Großes modernes Dusch-Bad, sehr guter Wasserdruck, tolle Handtücher, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Für meinen Körper leider eine viel zu harte Matratze. Fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Dusche. Fehlendes Licht über dem Spiegel im Badezimmer. Das Frühstück mit vielen Fertigprodukten im Zimmer serviert (vermutlich habe ich bei der Buchung überlesen, dass es aufs Zimmer gebracht wird, weil es keinen Frühstücksraum gibt. / In der Bar gleich unten im Nebengebäude wäre es regional, frisch und deutlich günstiger gewesen.)

• Carlotta (1/5): Awful. We’ll never go back. - Very nice room, from the aesthetic point of view. Clean too. The noise coming from the street was unbearable. Traffic and a restaurant where people sang karaoke until 1 am. The windows are not sound insulated at all! After one sleepless night, we had to find another accommodation. Staff was not friendly at all. On top of this, staff was not friendly at all and we were very upset about their lack of hospitality.
• Tamara (10/5): - Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, mindennap friss ágyneműt húztak és alaposan kitakarítottak. A reggeli isteni volt, ráadásul ágyba is jött a reggeli! A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, figyelembe vették, hogy mit ettünk meg a tálcáról és következő nap abból többet kaptunk. Remek helyen helyezkedik el a szállás, ahogy kilépünk a kapun rögtön a tengerrel találjuk szembe magunkat. Továbbá a szállás közelében van egy isteni pékség ami csak hozzátett az élményhez. Több bolt, étterem valamint piac is volt a közelben így nem kellett messzire menünk. A metro állomás is közel volt, a központ így kb egy 5 percnyi útra volt. A szoba kicsi, de alváshoz tökéletes.

• Edelmayra (6/5): Now that I've been there, I've checked the box. - The room was very clean and well kept. It's a floor apartment, refurbished to accommodate 5 B&B rooms, with individual entry doors Easy to access to get in and out. On a side of town that is away from tourist area, and about 2 blocks away from train station. Across the ocean. Much cleaner and easy to walk, since I walked through downtown Naples and it looked rough. I felt safe walking around the B&B area. Some cute shops to stroll by. Booked room to accommodate 3 adults - me, spouse and daughter. The room size is small for 3 people traveling w full size luggage. Unlike photo that showed spacious room floor plan. Street noise - All night the cars and motorcycles hunkering at all times of the night kept awaking us up, and around 3am there was a car alarm that went off for over 5 minutes, which could be clearly be bird on 3rd floor.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always making sure guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, it was a perfect mix of great location and wonderful service.

Il boy addetto è disponibilisdimo e gentile, ti aiuta per qualsiasi cosa. Unico problema se arrivi fuori orario della portineria del palazzo è meglio che preavvisi la struttura....

Nonostante la camera si affacciasse sulla strada laterale, le finestre non schermavano per niente dai rumori della vita notturna nella zona, quindi è stato difficilissimo dormire! Inoltre finestre sono difficili da chiudere. In una stanza non c’erano le istruzioni, quindi non siamo riusciti. Le persiane anche difficili da usare per oscurare la stanza. Sicuramente da cambiare gli infissi!

• Maria das Dores Ghisi (9/5): Bom estar em Nápoles - Um local agradável, bem cuidado, com atendimento eficiente ( cuidado por homens), muito bom. Café da manhã no quarto, muito gostoso e variado, com frutas frescas, e bastante variedade. O quarto era espaçoso e a cama confortável. Sentimos um cheiro desagradável no banheiro, que pir sinal era muito bom. Chamamos o Sr. que atendia e ele tentou melhorar, mas, penso que seja algo do encanamento. Não eliminou totalmente.

Si vede che le stanze sono piuttosto recenti ma alcuni dettagli andrebbero rivisti o curati (ad esempio il mobile vicino alla doccia che inevitabilmente si bagna è tutto consumato). La colazione può essere migliorata, sia in termini di qualità per alcune bevande (succhi) sia per la possibilità di avere qualcosa di tradizione napoletana: di per sè la colazione era buona ma molto semplice.

• Balázs (8/5): Pozitív - Rendezett hely jó környéken. Tisztaságra figyeltek. Engedte a tulaj hogy utolsó nap otthagyjuk a bőröndöt. Kedvesek voltak minden okés volt. Nehéz volt megtalálni. Nem vették fel a telefont. Építkezés volt a szomszéd ingatlanban ami nyilván nem a tulaj hibája.

• Colin (5/5): This place could best be described as functional. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. V.Clean - Breakfast was good. However we were going on a day trip and needed to leave at 7.30. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8.00, so we didn’t get breakfast the first morning. The place was immaculately clean, 10/10. The bathroom was excellent. Guy running the place was friendly and polite. Chance to have an early breakfast would have been nice. The room was not the one shown in the advert on Booking.com and was quite small and felt a bit cell like.

• Rosa (1/5): Sono una persona che si adatta, ma non fa per me! - La struttura era pulita ed il posto comodo sia per il parcheggio che per la bella location. Purtroppo c’era un problema agli scarichi e mentre lavavamo le mani o facevamo la doccia usciva acqua dal pozzetto del pavimento. Sebbene i proprietari abbiano cercato di risolvere chiamando un idraulico era domenica e non è stato possibile risolvere. Dunque abbiamo vissuto un vero e proprio disagio sia per il cattivo odore che per l’acqua. Abbiamo dovuto usare le asciugamani per fermare l’acqua che altrimenti sarebbe arrivata in camera da letto. La colazione: il personale gentile, disponibile e servita in camera, ma non all’altezza del prezzo. Tra le altre cose avevamo prenotato due camere con colazione inclusa, una singola e una doppia ma ci deve essere stato qualche problema tecnico su Booking perché risultavano prenotate due camere singole una compresa di colazione ed una no. I proprietari sono stato disponibili a risolvere il problema con un supplemento economico, che nella messaggistica di Booking era di 10€ ma poi si è rivelata di 15€ per una colazione non all’altezza. I proprietari ci hanno offerto il rimborso del 50% per il disagio vissuto ed io ringrazio, ma è stata una situazione difficile.

• HILARION (9/5): Ótimo ambiente - O café da manhã é servido no quarto, bem satisfatório. O quarto é muito amplo e fresco para o verão. A localização é ótima. Wifi funcionou perfeitamente. A entrada é um pouco confusa, mas foi porque chegamos em um domingo. A placa no prédio é pequena e difícil de encontrar para nós que não estamos acostumados.
