Achim (10/5): Rundum zufrieden gewesen. - Sehr zentral gelegen, direkt am Einkaufszentrum Shopping Eldorado. Eine Wäscherei, Selbstbedien Kiosk und ein Fitness Studio.
Benjamin (1/5): Smidt på gaden i 6 timer om natten. - Ingenting. Sikkerhedsvagt nægtede os adgang grundet værten ikke fik regiateretnos før hun tog hjem, og sov trygt i sin egen seng. Fra kl. 3 om natten sagde vagten at vi skulle forlade området ellers ville han kontakte politiet. Så min kone og jeg var steandet i sao paulos gader fra kl 3 om natten til kl 9:30 hvor vi endelig fik adgang. Vi skiftede dog hotel kort tid efter grundet en masse andre tkng.

Lisa (4/5): - The location of the apartments is nice and the building facilities (gym etc. ) are good The apartments themselves were very run down, with broken furniture. But most importantly, they weren't cleaned properly. There were hairs all over the bed, pillows and in the shower. All the towels and sheets had stains in them. I contacted the accommodation several times, but they only responded after 3 days. When they finally responded they promised to clean the apartments properly, but this never happened.
LEONARDO DAVID (7/5): Apto simples, bom custo-benefício, mas o cheiro de esgoto do banheiro é ponto negativo - A localização é boa. Perto do shopping. Cheiro de fossa forte no banheiro. Até tentei solicitar a troca do apto, mas não fui respondido
Soares (9/5): - Fiquei muito satisfeita com a estadia. O local estava extremamente limpo, o que fez toda a diferença. O processo de check-in e check-out foi muito fácil e prático, sem nenhuma complicação. A localização também é ótima, bem conveniente. Um ponto positivo que gostei bastante foi o prédio oferecer um mini mercadinho, o que facilita muito para comprar água e itens básicos de alimentação. Além disso, a roupa de cama estava limpa e o apartamento contava com todos os utensílios necessários. O único ponto negativo foi um leve cheiro vindo do ralo do banheiro. No entanto, isso só era perceptível ao entrar no banheiro e não se espalhava pelo restante do apartamento, então não chegou a comprometer a estadia.

Raquel (2/5): Cheiro horrível de esgoto que incomodou bastante. - A localização do prédio é muito boa, próximo da estação de metrô de Pinheiros. O banheiro estava com um cheiro horrível de esgoto. O cheiro era tão forte que mesmo com o exaustor ligado e com a porta fechada, atravessava para dentro do apartamento. Foi uma situação super chata e que me causou muito incômodo. E, ainda, no primeiro banho que tomei, houve um vazamento (acredito que o ralo estava entupido) que praticamente inundou o banheiro e chegou a ir água até a cozinha. Acredito que esse apartamento esteja com um problema muito sério com relação a escoamento de água e esgoto.
Dominik (8/5): - Schöne Aussicht, recht gute Lage, direkt daneben gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum und gute Restaurants, das Personal war sehr bemüht uns zu helfen, trotz starker sprachunterschiede, am Ende hat alles super funktioniert Leider viel Verkehrslärm, direkt daneben ist ne vielbefahrene Straße und die Fenster sind sehr dünn
Beatriz (10/5): - Localização excelente! Pertinho do shopping el dorado e 15 minutos a pé da estação Pinheiros. Apartamento bonito e moderno. A lojinha no térreo é bem completa e com preço não tão exorbitante. Minha viagem foi para ir no Lollapalooza e valeu muito a pena. A estação pinheiros é da linha da estação Cidade dutra e autódromo que são as mais perto do local do evento então nossa ida e volta foi bem facilitada. A cozinha do apartamento também facilitou bastante nossa alimentação. Nada que tenha prejudicado a experiência

Katrin (5/5): - The location was great and the apartment was clean. Check in was easy and the pool was nice The door handle was broken which caused us to get locked out of the apartment. The host did respond only after several hours. We managed to fix it ourselves and get our suitcases out. The water in the shower was also not hot.
Yahm (8/5): Decent apartment for a few days - Pretty good apartment for a few days in SP, but I wouldn’t stay longer than that. The common areas downstairs are great. The apartment was almost completely soundproof. The area is okay, but not as fun as other SP neighborhoods. The bed was very hard and unconfortable. The living room & kitchen don’t have a/c, which isn’t too bad if you open the window and don’t mind all the noise. They don’t replenish toilet paper, bags or soap. Everything is just really tight.

Cardoso (9/5): Excelente! - Gostei bastante e com certeza voltarei novamente. O apartamento é bem confortável e com tudo que você precisa. A localização é ótima. Os recepcionistas foram bem atenciosos e gente boa! O ar condicionado estava pingando no meu quarto, então não tive uma noite de sono tão boa porque o barulho me incomodou bastante. Inclusive, o responsável colocou um pano de chão para compensar, rs. Também teve outra situação como o elevador, o mesmo estava tremendo bastante e, mesmo sinalizando a recepção de que estava com problema e que poderia ocasionar problemas maiores, não houve interdição do mesmo (penso que naquele caso, deveria ter sido interditado uma vez que alguém pode ficar preso ou até mesmo acontecer o pior).

Salome (5/5): Buena ubicación, pero un poco sucio y desordenado - Lo que más me gusto fue el edificio como tal. Había espacio para coworking, piscina, zona para guardar bicicletas, y un sistema muy fácil de usar de seguridad. El personal de seguridad de la portería fue muy amable. El aire acondicionado no funcionó nunca, aunque me puse en contacto por medio de WhatsApp con la anfitriona y me prometió resolverlo al segundo día de mi estadía. Esto fue particularmente desagradable el primer día de mi estancia (6 de octubre) porque fue un día con una oleada de calor muy fuerte en São Paulo. Además, cuando abría las ventanas para que circulara un poco el aire, se entraba todo el polvo de la construcción de al lado, que además no me dejaba descansar mucho por el ruido. Adicionalmente, la limpieza en el apartamento pudo haber sido mejor. En el baño siempre hubo un olor muy fuerte y desagradable de humedad, las toallas y sábanas tenían algunas manchas.

Por ahí se hizo difícil la comunicación con los propietarios encargados, y tampoco me escribieron para saber cómo estaba todo. Son detalles pero sirven.

Gisele (7/5): Compensa pela localização - Acesso é facil, seguro, a estrutura geral é muito boa, a localização é grande diferencial, excelente na esquina do Shopping Eldorado. Cama para mim muito dura, banheiro volta cheiro, ar condicionado só no quarto a sala fica muito quente, TV só na sala seria mais confortável se tivesse no quarto também, e infelizmente obras em torno, barulho desde 7 da manhã e um bate estaca o dia inteiro, infernal! Fiquei trabalhando uma tarde no studio e foi bastante estressante o barulho constante.

Voltaria com certeza! - A entrada e saida é por reconhecimento facial, cadastramos no check-in, rápido e prático. Para entrar no quarto era com senha. Achei ótimo! O apartamento é excelente, novo, espaçoso, agradável demais, toalha de banho macia, travesseiro e cama muito confortável. Bem localizado, só atravessar a passarela e está dentro do shopping Eldorado, inclusive a doceria que tem logo na entrada é maravilhosa. Ao lado tem um posto com uma pequena conveniência. Não tão perto tem a hamburgueria Jhons, fomos de uber no domingo a noite e demorou 25 minutos, mas é incrível, vale a experiência. Com certeza me hospedarei neste local novamente quando voltar a São Paulo.

Samira (9/5): Enjoyed everything will definitely stay here again! :-) - I really enjoyed everything…the location, the staff, and the fact that it’s right across from Eldorado Shopping Center :-) I especially loved the little store inside the building. It has so many essentials and treats, so you don’t even have to worry about breakfast or last-minute needs (I even grabbed a toothbrush there after forgetting mine at another hotel 😁). The Omo washing machines were a great bonus…my clothes came out smelling so fresh! The staff were always cheerful, friendly, and helpful, and the hosts were just as kind…easy to reach and quick to respond. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Brazil. Location was excellent for what I needed… and just across the Eldorado shopping center:-) I loved the Omo washing machines (I was amazed by that) and the little market inside the building “which was a bonus” for me when I made the booking ☺️The market isn’t expensive, prices were pretty fair. Reception people were always so friendly and helpful, and the hosts for the apartment very friendly as well. Felt very safe. I will definitely stay there again once I’m back in Brazil.
