• Alana (2/5): Very disappointing. - Location was fine. Metal shavings all over the outdoor entertaining area, path and carport area,.A workman came and did work on the house while we were out. Very dirty and dusty. Peeling paint on scurting boards. Stains on matress protectors. Over grown garden with piles of garden rubbish. BBQ was filthy. We were refunded half of what we paid for the 4 days but we only ended up staying 3 nights instead of 4. It would have been great if it was clean with a well maintained garden.
• John (8/5): Excellence value and games room, outside was bit messy - Games room in shed, lots of bedding, good location, 2 toilets, movies games provided, very affordable and value for money Shavings and screws from renovating should have blown off before stayl, fridge bit finicky, not remote batteries.
• Kelly (8/5): great large home. - the size of the property was great. location quiet. plenty of room and secure. great facilities. shame we had to take our own linen such as sheets and towels this takes up alot of room when travelling but that is the only negative things i could say if anything at all.

• Diane (6/5): Good family holiday with grandkids, value for money but a good clean would have been appreciated - Excellent location, close to river, shops, sites etc. The place was very dusty, and needed a good clean, outdoor entertainment garage for table tennis etc. was great to have but so grimy. kids loved it but for adults not comfortable.

• Torialy (10/5): - It was a nice location, just minutes walk to the beach enough room and facilities. The game room was really nice for children to keep them busy. definitely, it is good for what we have paid. Will book again if I go in this direction. Air-conditioning was not working enough. Not enoughtoiletpaper.
• carole (8/5): A lovely house in a good location with lots to entertain - Lots for everyone to do. Lots of space. Great covered patio that is warm on a sunny winter day! Shed full of games and ping pong. Wall Heater in lounge room is outdated and loud. Not very effective.
• Lesley (3/5): Not as expected. - The location is good not far from the river or town, quiet and dark at night. We were tired when we arrived to find we couldn't open the key box to get in. The owner came to the rescue to discover the place had not been cleaned. He set too and cleaned up. But the place felt like it needed a deep-clean, broken crockery, and cupboards clearing out would help. As requested, we took our own bedding, towels, etc, something I hadn't realised when making the booking. To be fair, the owners were very helpful. It was just that the place didn't suit us. Updated photos of the property would be helpful.

• Cheryl (5/5): Beautiful area but our holiday was spoiled by overpriced, disappointing accommodation. - First impression was a very overgrown and uncared for garden. Front door screen was filthy. Kitchen, lounge room and bathrooms were clean. Bedroom carpets were very dirty. When we went to make beds, all mattress protectors except for two singles were disgustingly stained. We could not have slept on them. Very underwhelming accommodation for the price we paid. Would never book it again!

• Alyce (9/5): Great house with everything you need for a large group to enjoy some time away - The house was perfect for a large group. It has a great outdoor area and we enjoyed all our meals outside. They had an animal scavenger hunt in the front yard which the kids loved and did over and over again. Such a simple but great idea. Loads of games and DVDs to use. Very well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. We only had one toilet roll and had to go to the shops straight away to be able to utilise the second bathroom which we needed with ten people. Also some spare garbage bags would have been great but overall these were small things and we were very happy

• Adam (9/5): We loved our stay at this property, had a homely feeling, plenty of room, great undercover outdoor area, games room was - The location was great, the property was perfect for our family weekend getaway, we loved the games room and everything that was in there to entertain the kids. Property was a little dated but did not dampen our stay as it had everything we needed.
