Guest Reviews
- david (8/5): - Fabulous location, short walk into Bath although a little steep No parking
- Eleanor (10/5): - The location was excellent, the house was well equipped with everything that we needed, fresh towels and toiletries. And the cohost Jonny was very communicative too. Will definitely stay here again.
- Anne-Marie (9/5): -
- Alison (7/5): The stay was good but just to let any one else know if something is not working properly do inform them stright away, we - The property was close to town, It says it fits 10 but more like 8 comfortably
- Hayward (8/5): Great place to stay in Bath - The accomodation is very well located to access the centre. It was clean and with a very well stocked kitchen! It was confusing before how to access the property. I then had to message several different numbers to find out how to collect the keys and had to pay a security deposit before the key code was released. Just be aware, was quite confusing!
- Sarah (9/5): Perfect 🤩 place for a group of friends to socialise - Great location to easily walk into town. Everything you needed was there - very comfortable
- margo (10/5): We had a great get together . It was within easy walking distance of the city centre . - The layout was just right . Everything you could possibly need is provided . There was a weird indent / hole in one of the bedroom floors under rug .
- Estelle (9/5): - The property was great, comfortable, quiet and exceptionally well equipped. The location was ideal, just an easy walk into the city centre. The parking is a challenge as it is mostly permit or a 2-3 hour restriction in some spaces. However there were recommendations from the hosts of alternatives which was really helpful but quite a distance away from the property. This could be difficult for some people to contend with.
- Aumi (10/5): Per fee ct place to stay with your family that’s close walk to everything you would want to do in Bath - Perfect location for my family. It had everything you needed and when we arrived there were some basic food staples provided which was super helpful and made me smile. Having body wash and hair shampoo and conditioner in both showers was really great as well. Navigating the narrower staircase was just a pain when moving your suitcases in, but after that not an issue at all.
- Mhbarnes (9/5): Superb - The host was very communicative and very helpfull
- Linda (10/5): Happy and comfortable get together - Very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. Huge fridge freezer. Good welcome pack. Plenty of towels. Books and games for entertainment if needed. Nothing
- Ronita (8/5): Very good - Great location and well stocked kitchen. Camp and floor beds in some of the rooms weren't quite what we were expecting.
- Holly (9/5): Great property close to the heart of Bath. - The property was great and the location was fantastic. We did have someone in our group who was familiar with Bath which helped too but the location was great for a quick stroll into Bath. The food hamper was very thoughtful as was the well stocked kitchen; utensils, appliances, oils, seasonings etc. The property description says it sleeps 10 but we felt as a group of 7 adults that would have been too crowded.
- Helen (9/5): Superb - Perfect location a few minutes from the centre of town and train station, comfortable beds, lovely communal living/dining space and well equipped kitchen all very clean and nicely decorated with a nice feel. The few essential groceries that were left were a lovely touch, too There's not proper free parking at the house which the info said there was, only limited time free parking (2 or 3 hours) directly outside and unlimited free parking is a 10-15 minute walk away
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - Great space to relax together and catch up.
Well equipped house/kitchen
Hady shops nearby, easy walk down to the town centre
- Philippa (9/5): The property worked well for our family staying in Bath for Christmas. - Had a great dining table we could all sit around. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and supplies.
- Katie (9/5): Superb - Good for group trip
Close to town
Nice hamper thank you
- Marcus (10/5): Highly recommend - Beds / Pillows are super comfortable
Welcome food hamper on arrival
Very spacious , we are a family of 6 with adult children, so we enjoyed spreading out .
Highly recommended 👌 It's not negative, but the exterior of the building does not do interior justice.
- Davies (8/5): Very well located & well equipped - It was in easy walking distance via the underground to the centre. It would only suit 7 visitors not 10
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kerry (9/5): Great for a big group of friends - Fantastic location, a 5 min walk from the city centre.
House was very well equipped
- Liz (9/5): Fabulous!!! Highly recommend. - Good location for town, lovely house with good quality, tasteful furnishings and good variety and quantity of kitchen equipment, bedding etc. Quiet area with no intrusive outside noise to interrupt sleep. It was ideal for a group of friends and we had a fabulous time and would return. It’s not the prettiest house from the outside but don’t let that put you off- it is a very different story on the inside and the exterior gives a very false impression. We were lucky with parking near the property but can see that this could sometimes be more difficult.
- Ben-david (10/5): Great for a group of friends. Minutes’ walk from the city centre. Good choice of bedrooms. - On the same floor holding the very well equipped kitchen was the dining area and lounge. A fresh provision of milk, butter, preserves, fruit, eggs and more was very welcome. The back patio caught the afternoon sun. No negatives
- Naina (9/5): Superb - The location of the property meant that we were within walking distance of all of our planned activities for our stay. There were plenty of rooms and we really appreciated the milk and eggs that were in the fridge! The instructions for key collection to parking were detailed so it was seamless to get our group settled into the house for our stay. It truly is a home away from home. The booking agent/owner were excellent and very responsive to all of my questions ahead of our stay. Thank you for being so helpful and thank you for making logistics for us easy.
- April (10/5): excellent service and hospitality from the host, property is well maintained. - very suitable for group stay, location is excellent, great hospitality from the host, pricey but quite value for money.
could have highlighted that the house is on a slope, not easy for the elderly in my group to walk up and down daily.
