• Maryna (10/5): Все было очень хорошо - Хорошие , просторные чистые апартаменты. Все есть для проживания фен, утюг, гигиенические принадлежности. Главное, что хозяин всегда на связи. Мы попросили одеяло, на следующий день нам принесли. Также помогал в вопросах передвижения, если мы что то не знали мы ему писали и он нам говорил как лучше добраться. Единственный минус это шумоизоляция.. соседи сверху очень рано просыпались и такое чувство что ходили на каблуках))
• Andrea (5/5): Da evitare - Ci ho dormito una notte, la posizione era quello che mi serviva. Materasso e cuscini comodi. Istruzioni chiare. Purtroppo le cose positive finiscono qui. L'appartamento è triste, arredato e ristrutturato al risparmio assoluto, la doccia non funzionava, la tapparella della camera da letto aveva problemi col rullo, in generale lo stato manutentivo era pessimo. A me non serviva, ma la dotazione della cucina è ridicola: due piatti piani, due piatti fondi, due tazzine e due bicchieri e... basta. Alla faccia dell'economia! Poltrone in sala sporche, finestre con infissi vecchi (uno rotto) e vicinanza a vialone quindi forte rumore di traffico... Per quel che mi serviva era ok, ma in generale da evitare. È triste che a Milano dedicarsi all'ospitalità significhi spesso offrire dotazioni scadenti perché tanto la richiesta c'è sempre

• Alberto (4/5): - El apartamento no está equipado, faltan productos de limpieza, no hay bayetas, trapos no hay microondas, no funciona el horno faltan utensilios de cocina el baño está mal reformado . La cama y la almohada es incómoda. Las lamparas de noche no funcionan. Falta una manta para la cama. En las fotos sale el otro apartamento de al lado.. no se parecen en nada al que estuvimos. Por otro lado al dueño le pedimos entrar antes y no tuvo inconveniente, eso bien.

• Electra (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno per motivi di lavoro - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti per sostenere una prova di concorso e mi sono trovata molto bene. L'appartamento è davvero molto carino, spazioso e luminoso. La zona non l'ho vista, ma ho apprezzato moltissimo la vicinanza alla metro che mi ha permesso di raggiungere la stazione Centrale in soli 20 minuti, una comodità fondamentale per chi viaggia. Il Wi-Fi era eccellente, veloce e stabile, il che mi ha permesso di lavorare senza problemi. Infine, l'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, rispondendo sempre subito a ogni domanda.

• Valentina (3/5): Non adatto alle donne - Acqua in omaggio 2 naturali e 2 gassate da mezzo litro cad. Mancanza asciugamano bidet, pulizia grossolana, aria condizionata assente in camera, asciugamano doccia che emanava cattivo odore, assenza di asciughi, tovaglioli scottex, carta igienica di bassissima qualità. La struttura si trova parallela alla linea metro e molti esercizi commerciali sono dall'altro lato e occorre fare un sottopasso non molto sicuro per una donna da sola.
• Francesco (6/5): Soggiorno per concerto - Posizione eccellente, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro. Divano-letto sgangherato e scomodissimo. L’ingresso è in comune con un altro appartamente e puzzava di umido. La pulizia della camera è decisamente migliorabile, sedie, mobili, suppellettili e tavoli risultavano un po’ sporchi e pieni di polvere.
• Florence (1/5): Bad - The flat was clean and functional. However, if you are looking for a welcoming and quiet place to sleep, I strongly advise you not to choose this one. When I made my reservation, I contacted the manager to organize my arrival. She only replied ten days later, by which time I was already in Milan. As a result, I was unable to arrange parking or manage my arrival as planned. Contrary to what had been agreed, we arrived without anyone there to welcome us, and we were thus unable to present our IDs as initially required. What you will only discover once there is that the apartment is located very close to an airport and a railway line, making for very early wake-up calls. Nights aren’t much better either: the walls are so thin that you can hear every sound from the neighbors. However, the worst part was the welcoming experience: I refused — for security reasons — to send photos of our ID documents to a stranger (which is legally my right). I did agree to provide the necessary information, such as passport numbers. In response, I was immediately threatened with expulsion, the involvement of the police, and a hefty fine. Eventually, the manager decided not to evict us that evening but announced she would come the next morning at 8 a.m., accompanied by the police. You can imagine the anxious night that followed, anticipating the confrontation the next morning. True to her usual reliability, the manager never showed up. Instead, we received a message of apology from her employer, who seemed surprised by our dissatisfaction. At that point, strangely enough, there was no longer any need for us to present our IDs. For all these reasons, I strongly recommend you avoid this accommodation if you want to enjoy a peaceful stay in Milan.
• Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment, furnished with style, clean, with all amenities (TV both in the living room and in the bedroom). The complimentary water and coffee were much appreciated, as was the seamless self check-in. All in all, a fantastic value for money! The only negative was the creaking sound of the sofa bed, but nothing particularly annoying.
