• Rodrigo (4/5): Bien ubicado, pero con fallas importantes de manutención y limpieza - Buena ubicación Valoración de la estadía 1. Atención del personal – 2/5 La atención fue deficiente. No se informó claramente la opción de retirar las llaves por cuenta propia (indicada en Booking) y tuvimos que insistir para ejercerla. Tras confirmarlo, dejaron de responder nuestras consultas. 2. Infraestructura – 4/5 El edificio tiene una entrada deteriorada, pero el departamento está en buen estado, es amplio, seguro y bien equipado. 3. Limpieza y mantención – 2.5/5 Aunque en general estaba limpio, hubo problemas importantes: ducha con hongo, lavamanos tapado, falta de ampolletas y colchón con olor a cigarro. 4. Ubicación – 5/5 Excelente ubicación, barrio seguro y bien conectado. Conclusión Buen departamento y ubicación, pero la mala atención y problemas de mantención afectan la experiencia.

• WILLM (1/5): A fuir - Pas trop loin du centre, mais à part cela rien ! Notre week-end dans ce logement à Barcelone a été particulièrement désagréable en raison de multiples problèmes qui auraient dû être résolus avant toute mise en location. Aucune électricité dans la salle de bain, ce qui est inconfortable et potentiellement dangereux. La plaque de cuisson était hors service, rendant toute préparation de repas impossible. La propreté générale du logement était insuffisante : un entretien clairement inadéquat et très en dessous des standards attendus. De fortes infiltrations d’eau sont survenues lorsqu’il a plu, provoquant des accumulations d’eau à l’intérieur du logement, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. À cela se sont ajoutées des situations particulièrement perturbantes : Des architectes sont entrés dans le logement pendant notre séjour, ce qui n’est absolument pas approprié. Aucune intimité, aucun respect du séjour des voyageurs. Les photos mentionnent une terrasse, mais celle-ci n’est pas privative et ne correspond en rien à ce qui est annoncé. De plus, l’espace extérieur est dans un état très dégradé, avec de nombreux excréments de chien sur le sol, rendant cette “terrasse” inutilisable et loin de l’image présentée en ligne. En résumé, ce logement n’est pas conforme aux descriptions et ne répond pas aux standards minimums de confort et de qualité. Notre séjour a été fortement compromis par ces dysfonctionnements et ce manque de professionnalisme. Je déconseille vivement cette location tant que des rénovations, un entretien sérieux et une meilleure gestion ne seront pas assurés.
• Sandra (1/5): Fatal - Instalaciones sucias. La nevera no funciona. Ha llovido dentro del salón. No tiene ascensor y las escaleras son estrechas para cargar las maletas. El baño no tiene luz y hay que ducharse a luz de velas. No hay tostadora ni hervidor y faltan utensilios de cocina. Y si no queréis vomitar, ni os acordéis de subir a la terraza

• Benjamin (6/5): Because of places like this one, tourists are not welcome in the city anymore. - Everything in the city it reachable in about 30 mins including the beach. The price is way to high and contributes to gentrification in the city. Because of places like this one, tourists are not welcome in the city anymore.
• Randa (1/5): Bad - Very poor service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There wasn’t hot water in this apartment during the rental period and no one responded to the error report. Worst place to stay I have ever come across. The people in charge of renting the place are indifferent and don’t respond to customer service.
• Sergii (1/5): Bad - Location ÷/- ok. Nothing more at all. If only you have a chance to avoid this barn - do it. The only positive thing is +/- good location. Dirty, careless depot for more than 200 euros per day in fact may costs not more than 30 euros. And this is very good price for it... Dead fauna inside the room, dead flora inside the 30 years old kettle, broken air-conditioner and blocked sink are the staffs you'll discover there. And nobody tell you how the porch looks like- that's another sad story. Personnel will greeting you only at the entrance just to take a city tax from you. All the other questions from your side would be totally ignored. Meanie service with absence of even a toilet paper - this is strong side of this "company " Conclusion: NEVER EVER CHOOSE THIS BARN.
