Ομορφη θεα στη θαλασσα, με την παραλια μολις 150 μετρα μακρια. Ιδανικο μερος για ολα τα γουστα! Οι ιδιοκτητες ειναι ευγενεστατοι. Θα ξαναρθουμε σιγουρα στο μελλον! Εβελινα-Αντινα-Νικος Ολα ηταν τελεια!

• Mariela (10/5): - Our vacation in Neo Moudania was in October, in a very quiet and almost over season, but thanks to the incredible coziness, great view and gorgeous hosts, 3 days at Nafsika's house left a great memory for us. The houses are incredibly clean, stocked with absolutely everything, such as dishes and appliances, with very chic terraces overlooking a long and beautiful beach. Various restaurants are within walking distance (about 1 km). The place is both quiet and secluded, but also in close proximity to various entertainment - including in Nea Moudania, which is about 2 km away. If desired, the distance can be covered in about 30 minutes on foot along a road that runs parallel to the beach. Yannis was available the whole time, even offered us a bike and we were able to explore the area in a different way. When I booked the house, I was impressed that the reviews were very many and all good, I can confirm that this property and the owners have worked hard and deserve every one of them. I would gladly return to this place and would gladly recommend it to anyone!

• Elizabet_BG (10/5): Неочаквана перла в близост до плажа - Много добра комуникация с домакинята, още преди пристигането. Мястото за настаняване беше идеално чисто и оборудвано с всичко необходимо за всякакъв вид престой - дори и ако имаш намерение да си готвиш, всичко беше осигурено като електроуреди, а в двора е на разположение и барбекю. На пешеходно разстояние от дълъг няколко километра плаж, на който има и свободни зони и такива на които се предлагат кафе и коктейли. Домакинята ежедневно се интересуваше дали имаме нужда от нещо допълнително, а един следобед ни изненада и с баница със сирене. Достатъчно места за паркиране, ако сте с автомобил. На пешеходно разстояние от различни ресторанти в обсег от около 1 километър. Място което предразполага и към уединение, но и е в непосредствена близост до различни развлечения, включително и в Неа Мудания, която е на около 2 километра, а при желание е около 30 минути ходене по път който преминава успоредно на плажа. Чудесно място, на което се надявам да имам възможност да се върна отново! Ваканцията свърши!

• Radić (10/5): - The accommodation is beautiful - clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you might need. The beach is just a couple of minutes’ walk away. The host is wonderfully kind and always ready to help. She even surprised us with a homemade lemon pie, such a thoughtful gesture. We truly hope to return here next year.

Ταυτόχρονα, η γύρω περιοχή προσέφερε πολλές δυνατότητες για διασκέδαση, καφέ, εστιατόρια και άλλα. Ιδιαίτερα αξίζει να τονιστεί η φιλικότητα και η προθυμία των ιδιοκτητών, που φρόντισαν προσωπικά για τα πάντα και ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα σε κάθε μας ανάγκη. Μια διαμονή που συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα – ιδανική για όσους αναζητούν μερικές ημέρες ξεκούρασης σε ένα καλαίσθητο περιβάλλον.

• Alexander (10/5): Perfect seaside getaway – can easily see why it has so many amazing reviews ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - We’re a British couple who stayed here for a week by the sea, and it truly was perfect. The décor is beautiful, and the fixtures and fittings are incredible — you can really see how much time and effort has gone into making this place so special. It’s also very quiet, with thick walls, so we couldn’t hear the neighbours at all. The location is fantastic — so close to the beach, with a wonderful restaurant called Akti just a 10-minute walk away (head towards the beach and turn right). We also enjoyed the beach bar Donkey. Our host was the most welcoming and accommodating we’ve ever met — we had goodies on arrival including wine, and halfway through the week they surprised us with delicious Greek pastries. Inside, the kitchen facilities were great, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing. There’s even a BBQ (we didn’t use it, but it looked excellent). This place is so quaint and perfect for a relaxing week by the sea. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

• Eugenia (10/5): The dreamhouse for a summer vacation - The place is spotless clean, a 2 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and everything is in perfect condition. The bed was very confortable and the houses are on a quiet street, no noise to bother you, just the sound of the waves in the evening. The hoast were like family, so helpfull and nice, they helped with anything we needed. My 2 year old was so happy here she didn't want to go home 🥰 Thank you, Nafsika Suites for a lovely holiday! We would love to return here❤️ -

Perfectly clean and gorgeous decor. Comfortable beds with very high-quality mattresses, sheets, and bath towels. Beautiful bathroom and very good equipment kitchen. There is a refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, plates, and even airfare. Plus, barbecue outside. The air-conditioned is working perfectly. The beach is on a minute away. Thank you very much! We will come back for another great stay❣️❣️❣️

We had espresso machine with capsules to start our day every morning. They were kind to organize big baby cot for us. Yard and terrace was great and super useful for our kid. Location is 30sec away from beach and beach bar, and everything is super close! We will def come back here!
• Globe_trotteuse (10/5): Recommendable - The maisonette is excellent. It is very nice and clean, sufficient for two people. The host is sweet. She replied quickly to all questions. The location is very good. You need to walk a bit for the cafes and restaurants, but at the same time you are far away from the noise. All was good. One minor thing: the hot water finishes quickly in the boiler, but it is not a huge deal in summer.

The villas are just a short walk from the beach, which made our mornings and evenings extra special. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. The space felt very cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — the bed was especially comfortable! We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the porch, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The villas are in a quiet location, away from busy roads, which gave us a real sense of relaxation. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. You can reach the village square within a 10 minutes beach walk. There you can find two large shops, several nice restaurants, and a lovely patisserie with delicious local sweets — perfect for sampling Greek treats! Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place close to the beach with great hospitality.

• Gabriela (10/5): Just what our souls need after a long journey from our home country! - Nafsika and Yannis are amazing hosts, and the unexpected meze we did in the Christmas Eve, was just what we needed. They are kind people, with great character, and for sure, this is the only place we first stop every time we travel to Greece. The location is quiet, right in front of the sea, and we enjoy learning about Greek Culture and Greek way of life! They are simply amazing hosts!

Suites are new and have everything you need for a perfect vacation: fully equipped kitchen, very nice bathroom with hot water all the time, nice bedroom (we also had requested a baby crib which was almost new), tv with Netflix, fast internet... Owners are very polite and helpful. We had our suite cleaned and fresh new sheets on request which was great. There is plenty of parking around the property. The beach is one minute walk away.

• Ismail (10/5): Comfortable room with unique design taste and great location - The room is perfectly clean. It was decorated with a certain taste. One of my friends also booked another room and that room had a different type of decoration. But everything was in harmony. You have everything you need. The kitchen equipment is new and has no scratches. You don't really need the A/C but when you turn it on the engine makes a lot of noise and you can hear it at night.

Keep in mind that if you have bad luck you can have noisy neighbours. Last night of our stay Romanian group check in at the same day and at 1 am they spoke by Viber or WhatsApp with some other guys too loud , their kid also screaming in front of suites, as they woke up us and my husband needed to go outside and ask them to be quiet. Luckily they understood and go to beds

• Maria (10/5): A peaceful place to recharge your batteries - Big bed with firm mattress, the sheets smelled so nice. Quiet area perfect to relax. Close to the beach. Big bathroom. The place is very tasteful decorated. Free Netflix. Everything is good, but I advise people to have a car in the area so that they can access more beaches and restaurants.

I loved waking up and drinking a coffee (left by the owners), right on the beach. We enjoyed walking on the beach on a very short distance to Paralia Dyonisu, and had a 3 minutes drive into downtown Nea Moudania. If you are like us and like peace and casual walks on a semi wild beach, this is the place. We recharged our heart batteries. The owners are very nice people, and this is a heart project for them. Loved talking to Yannis, and sharing thoughts and ideas. There was nothing that needs writing about :). We loved it!
• Adina (10/5): An excellent experience that I hope to repeat - This place is exquisite, inside and outside. Inside it is very clean, very true to the photos, spacious, and in very good taste. It has generous indoors seating area, on the sofa and at the table. I find this aspect to be important because it allows the guests to each do their thing in the evenings - read, watch tv, sit at the laptop. without being on each other's toes. The amenities were not just pretty, but truly functional: there was good water pressure, the wifi was fast, the refrigerator was not a minibar, it was a real refrigerator and it cooled our drinks and food fast and well. All the windows had mosquito nets, and you can see the sea through the main window. It was great to cook breakfast with that view! Outside there is again a table and chairs, the view is even better, and because the place is on flat terrain, the parking was no issue at all. The location has very good balance between being secluded (and quiet and without traffic noise) and being within short distance from the local and main roads. Within a very short drive or an approx 30 min walk along the beach there are all the bars, restaurants, shops etc. one could need. There is a bench on the beach, less than 200m from the Suites, where I took my coffee one morning and a beer one evening, and it was the most relaxing thing. The hosts are always one message away, very responsive and available, but also discreet and not intruding at all. I'll have to go back to find something :).

Close to the beach, close to several restaurants, just a joy to stay! Wish we could have been here longer! Nothing at all

Even if it has the bedroom upstairs, the stairs and space is well thought, and the hosts paid a lot of atention to details and quality products. They provide toiletries, and even had some wine and coffee as a gift. It is close to the beach, quiet, romantic, modern but chic. The bed and sofa are comfy, and we slept like a rock. We will return 100%. It is not that we did not like, but it is a concern that they have a shower curtain and the water gets to the door frame and I am worried it would break due to water and careless tourists. Other than that, this place really felt like home away from home, and let us heal from our busy agitated life in a big city. Can’t wait to return!
