• Mirjana (1/5): Disappointed 😞 - Nothing We are very disappointed with your irresponsibility and unprofessional behavior. We waited for an hour in your yard with a small child, and you never showed up. Instead, you sent us to another location, which only took us further away from the accommodation. When we went to that location, there was no sign or response from you at all. We are extremely disappointed and request compensation for the time wasted and the stress we experienced while waiting outside with five adults and one child. I will never recommend anyone to be your guest.
• anna (2/5): Απαραδεκτη - . Η εμπειρία μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν απογοητευτική και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρινόταν στις προσδοκίες ή στην τιμή που πληρώσαμε. Αρχικά, το σπίτι ήταν πολύ κρύο. Το κλιματιστικό λειτουργούσε προβληματικά, καθώς έβγαζε ζεστό αέρα για πολύ σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα και στη συνέχεια μόνο κρύο, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να ζεσταθούμε. Επικοινωνήσαμε με τον ιδιοκτήτη, όμως δεν υπήρξε ουσιαστική βοήθεια ή ανταπόκριση. Η καθαριότητα ήταν απαράδεκτη. Το πάτωμα ήταν τόσο βρώμικο που μετά από λίγα βήματα οι κάλτσες μας είχαν μαυρίσει, αναγκάζοντάς μας να πετάξουμε δύο ζευγάρια. Επιπλέον, η τοποθεσία που αναγραφόταν στην πλατφόρμα δεν ανταποκρινόταν στην πραγματικότητα. Αναφερόταν απόσταση 2 χιλιομέτρων, ενώ στην πράξη ήταν περίπου 5. Όταν το επισημάναμε, η απάντηση που λάβαμε ήταν ότι ευθύνεται το Google Maps, κάτι που θεωρούμε μη επαγγελματικό. Τέλος, ο εξοπλισμός της κουζίνας ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση, με σκουριασμένα μαχαιροπίρουνα, με αποτέλεσμα να αναγκαστούμε να φάμε με τα χέρια. Δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα μπουκάλι νερό ως βασική παροχή, παρά το υψηλό κόστος διαμονής. Συνολικά, η εμπειρία μας ήταν πολύ κακή και δεν θα προτείναμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.
