When we checked in,after one hour we left the room for lunch and when we came back I saw in my baby camera that staff without our permission came to our room which was scary. I mentioned that to the reception and they said this is usual for room service to come to refill things. Howere it was at the same day we checked in and only one hour after our checked in. I never go back to alila , I was happy just for one night we stayed there.

The staff were - The property was absolutely beautiful, and one of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breathtaking sunsets. The atmosphere, views, and overall experience made it such a memorable place to stay. Truly a wonderful property that we would highly recommend!
• Abdulla (5/5): I regret staying at this hotel - Nothing When I checked into the hotel, I was asked to pay a security deposit of around 2 million rupiah. I paid the amount, and they assured me that it would be refunded within 14 days. Today marks 18 days, and I still have not received my refund. Every time I contact them, they repeat the same response, saying it will be returned within 14 days. When I explain that 18 days have already passed, they simply repeat the same statement without any clear solution. This has been a very disappointing experience. The service is poor, the process is frustrating, and the staff do not seem to understand customer concerns. Booking this hotel was a big mistake.

• MIEN (2/5): never again, feel sorry for the staff who tried best to compensate , nothing much they could do - staff were nice not able to get to breakfast as it was raining, so wasted to have paid in advance, we are unable to get to the restaurant without getting totally soaking wet risking our lives on slippery steps, getting to & from the restaurant for dinner was so dangerous for us & our guests rain & wind tunnel effect with no cover at all, room had bad damp smell, a/c blowing directly at bed, switches v had to find, not logical placement, this hotel puts design above practicality, not comfortable in the least

• Natalija (9/5): Ukupno gledano boravak je bio prijatan zahvaljujući ljubaznom osoblju, čistoći i lijepom ambijentu. - Hotel je izuzetno čist, uredan i dobro održavan, kako sobe, tako i zajednički prostori. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno, profesionalno i uslužno, uvijek spremno da pomogne i sa osmijehom pristupi gostima. Izbor hrane je generalno vrlo dobar i raznovrstan, sa kvalitetnim namirnicama. Posebno nam se dopao odnos osoblja na bazenu, čim dođemo, osoblje odmah prilazi, postavlja peškire i donesu vodu što doprinosi osjećaju pažnje i komfora. Na sajtu je navedeno da hotel ima četiri bazena na raspolaganju, međutim po dolasku smo saznali da je bazen na najboljoj lokaciji dostupan isključivo gostima određenih smještajnih jedinica, dok ostali gosti nemaju pristup. U potpuno otvorenom baru, gdje smo sjedjeli doslovno na samom kraju prostora (praktično na izlazu), nije bilo dozvoljeno pušenje, već smo morali izlaziti ispred bara. Smatramo da u takvom otvorenom prostoru to nema suštinsku razliku, a dodatno je neprijatno što se gosti time izlažu suncu i spoljnim uslovima. U nedjelju za ručak bio je organizovan brunch, bez mogućnosti izbora hrane po meniju a neka hrana je bila hladna, vjerovatno pripremljena ranije, što je umanjilo cjelokupni utisak obroka.

• 장 (7/5): - 시설과 위치가 최고 호텔메이드들이 하루종일 방에 드나들며 방을 정리해준단 핑계로 물건이 손을 타니까 정말 비싼 물건들은 금고 보관하세요. 2년 연속 호텔시설과 위치보고 갔었는데 첫해는 구찌립스틱, 올해는 골든듀 진주귀걸이를 분실했습니다. 정말 표안나게 손대서 집에 와서 알았어요. 절대 짐 체크잘하세요.
• Briar (9/5): Beautiful views, amazing pool, and incredible location. - The location is probably the best you could get in Seminyak, right on the beach front but also very central to everything you need in Seminyak. All of the shopping, restaurants etc are walking distance. The hotel itself is very beautiful, amazing pools, the best sunset down at the pool bar. The buffet breakfast is incredible as well. We arrived at 3pm for check in but our room was not ready, so we had to wait 1.5 hours before we could check in. They did however let us have complimentary food and drink at the bar and let us check out at 1pm to make up for it, and were very apologetic.
