• Birgiene (6/5): Nur für Jüngere geeignet auf maximal 3 Tage - Miguel hat sich redlich bemüht, meinem Wunsch auf Privatsphäre zu entsprechen. Es war relativ sauber, außer dass ab und zu einige Gäste in der Küche und am Esstisch nicht so wie vom Gastgeber gewünscht hinterließen. Lage sehr gut, gute Aussicht. Der ganz und gar nichts zulassende Modus des Checkout. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt, dass man nicht einmal in den Common rooms verweilen darf. Das hat mir größere Unannehmlichkeiten gebracht, weil der Abflug erst abends ist und ich obendrein über Nacht in Oslo warten muss für den Anschluss. Mit knapp 70 Jahren ein Unterfangen. Ich werde künftig davon Abstand nehmen, da wieder zu übernachten. Es fehlten im Obergeschoss Stühle, da war gar nichts vorhanden. In den Zimmern wenigstens was zum Aufhängen.

• Sviel (8/5): 总体而言还是可以的，但是出行并不是很方便，附近的公交车站还是有点远的，房屋面积偏小，且床头没有插座，很难想象一个六人的屋子竟然只有一个插座 -

• Alda (10/5): Agradável e confortável. - O alojamento é bom e confortável. Gostei de tudo. É demasiado digital; é tudo informado por e-mail ou sms :( . Não está lá ninguém; não há contacto humano no checkin; parece que estamos na série "Espaço 1999" :( . Não vi nem proprietários, nem funcionários. Tb não é agradável a pressão do proprietário sobre o checkout. 24horas antes envia uma quantidade de sms e e-mails, para não nos esquecermos de que o checkout é amanhã...; depois, no próprio dia logo de manhã, a mesma coisa...fica a impressão de estar a mandar embora antes do tempo :( .

• Despoina (1/5): - Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πάρα πολύ αγενής. Έφτασα στο Τρόμσο στις 11.00 και πήγα να αφησω το back pack μου. Δεν μου το επέτρεψε και μου έλεγε συνέχεια ότι το check in είναι στις 4.00. Τον παρακάλεσα να το αφήσω σε μια γωνιά, έξω είχε χιόνι πολύ και οι δρόμοι γλιστρούσαν. Αρνήθηκε και μου είπε να φύγω και να μη γυρίσω νωρίτερα από τις 4.00 γιατί δεν θα μπορούσα να περιμένω μέσα. Με πέταξε έξω. Δε με ενημέρωσε καν ότι μπορούσα να το αφήσω στο σταθμό των λεωφορείων σε κάποιο ντουλάπι. Γύριζα να το back pack μέσα στο χιόνι για τις επόμενες 5 ώρες. Η χειρότερη αντιμετώπιση που έχω γνωρίσει απο host.

• Daniela (8/5): - Custo beneficio maravilhoso, um pouco afastado do centro da cidade (uma caminhada de 15-20 minutos) o que em condições extremas de tempo pode te obrigar a usar o ônibus. Mas casa muito confortável, ótima area comum, cama confortável, hospedes muito respeitosos, comunicação com o anfitrião excelente, sem contar a vista linda da cidade. Recomendo muito para uma estadia on budget O principal problema é o fato de ter apenas 1 banheiro para todos os 4 quartos do andar! Isso dificulta bastante, mas apesar disso ele estava quase sempre limpo

• PaddyJD (7/5): - Good location, 10 minute walk from town or 2 mins to bus stop. Warm, clean and good social space in lounge. Good clear communication from Miguel. Only two showers/toilets for about 20 people. Small kitchen and no tea towel to dry your own pots after use. Rooms and lockers not secure. Be aware many people staying there are out late at night trying to see the Northern Lights and they are not always a s quiet as you would like on their return.

• Onur (9/5): - Ev şehir merkezine 15 dk yürüme mesafesine biraz tepede kalıyor. Kaldığım oda çok temizdi ve yatak rahattı. Evde bir adet banyo var. Ben çok sorum yaşamadım ama yoğunluk olduğu anlar oluyor.

• Adriana (6/5): Nice stay if you are low on a budget - I liked the price, compared to other options, proximity to city center, it has a nice common area, kitchen with basic tools, small lockers for your things. Finding the place and communicating with the host were ok. Thank you for everything The bed (bunk bed, bottom bed) with no space to sit up properly, very tiny space in the room, one tiny bathroom for the whole floor of about 4 rooms, check-in late and check-out so early - maybe for a Norwegian, this is typical, these are not an issue, but for me, they impacted the experience in not a nice way.

• Harrison (10/5): I had a great stay here, I was able to see the arctic in all the glory with the northern lights every night from the doo - The property was great, it basically runs itself with only the cleaners coming in once a day. The house is well maintained and comfortable with a large dining/ sitting area with large windows to take in the view, and has a great little kitchen. There’s not much I didn’t like about the property, the only thing that annoyed me was my squeaky door and that’s it.

El encargado me dio la información sobre cómo llegar al alojamiento. Luego le pedí otra información pero nunca contestó. Habitación en el sótano, pequeña ventana, muy viejo todo. Literas muy juntas, no podías sentarte. Habitación minúscula para dos personas, sin armario, sólo taquillas pequeñas, sin silla, sin perchero, es imposible convivir en tan poco espacio. Baño enano, sin espejo, ducha dentro de la sauna. La primera noche no pude dormir por el frío que hacía dentro de la habitación. Limpiaban pero el suelo de mi habitación nunca lo barrieron. Lo mismo con el baño, lo limpiaban pero el lavabo seguía sucio. Imposible dormir hasta que los de la primera planta se duermen, se oyen hasta los pasos que dan, ruido de muebles, ellos sí tenían muebles.
• Margarita (9/5): Ich würde wiederkommen - Ist perfekt für alleinreisende. Man hat alles was man braucht und der kleine Spaziergang bis zum Zentrum ist nicht anstrengend und da der Unterkunft etwas hoch liegt hat man ein tolles Ausblick auf Tromso. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig

• Mehdi (4/5): - La pièce de vie est agréable. Les dortoirs du haut le sont aussi. J’ai dormi dans deux dortoirs différents. Celui à l’étage était tout à fait convenable. En revanche celui au sous-sol, au niveau du garage, était vraiment glacial. C’était impossible de dormir en « pyjama » classique. La salle de bain du bas était également très froide. L’isolation était mauvaise !

• 盖 (1/5): - The property do not allow leaving the luggage temporarily on the checkout date, and they take away my personal belongings without any prior notice, meanwhile the staff get mad and try very hard to prevent me from taking back my stuff on-site, as I pointed out the way he handle this is unreasonable.

• Camila Andrea (7/5): Bien pero poco para todo lo que cuesta en precio - Me gustó que es fácil entrar y salir de él, uno es muy independiente ahí No me gustó que la cocina olía mal y se tapaba muy rápido, el papel higiénico se acababa súper rápido y no había respuesta de inmediato, no había secador de pelo, tampoco taza para tomar té o café o algo caliente, no habían platos hondos y para el precio todo eso debería estar ahí

• Yingting (9/5): Very good stay - I had a very good stay here. The place is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The bed was already made with clean bed sheets and a towel, which is not common in hostels. The airport bus stops almost right in front of the house, and it’s very close to the city center. I will definitely come back and recommend this place 😊

• Nuria (6/5): - Los ventanales típicos de las casas de allí. Es vivir esos días como un habitante de esa ciudad. La ubicación está bien, cerca del centro. Hay un parque cerca con unas vistas a la ciudad impresionantes. Poco espacio en las habitaciones para poner tu maleta, pocos baños para todos los que éramos y poca cantidad de vajilla en la cocina.
• Davit (4/5): - Not a good option. There was no reception and the communication through the portal was terrible. I received a message with self check-in details which literally said I have "room number XXX" and "bed number XXX". I had to ask again to receive an acrually assigned room and bed. I went there and after that I received a message at 12 AM that I actually should go to ANOTHER room and bed. After my stay I received a notification from Booking that apparently I didn't check in. On top of all this the owner turned off the power at NIGHT and I risked missing my flight in the morning because I couldn't charge my phone. Not to mention there was zero space in the room to put my stuff so I had to sleep with my things on the bed. I will demand a refund for this terrible stay.

• YINTAO (1/5): Worst experience ever - Unfriendly host, awful attitude and poor service. Bacterias and virus are spreading, everyone is getting sick. I spent two days on bed after getting cold. Even though its a little cheaper, I suggest you never choose this apartment.

W hostelu codziennie było sprzątane, po wejściu do pokoju czekała na mnie czysta biała pościel i ręcznik. W budynku jest ciepło i przytulnie, duży salon zachęca do poznawania innych gości Czasem musiałam czekać na wejście do łazienki, przy pełnym obłożeniu przydałaby się dodatkowa łazienka

• Pashyant (5/5): Basic facility needs to improve - Location of the Property and Silent place. I got basement to reside which was not having warm water for toilet, No proper bathing area, no washbasin, no mirror and no one helping. It was bad.
