Carl (1/5): Very disappointing - When we first arrived I needed to air the place out for 2 hours, it smelled very musty like it had been closed up for months. I needed to open all of the doors and windows. We booked this home because it had a pool, the pool was green and unusable. The girls made a lasagne Saturday afternoon to find out that the oven didn’t work. When we called the office they advised they could get someone there on Monday. I advised all of the above when I went in to drop the keys after check-out, I requested the agency to speak with the owner and organise a partial refund, I did not hear back at all. I’ve since called 4 times and sent messages via Booking.com, still no response. My ticket number with the call centre is 4299134 if someone would like to call me back. Stay away, terrible service. Every time I call I’m put through to a call centre in the Philippines and don’t get a call back.
