• JGP (1/5): DEFINITELY NOT AGAIN. THE BATHROOM WAS REVOLTING! THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE STRICKEN OFF BOOKING.COM - Location The room is not maintained, and nothing in the advertised photos is true and correct. The bathroom fixtures have fallen in pieces, the shower head is on he floor, broken, the bathroom door cannot be shut, the tile grout is mouldy, and the toilet seat is broken. Overall, the bathroom is a sanctuary for germs. pull-out bed is heavily stained (yuck) Although the place is in a very good location, sleeping at night can be a problem as the road is very busy with loud vehicles (jeepneys, trucks, motorbikes, tricycles, etc), so avoid this property if you are a light sleeper (and the disgusting toilet too)
• Philippe (1/5): À éviter - Le matelas qui est assez confortable La proximité avec la gare routière des bus Victory Liner Et c'est clairement tout pour le positif ! Emplacement : ce n'est pas un hôtel, tout juste une chambre dans un petit bâtiment glauque. Vous n'aurez aucun contact avec la propriétaire, juste à votre arrivée par téléphone pour vous donner le code de la boîte à clé et pour expliquer la direction au taxi car c'est difficile à trouver. La chambre 1 donne sur une route très fréquentée et très bruyante, à 6h du matin, vous pouvez oublier de dormir, même avec des bouchons d'oreille ! La chambre est modeste, le lit est correct, il y a une tv sans chaînes, les fenêtres laissent passer de l'air et sont totalement inefficaces contre le bruit, Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants et vu qu'il y a 4 fenêtres, à 5h du matin il fait jour dans la chambre. Masque pour dormir obligatoire ! Il n'y avait pas de draps et 2 fines couvertures insuffisantes vu les courants d'air qui y avait ! La Salle de bain est vétuste, la porte ne ferme pas, la fenêtre n'a pas de vitre ! Du coup il y a des courants d'air dans la chambre et nous avons eu froid la nuit ! Pas de serviettes, pas d'accessoires, pas de pq! La propreté, le point noir ! Dans la chambre c'est douteux, mais la salle de bain, c'est carrément crado au point que j'ai dû nettoyer un peu moi même ! Même le frigo nous ne nous en sommes pas servi vu l'état d'hygiène ! Du coup, même si le prix est dans la fourchette basse des hébergements à Baguio, le rapport qualité prix est très mauvais ! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hébergement, et je ne comprends même pas que le site booking.com propose des logements de cette qualité !

• Maria (7/5): Excellent location, walkable from good restaurants, walkable from the mall, market and center of activites at Session Ro - Excellent location. You get what you pay for, very cheap per night and could accommodate up to 5. Host is very responsive. Could be a little cleaner. But the toilet bowl was pristine. No towels or toiletries provided. Should be clearly stated in the description.
• Manuel (8/5): Very good - It is clean and convenient. Not enough power outlets. Especially nowadays we're all guest, including kids has a electronic gadget that needs to power up.
• はるひ (10/5): Exceptional - The room is comfortable, the neighbors are nice, the owner is reachable when you need something. It is spacious. And a nice location to the bus terminal and nearby the city proper. Totally recommended . The flooring paint sticking into your feet. Maybe put some vinyl tiles ☺️
• Cecilia (4/5): Just so so! - Location is near the venue! Breakfast not applicable Staircase not friendly kitchen amenities not passable! Kettle is dirty! Kitchen utensils are not appropriate! My first time to experience this dounpleasant service with booking.com
