• ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΣ (10/5): Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή σε καθαρό και άνετο χώρο, με φιλόξενο οικοδεσπότη και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα. - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άψογα καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πολύ ήσυχο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, με καθαρές οδηγίες για το check-in. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική — κοντά στη θάλασσα και σε μαγαζιά, αλλά αρκετά ήσυχη για ξεκούραση. Επειδή το διαμέρισμα ήταν ισόγειο, η αυλή έχει περιορισμένη ιδιωτικότητα, καθώς φαίνεται από τον δρόμο και τα διπλανά σπίτια· ίσως μια διακριτική περίφραξη ή κάποια φυτά θα βελτίωναν ακόμη περισσότερο τον χώρο.

• MJB MARY J (10/5): Extraordinary Apartment near beach! - The apartment was fabulous! Extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. They even upgraded us to a 2 bedroom! 3 TVs, a huge living room, an outdoor patio with chairs and a table. No steps, which was great for my broken ankle! Washing available on 1st floor! Might use microwave, but not a deal breaker.

• Emil (9/5): - Голяма стая, нова сграда, двоен гардероб, голяма тераса - всъщност стаята е на подземният етаж и терасата бе двора с настилка от теракотни плочки която тераса е споделена с още две съседни стаи но всичко е ок. имаше малко миризма на канал в коридора и банята. в банята бе направен плот с една мивка в средата но огледалата над мивката са две т.е.мивката е между тях но това не е проблем.

• Bernadette (10/5): Exceptional Apartment - We loved the location. The property is stylishly furnished and decorated and in a quiet area. A very spacious kitchen dining and living area combined with lovely bathrooms, showers and very comfortable beds helps creates a very chilled relaxing atmosphere. The balcony is very spacious and well equipped with lovely stylish patio furniture and it overlooks an olive grove, which is gorgeous. We enjoyed having our breakfast out there each morning and also enjoyed a nightcap out there before bed. There is a laundry room downstairs with two machines and an ironing board and iron. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating and also quick to respond to any questions we had. The beach, beach bars, cafes, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bus station are just a short walk away. It is a perfect location from which to explore all that Moudania has to offer.

Locuri de parcare in fata casei. sincer, putea sa fie putin mai multa curatenie, dar...e doar ca sa existe si un minus. NU prea exista ceva de comentat, raport bun pret-calitate.

• Tudor (10/5): Affordable stay - The apartmenta are situated in a quiet neighborhood of Nea Moudania. All necessary kitchen items for preparing the breakfast are available. Two air conditioning units ensue adequate cooling. All windows are equipped with insect nests. Each apartment has an exterior table and a clothesline. The cleaning service operates once a week. All furniture and accessories are brand new. We were quite pleased with our stay. Although the beach appears to be within walking distance, you’ll need a car to get there. Most of the kitchen items were limited to three guests. Some extra dishes, forks and knives would be fine. Also, a microwave oven would be nice to have.

There is a cleaner who comes every three days, which was a nice touch! The property itself is soooo comfortable!! Safe, quiet, walkable, and close to downtown Nea Moudania. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC worked well. Everything is new, the space gets lots of natural light, but it also stays cool. We worked remotely and Dimitris was so kind to even provide us with two office chairs! We would absolutely come back here again, and I highly recommend it! Everything was perfect!

• Olena (9/5): If I visit Nea Moudania again, I will definitely choose Dimi Residence. - The owner is very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests immediately. The apartment is perfect for those without a car, as the beach, supermarkets, and bars are all within a 10-15 minute walk. The nearest beach is also nice—clean water, not too crowded. We were initially missing some items, such as kitchen knives and a hair dryer. However, the owner brought them within one hour after I sent the request. Do not expect hospitality cleanliness in the apartment, but overall, it was tidy.
