. El wifi funciona muy bien. Cada habitación cuenta con su calentador de agua propio (unos 100L aprox). El personal es amable y contestan rápidamente, pero no vimos a nadie durante toda la estancia. Las tasas turísticas se pagan mediante payment link online y el checkin también es online. Las ventanas son nuevas por lo que aíslan muy bien el frío y el ruido de la calle La zona: se encuentra fuera del centro (15minutos andando) por lo que de noche es más tranquilo. No sentimos inseguridad al ser una gran avenida y es más accesible en transporte público (a 5m andando del metro de duomo) en días de mucho ajetreo y cansancio. Sábanas y toallas limpias. Desayuno incluido. Una noche se fue la luz (durante un minuto saltó el diferencial), imagino que por la cantidad de personas con la calefacción encendida. El baño dispone de sanitrit (un triturador de agua para wc y ducha) que hace que la ducha se llene más rápido de lo que puede tragar, por lo que se inunda muy a menudo. El portón de entrada es grande, antiguo y pesado, por lo que cada vez que los huéspedes entran o salen se escucha muy fuerte y por la noche es molesto. Las ventanas son nuevas por lo que aíslan muy bien el frío y el ruido de la calle, pero los portones antiguos que han dejado (de la anterior ventana) no permiten cerrarla bien, ya que hace tope con el mango de las nuevas y no permite estar a oscuras, (entra luz desde bien temprano). Hay que subir algunas escaleras (2 pisos aprox) A pesar de las cosas malas, estuvimos a gusto y repetiríamos.

• Daniela (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo - Posizione ottima per visitare la città e prendere mezzi pubblici, camera pulita, e abbastanza silenziosa anche se in centro In camera ci vorrebbero dei appendini al muro per appendere vestiti borse ecc..non ci sono appoggi per sistemare indumenti se non un piccolo "scaffale",così come in bagno niente porta asciugamani e non è riscaldato nemmeno una stufetta scaldabagno

• Anna Maria (8/5): Soggiorno tranquillo e divertente - Struttura piccola ma accogliente Mancano in bagno degli appendini per gli asciugamani e delle mensole per poter appoggiare degli accessori, mentre nella camera un armadio dove poter mettere i propri abiti. Non ci sono i termosifoni ma solo una stufa e uno splitter. I letti non sono comodissimi. Occorrebbe un po’ più di cura nei dettagli.

• Лилия (4/5): Хозяин отеля берет дополнительные деньги мимо Booking в размере 40,5 евро, об этом не писалось и не предупреждалось! - Один плюс, это расположение отеля, всё рядом и спокойно. Не рекомендую этот отель. Уборка отсутствует, в номере склад белья, под кроватями тоже склад. Белье и полотенца не менялись, сушить негде. Тапочек не было. Балкон грязный, не соответствует фото, на нем может разместиться 1 человек, стоя. Очень не комфортный номер. Не удобный матрас, подушки отсутствовали, их заменили поролоном. Одеяла отсутствовали, был очень старый и тонкий плед. Фен практически не работает.

• Manuel.89 (9/5): Camera smart - Posizione, riassetto della camera, bollitore e the sul tavolo, bagno finestrato, letto grande e comodissimo. Camera un po' piccolina. Il bagno si può riorganizzare meglio per avere piani di appoggio (il lavandino non offre spazi) e ganci per gli asciugamani.

Az elhelyezkedése tökéletes, közel a kikötő, a metró, az Alibus megálló, Gyalog is megközelíthető még a királyi palota is. A fürdőszobában lehetne egy kis polc a piperecikkeknek.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem, była możliwość umówienia późnego check-in za umówioną dodatkową opłatą. Brak w pokoju albo zaraz na korytarzu koszy na segregowanie śmieci tylko jeden kosz ogólny, brak szklanki lub filiżanki (był czajnik a do niego plastikowe kubeczki, które nie nadają się do gorących napojów).

• Sofiya (6/5): - Соотношение цены и качества в Неаполе нормальное, расположено на главной улице прямо в центре Заселение было ужасным. Я приехала в 21.00, до этого мне отправили около 20! сообщений с фото, видео, огромными инструкциями, как пройти, как заселиться и тд. Просто слишком много ненужной информации, потому что когда я приехала, кодовый замок на самой первой двери в здании просто был вырван! Когда я написала об этом хозяину, они отправляли снова и снова мне инструкции, говорили вводить код, но его просто не на что было вводить. Они знали, что будет заселение, но не проверили и не решили проблему заранее, в итоге мне просто повезло, что женщина из этого дома выходила и впустила меня. Когда я зашла в комнату, там лежали 4 ключа и я спросила хозяина, какой из них от какой двери, на что получила ответ, ну попробуй выйти и сама подобрать! На следующий день меня уверили, что придет мастер починить кодовый замок от главной двери, но к вечеру хозяин звонил мне, чтобы я впустила новых гостей!!! так за 3 дня домофон не починили. Также в номере очень странная система канализации, очень шумная. И почему-то в моем номере хранились чистые полотенца, так что каждое утро ко мне заходил работник, чтобы взять их для уборки в других номерах

Superb WIFI connection. The bathroom was disappointing, with mildew in the shower and it was leaking, it requires repair. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable.
• Aikaterini (7/5): Value for money - Καλή κεντρική τοποθεσία. Το μπάνιο έβγαζε νερά. Πολλές διαφορετικές πόρτες που οδηγούν στο δωμάτιο. Θα μπορούσε να έχει λίγο καφέ στο δωμάτιο. Μέσα στον βραστήρα υπήρχε κατσαρίδα.
• Francesco Paolo (8/5): Invidiabile posizione strategica con camera ampia e pulita, soggiorno interamente gestito da remoto. - Posizione strategica ottima raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione, vicina alla metropolitana e, sempre a piedi, al centro storico ed al molo Beverello. Camera in palazzo d'epoca parzialmente ristrutturato, ampia, pulita e curata. Colazione essenziale (cornetto e cappuccino) con bonus telematico in bar a scelta (uno vicinissimo). Personale disponibilissimo, sebbene solo da remoto. Napoli è la capitale mondiale della comunicazione verbale e non verbale, fare tutto comunicando con WhatsApp fa una certa impressione ma alla fine ci si abitua ed è istruttivo, come con l'intelligenza artificiale. Una migliore organizzazione della sala comune, utilizzata anche per il deposito bagagli, renderebbe il tutto ancora più accogliente.

• István (9/5): - A takarító személyzet hozzányúlt olyan dolgokhoz, amikhez nem kellett volna. Kidobtak egy sebkezelő krémet, ami a kint tartózkodás idejére pont elég lett volna. Kidobtak fél literes palackokat, amiben a következő napon vittünk volna magunkkal innivalót. A takarító személyzet az ajtót nem úgy zárta be távozáskor, mint ahogy mi otthagytuk! A többi napon nem kértünk takarítást!

Two simple and easy-to-implement recommendations that would greatly improve the customer experience. 1. There are four different keys, all very similar in appearance, to get from the street outside into your room. After 5 days, I still hadn't worked out which was which. Why not number or colour-code each key? 2. The light in the hall of the property needs to be put on an automatic sensor. At night, nobody can see the small yellow arrows indicating the location of each light switch.
