• 藤原 (8/5): 十分満足でしたヨ - 部屋数が少ない分、温泉や施設、食事やサービスなど高いレベルで享受出来た。 和室を選択したが、セルフ“布団メーキング“は久しぶりに敷く体験を強要され面食らった。 プライバシー云々はあろうが、一瞬でも日常に引き戻されるのは如何なものか？ それと枕元にライトが欲しかった。

• Taylor (9/5): - 館内は落ち着いた雰囲気で部屋も綺麗でした。 和室のついた部屋で広さもあり、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。 平日と言うこともありまた客室数も少ない宿なので、館内はとても静かでロビーでもざわついた感じはなくとても良い雰囲気でした。 朝食もゆっくりといただけました。 ブッフェ形式で品数も充分あり、お味の方も美味しいかったです。 特にありませんが、浴槽があまり広くは無いので時間帯によっては混雑する事があります。客数から考えると仕方の無い事だとは思います。

• Ione (8/5): Glad to have the onsen experience. - The breakfast was strictly Japanese but was very good. The room we had (for 3 people) was very large and comfortable. The evening meal included a wide variety of interesting Japanese food - some classic and others new. Guess I am an old Showa woman - liked the old traditional wood buckets and benches in the onsen - the current ones are thick plastic. Also used to having the futons prepared for me, rather than a "do it yourself" situation.
• SOJIN (10/5): - 숙소 내에 온천을 비롯한 안마기기실, 수영장, 가라오케 등 있어서 이용하기가 좋고 직원분들이 친절합니다. 가족 단위 소수로 이용이 가능해 번잡하지 않습니다. 역에서 택시 타고 5분 정도 걸렸고 가족 단위의 짐이 있다면 택시 이용 추천! 번화가 쪽에서는 멀어서 숙소 가기 전에 편의점 들렀다가 가는 좋을 것 같습니다

• Gene Marie (10/5): Highly recommend - Everything was splendid. Great ambience, great meals, very helpful staff, onsen was the best. Even our toddler enjoyex the whole experience. Best to ride a cab, it was a steep walking there. We had a luggage and a stroller.
• TAKAO (8/5): - ウエルカムドリンクにワインがあって嬉しかった！ 天井の高いラウンジで、ゆっくり座ってリラックス出来た。 漫画もあり、親子で楽しめた。 楽しみにしていたせっかくの夕食のお肉が固かったのが、とても残念だった。
• NAGISA (9/5): 静かで清潔感のある快適なホテル - ホテル玄関からスリッパに履き替えるため、館内、室内を清潔に利用できた。 客室が少なめなので、静かで、大浴場、レストラン、ラウンジなどもゆったりと利用できた。 卓球場も本格的で、家族で楽しむことができた。 客室の浴室、トイレも広く綺麗だった。 温泉街までは徒歩10分程だが、さほど困ることはない。 スタッフの方々は皆さん丁寧で感じが良い。 駐車場が狭いので、敷地内に詰め込む形式。 チェックイン後に車で出かける場合は、車を移動してもらわないと出られない。 牛肉のステーキの焼き加減、味付けがちょっと残念。

• Niko (9/5): - Very friendly staff, there is some language barrier with English but everything important got trough eventually. Clean and spacious rooms. Since it's a bit smaller accommodation, you can usually take baths alone or with only few people inside. Some common instructions could be translated in English, info book inside the room is in Japanese. Also since massage chair remote has the same issue, one can only push random buttons and see what happens

• Junn (10/5): Relaxing onsen ryokan near Rokko-san snow park - Wonderful onsen. Dinner was very good. Lift access was super convenient. Futon at was a bit worn thin. Could have been better if it was thicker.
• Jasmine (9/5): Overall a great place to get away from the busy and packed city center for 1-2 nights. - Room was spacious, nice and cozy, facilities are also great. You could use the massage chairs after soaking in the onsen or the mahjong or karaoke rooms. The complimentary dinner was amazing and worth every cent, do let them know if you have any allergies when choosing the time slot during check in. Theres a park nearby with the waterfall and also a fishing place/restaurant. Location is closer to the arima ropeway which is all they way uphill, about 10-15mins walk from the center, so if you are walking and carrying anything heavy or luggage.. its gonna be a rough walk up slope. Not a dislike but you will also have to set up your own futons!

• linnet (9/5): A wonderful stay at an Onsen hotel - The ryokan is very well maintained. The room is big and comfortable and I appreciated that the room had it's own toilet. Most of the guest during our stay were locals so it felt very authentic. There's a good selection of Yukata for all of us. There's drinks available at the sitting area where there's bookshelf with plenty of manga to read. The dining hall was spacious and the food was superb! It outside onsen was much appreciated to melt the winter cold away. It was our first time in a traditional ryokan and we didn't know the protocols. It would be helpful if their instructions had more information inside.

• Ikeda (3/5): コスパ悪い、小さい子どもがいるファミリーにはお勧めできない - 子連れで荷物が多い中、荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれることもなかったので、人手不足かな？と思いました 土足禁止で靴を脱いで上がるので、子どももスリッパが必要ですが、子ども用スリッパでも1歳や2歳では大きすぎてスリッパで上手に歩けません かかとに紐をつけてくれたりする旅館もあるので、そうゆう配慮はないなーと思いました 料理の追加も一切できないし、あまり融通が効きません 接客は可もなく不可もなく 大浴場も口コミで見ていたほど良くはない 料理も可もなく不可もなく Bookingの予約システムがわかりにくいせいもあるかと思いますが、子どもの料理がつけてたつもりがついてなくて、事前に確認もなく、かなり困りました 売店もないので、何か食べたいと思ったら車で5分くらい下ったところにセブンイレブンにいくしかないです それも不便です シーズン的に高い時に泊まってしまったせいかと思いますが、大人2人子ども2人（0歳、2歳）で13万 この金額出したら、もう少しストレスなく過ごせるところはあるかなと思いました

If you just need onsen and don’t want big crowd this is the one. - Love they have both the gold and silver hot spring in the public bath The hotel feels a little dated but very clean. Wish it has a little bit more to do but given the price and our experience it is a steal.
