Deborah (3/5): Location great but aspects of the property, particularly security very disappointing. - Location and parking. The property was not secure. Lock on the porch door and bottom half of the kitchen stable were missing. The cottage company responded quickly and a temporary bolt was put on the kitchen door. Unless locks are replaced I would not recommend staying in this property. Storage for clothes very limited. No wardrobes even though there is space in the main bedroom, seven coat hangers in the property, no drawers other than bedside cabinets and desk drawers. Controls rubbing off on oven making it tricky to switch in. Disappointingly these issues have been highlighted by previous guests.

Paul (6/5): Great location. Friendly staff. Very poor first impression. No iron or ironing board, which is odd. - Location was excellent On arrival, evidence the property had not been cleaned. The bathroom (toilet) was dirty. The living room carpet had a lot of dog hair. Kitchen oven (surface) had not been cleaned. We took pictures and emailed to letting company as proof. Stains on bedsheets. Very disappointing. However, letting company quick to resolve as cleaners attended within the hour to follow up and clean.
