mahipal (3/5): verblijf niet adviserend voor anderen - aardige en helpen de personeel en de locatie was goed bedden goed werden niet gewisseld ook op verzoek niet en kamers hadden kakkerlakken toilet plafont is oud en kapot ochtend eten was niks bijzonders nee deze hotel is niet de dag prijs niet waard. er te duur gevraagd maar de kwaliteit is heel laag. op het zelfde beddengoed slapen verschillende mensen heel vies geen toilet artikelen zelfs voor toilet papier moet je een verzoek doen.

He was questioning me like a police interrogating which was very uncomfortable. Once checked in, room was nice and clean but i felt like it was too expensive for the we were getting. Its a very budgeted hotel but the price felt quite expensive to pay that much for this hotel. Breakfast was literally nothing. No need to do breakfast included because it basically doesn’t have anything! Floors were very sticky, they should provide slippers.

When I asked how long he had been working there, he mentioned 6-7 years and complained that many staff members were leaving due to management problems. However, it’s not the customer’s fault, and we still deserve to be treated well. The room was smelly, and we found cockroaches inside, along with mold in the toilet. The TV and Wi-Fi were also not working. Overall, it was a terrible experience—one of the worst stays of my life.

Thats the only good thing about this hotel. its a small place turned into house. 1st and 2nd floor are hotel while the ground floor works as restaraurant. The breakfast was 4 items - basic at best. The room furniture is old. The bed and sheets etc were old, not looking fresh and good. The water in the bathroom smelled of onion - sink, toilet or shower (complained to them, they checked and agreed to it). They gave me another room to shower but the situation was same there. They gave me 20litre mineral water bottle then. So their service was ok/good. But otherwise it needs total rewamp.

Madelyn (5/5): Passable - The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist. Overall we had a pleasant stay, I think it is just a bit expensive. The price would have been great if the rooms were serviced and cleaned every day. The Aircon was great. The hotel is very central to tons of tourist attractions and that was so convenient. My son had to get to a dentist on day 2 of our holiday and the hotel once again assisted in pointing us in the right direction.🫠 The rooms were not serviced and it was not clean. The glass of the shower was very dirty. The bathroom mirror and toilet was also dirty. The dustbin in the room is to small. We stayed 4 nights and our bedding and towels were not changed once. I was so happy I packed clean towels. Our TV in the room didn't work because as it turned out they gave us a wrong remote, it took them 3 days to figure the problem out. 🤪
Abhishek (7/5): Budget friendly hotel near the beach - The hotel is very close to the beach, just cross the road and you are there. The staff is friendly, however if you need something at times multiple reminders are needed. The major red flag was that there were lots of cockroaches in the room. Has to ask the housekeeping to stay bug repellent. Plus i had opted for double bed, they joined 2 single beds and made it double. The mattress kept on shifting as the bed did not have proper support to keep them in place. Plus the couch was not comfortable and the AC was not cleaned so it started leaked on the checkout day (have added the room picture in which you can see the towel on the floor, it was completely drenched, wish i could upload the pic of cockroaches running around in the table and cupboard... But the app does not allow additional upload)

Natasha (7/5): I booked this hotel for a one night stay hold before leaving early for a flight. I felt the hotel provided me with the b - The location was exceptional. Right opposite the beach and lots of high end places to eat and drink all within walking distance. places such as soho house, one8commune and others. The lights went out and didn’t automatically switch on immediately. The bathroom door could’ve done with a deep clean.
