• Peter (8/5): Met all our needs as a base for a few days, would stay again. - Very comfortable - just a 15-20 walk into Papeete centre and a couple of good supermarkets 5 mins away. Location was very convenient….its a newer, well kept building and has a very good bakery below it.

• LM (5/5): - For the most part the host communication was good, and they allowed us to drop our bags off early, which we greatly appreciated. We stayed for one night, and we’re unsure why our booking was cancelled by the host on Booking.com. The studio was extremely dusty, with heavy layers of dust and grime that clearly had built up over months. We’ve already discussed this matter directly with the host. Just sharing our honest experience for awareness.
• Priscilla (8/5): Correct - Bien équipé, proche du centre facile de communiquer avec la conciergerie (propriétaire ??) excellente boulangerie juste en dessous Supermarché juste à côté Il y a la piscine mais moyennement accueillante en plein soleil.... Rien n'est aménagé à l'extérieur pour un petit déjeuner... Petit appartement pour transiter 1 à 2 nuits

• Jordan (9/5): Excellent Stay with Superb Amenities and Customer Service - Thank you for an excellent stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail, such as the air-conditioning and light being turned on for us before arrival, as well as the local refreshments. The customer service was above and beyond - especially Philippe taking us to the airport after we checked-out. We were grateful to have available a car for rent at a much more affordable rate than companies like Avis. We were also grateful for the bonus amenities, such as free access to Netflix, the laundry, and also the pool. These 'extras' made the stay more special and we would highly recommend. One last bonus - a delicious patisserie was in the same building! Overall, the cleanliness of the studio was excellent. There was just one small issue in the toilet where there was a weak unpleasant smell when we arrived. Nonetheless, an excellent stay, and we are certain that the hosts would rectify this issue for future guests.
• Markus (10/5): Super Appartment with all you might need - Very comfortable and quiet studio just couple of walking minutes from the heart of Papeete. Everything was very modern great air condition super comfortable bed and the owners excel in being helpful to any question you might have. Would stay there again it’s to be adviced to spend two nights in Papeete before the long flight home..
• Mark (10/5): Lovely apartment - Great kitchen where we could cook. Good to have a little pool to cool off in. Windows were up high so no window to look out of. Lights very dim at night, hard to see.
• Valeriya (9/5): A perfect stay in Papeete. - Stunning little place for 1 or 2 people. Small but very modern studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a well stocked kitchenette, tv, sofa and very comfortable bed. Shower was nice , also there was a washing machine there. Philippe, the host, was meticulous with his detailed instructions, the check in was smooth and easy. Also. HUGE bonus point - the studio might come with a car you can rent for a fraction of a price charged by big rental companies. The car was a perfect add-on to our stay with parking right under the studio. Nothing :)
• David (10/5): Loved this place! Would definitely stay here again. - What a great place! One block (150m) from a huge supermarket and the main street that will take you right to downtown Papeete. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was spacious. I soaked my feet in the pool after some long days of sightseeing. The hosts are great and communicated well with me prior to and during the stay. Plus added bonus: there’s an amazing pastry shop on the ground floor. I could not have asked for more. Loved this place. I have nothing bad to say.
• Tracey (10/5): Exceptional - The host was amazingly helpful, great communications about how to check in well ahead of our arrival. Even sent photos so we could recognise the building, the entrance etc. This made checking in at 3am after the flight from NZ super easy. He even sent Google map references and photos that we could show the taxi driver. The studio was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool looked great but we didn't try it. The host also arranged a rental car for us at a great rate. Highly recommend, so professional and really nice person.

• Michelle (7/5): Nice apartment, just not a nice city for a vacation . Pit stop for rest of vacation - Cleanliness, ease of use and directions from host. Very responsive and friendly. Thank you Netflix did not work because of updates in software but fortunately Disney+ did once you ignored updates. Very little problems with speed of Wi-Fi with tv. Neighborhood is just dirty, not the hosts fault at all. Lots of garbage, smells, starving cats, dogs (barking, roaming free, laying in streets etc.)
• Joy (10/5): Amazing and memorable stay. - Our stay was exceptional and Phillpe was an amazing host. He picked us up when we got lost on arrival and drove us round to get our bearings, showing us supermarket locations, and various restaurants, bars etc. When we were ready to go to the waterfront he dropped us off. He was always available if we had any queries and nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend Studio Ninirei as the place to stay in Papeete. Nothing!!!

The internet service was excellent, with apps to watch TV as well. Excellent experience and highly recommended. Nothing, everything was excellent.
