• Neringa (10/5): - Great location. Apartament was very cosy and clean. The owner was communicating well. Highly recommend to someone who is looking to have a pleasant and relaxing stay.
• Jenny (8/5): Clean, modern and stylish apartment. - Convenient location and very clean modern facilities I’d have preferred to be up a level. I don’t sleep well with windows at ground level by pavement.

• Olivia (8/5): Great location, clean property and responsive hosts. - Great location. Easy check in. Good communication. It was a little cold! And there was not much hot water so showers were kept very brief.
• Lucy (10/5): Superb classy apartment, with the best walk into town. - it was a lovely apartment everything was well thought out. very clean. Its a very small thing, I would have liked a mirror in the bedroom as this is where I dried my hair.

• Juliana (9/5): - The apartment was well designed and decorated. Location was walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the market and all amenities. Staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The kitchen would benefit from more glassware and cooking items e.g. pans, utensils etc.

• Kellynn Tan (4/5): - Hard to think of something I liked. Decor was okay, looked modern. Nice fridge and washer/dryer. There was enough heating around the property which was nice. Again, decor looked nice at first but you start to see the cracks. This place was advertised for longer stays, but there wasn't enough toiletries provided for the stay. No hand towels or handwashing soap provided. Kitchen looked nice but wasn't really useful; the black benchtop was awful for cleaning, any water or stains showed up very easily. There was only one teaspoon available?? There was a dishwasher but only one tablet provided for the stay which again, wasn't sufficient for the advertised "long term stay apartment". Cooking utensils were poor quality and lacking. There was extremely poor quality cooking "oil" (not really a proper oil, just a bunch of chemicals) and basically no seasonings like salt (I get that there were the teeny tiny packet ones but let's be serious here, it is atrocious for the price you are paying and salt is not very expensive). One (or more) of the fabric storage boxes just before you entered the room was completely moldy. Bed was fine, quality was equivalent to a bed in a hostel dorm.

• Pascale (9/5): - Lovely spacious apartment that was immaculately clean. It’s a nice touch to leave a new sponge, dishwasher tablets and tea and coffee.
• Coleman (7/5): - The apartment was a nice size in a good location. We had a problem with one of the beds, it appears that the bolts had come loose and was unsafe to sleep on. I spent my first evening trying to get it sorted which was my 60th Birthday.

• Sharifah (10/5): I will rebooked this apartment again. - Everything in the property was amazing, the modern furniture and it location was AMAZING. The only thing I didn’t like is the bed mattress in apartment number 7.

• Obadiyah (9/5): Wonderful stay I loved it all, apart from a chauffeur-driven car I couldn't ask for much more. - Went to a Jazz festival, and the location was perfect for the Norwich Arts Centre. The apartment was spacious and had everything that was needed. The bedroom situation in flat 7 was a bit ridiculous. The cupboard is in the wrong place, making the bedroom a bit of an obstacle. That's my only gripe, everything else was perfect.

• Lorna (9/5): A lovely comfortable place to stay, very central- I would recommend it. - It was a lovely place to stay and so central. The cafe Cherry leaf attached was a bonus , lovely staff and delicious breakfast. My only concern was that someone had been in the appartment moving a few things on Wednesday which we were not advised about.A couple of wine glasses would be nice and a safety mat for the shower would also be good.

• Martintheguide (7/5): Lovely city. Apartment nice but marred by heating issue. - Pleasant apartment. Very good location, central but quiet. Heater in bedroom did not work (was not wired in.) I contacted company and they said it would be fixed but it wasn't. They did drop off a duvet, which was *very* necessary. Bedroom remained cold even with heating on in living room.

• Stephen (9/5): Good value for money. - The Location was excellent, only a 5 minute walk into the heart of the town centre, with lots of bars & restaurant options. Apartment facilities were modern. Wifi worked fine. Heating was excellent. Easy drop box system for collecting the Keys Hosts communication was quick & clear. For a short break, this place is a really good find. Nothing.

Lovely interior design and quality fixures and fitting. Very quiet despite central location. Very warm in winter - which was appreciated! The industrial staircase - which is uncomfortable barefoot.
• Ciaran (5/5): Very poor beginning but ultimately a nice flat in a nice area - Location good. Lots of interesting non-chain shops and coffee shops nearby The flat originally provided to me was a grubby cellar affair. It was unclean there was no ironing board and the TV didn't work. To be fair I contacted them on arrival - which was a Sunday - and they responded quickly moving me into the type of flat I was expecting at the outset. Although once there the wifi didn't work - essential as I was in Norwich for work - I managed to locate to disconnected router and sort it out. I got no follow up on this issue.

• Costa (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, generously sized Low quality pillows and duvets, 2 of the blinds in living room were broken, 2 window shutters didn’t stay open, bathroom sink was blocked and didn’t drain properly, located on a noisy street with little sound insulation and there was a metal sign by the bedroom which was very noisy in the wind. Wifi only worked in lounge.
• Rebecca (6/5): Basic accommodation - Easy walking distance to town. It hadn’t been cleaned between bookings. There were pubes in the bed and chewing gum on the floor. I had to call a 24 hour number and the lady was very helpful. They sent a cleaning team the next day.

• Melody (5/5): Passable - The location is excellent. Also the hosts responded quickly to any queries or complaints that we had and sorted out some of the issues straightaway. The space was great for what we needed (a combination of work and visiting the city). It was disappointing to arrive and find the flat not as clean as we would have expected. Many of the items listed weren’t there and it felt like the place was lacking some touches that would make our stay easier/more pleasant (hooks for coats, places to hang towels/clothes in the bathroom). However the biggest problem was the levels of moisture in the property. So much condensation on the windows and the place smelled damp. When we returned home we realised that all our clothes and bags smelled really musty and needed cleaning immediately. If the moisture issues could be addressed then the flat would be excellent.
