Lokalita super, v susedstve kúpalisko, veľmi dobrá dostupnosť do Hallstattu (autobus), centrum Goisernu na skok. Personál s výbornou angličtinou a veľmi nápomocný. V penzióne chýba bazén a aspoň menšie fittnes - počas daždivých dní by to bolo fajn.

Haben bei der Anreise das angesprochen, uns wurde mitgeteilt das dies öfters vorkommt, die Fotos sind auch so dargestellt , sie hätten bei booking schon versucht es zu ändern, angeblich funktioniert das nicht !!!!!! War das letzte mal das wir über booking gebucht haben

So quite noisy with kids. 2 double bed was pushed next to each other. So the whole family had to sleep in the same bed… Some long black hair in the clean bed (probably the cleaning lady’s) and spider in an upper corner next to the bed).

Ada (9/5): Family weekend with visits to Bad Ischl and Hallsatt - The accommodation is about halfway between Hallsatt and Bad Ischl, with free parking. There is an adventure park and playground next to the hotel, which is ideal for families with children. The family room- 2 large double beds side by side, was comfortable and clean. We were at the end of March, heating was on, not cold. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, both were clean. The bathroom had all the amenities promised at the time of booking. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Everything was fine. One thing I would like to point out. At first glance, it seems that the shower only has a head shower. However, the bottom of the shower hose can be disconnected, so you get a separate, mobile shower head.

Es hat auch gerochen, wir in einem Altersheim. Die Getränke und Speisen in der Minnibar waren entweder schon geöffnet oder abgelaufen. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt.

Monika (8/5): Es war ein gemütlicher, kuscheliger und angenehmer Aufenthalt! - Die Lage und das ausgezeichnete Frühstücksbuffet mit lauter regionalen und vielen selbst hergestellten Produkten waren fantastisch! Der Wellnessbereich ist klein, aber sehr angenehm. Im Zimmer fühlten wir uns sehr wohl, es war gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das Gebäude ist imposant und der hoteleigene Shop hat die regionalen Köstlichkeiten ebenso im Angebot wie Modisches oder Mitbringsel. Da das Hotel im Winter offenbar nicht sehr gut ausgelastet ist, war das Restaurant am Ankunftstag auch nicht geöffnet. Das steht leider nirgends und so kamen wir hungrig an, mussten dann aber woanders hin zum Essen fahren. Da wäre es vielleicht hilfreich gewesen, wenn man das auf der Homepage lesen hätte können.
