Thank you again for all your help, Gulia! As for the apartment itself, the location is perfect, with a lovely view of a charming square. The apartment is modern and fully equipped with everything you might need—from coffee and sweets to slippers. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, and everything was just perfect. As soon as you step outside, you’ll find bars, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. The train station is only a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend this place to future travelers!

• regina (10/5): - Tolle Lage, moderne Wohnung Es war Nachts etwas laut durch 5 Lokale im Innenhof, aber das italienische“ Leben „ konnte man so richtig genießen!
• Eric (10/5): Séjour parfait, merci Giulia pour votre gentillesse ... - Même si nous n'avons pas rencontré Giulia nous avons communiqué par messages , l'appartement était très propre, la salle de bain bien agencée avec tous les produits nécessaires (bain douche, brosses à dents, essuies, ...) la cuisine parfaite, tout était pensé pour le petit déjeuner il ne manquait rien. L'appartement était bien situé à quelques pas du centre et des petites ruelles. Merci à Giulia au plaisir... Tout était parfait.
• Danka (10/5): - Apartament w centrum wokół dużo restauracji i barów, wszystko co potrzebne w podróży jest w apartamencie. Giulia zadbała o wygodny pobyt oraz łatwe dotarcie do mieszkania. Bardzo polecam jeśli lubicie miejskie życie z gwarem ulicy, super wygodne łóżko i najważniejsze poduszki do wyboru bardzo wygodne. Dziękuję Gulia.

• Maria (10/5): REWELACYJNY - Rewelacyjne zakwaterowanie! Bardzo przytulny, piękny i nowoczesny apartament, wyposażony absolutnie we wszystko, czego można potrzebować. Urokliwy i bardzo klimatyczny malutki balkonik z cudownym widokiem na stare miasto. Dookoła restauracje oferujące pyszne jedzenie i kawę. Kuchnia i łazienka są wyposażone we wszystko, czego tylko można potrzebować. W pełni zaopatrzona lodówka ( sery, wędliny, jaja, masło, jogurty, soki, woda, mleko i t.d.), dodatkowo ciastka, kawa, herbata i mnóstwo przekąsek. Od początku czuliśmy się zaopiekowani pod każdym względem:) Świetny kontakt z właścicielką :) Dziękujemy i myślę, że wrócimy:)

• Lars (10/5): Utmärkt destination för ett par som vill utforska stadens sevärdheter och äta god mat på gångavstånd - Rikligt med produkter i kylen för en vecka och mer därtill. Läget absolut toppklass. Nära till dom flesta sevärdheterna. Värdinnan Giulia var oerhört hjälpsam med allt gällande tips på restauranger, sevärdheter , transfer till flyget och uthyrning av e-bikes. Egentligen ingenting gällande lägenheten men man ska vara medveten om att Cagliari är mycket backigt. Vi hyrde e-bikes några av dagarna vilket rekommenderas

• Basia (10/5): The best place ever ! - This is the best accommodation we've ever had in Italy. The apartment is beautiful and modern, equipped with absolutely everything. The most charming thing was the tiny balcony with a wonderful view of the old town. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything you need and more! A fully stocked refrigerator, homemade cookies, and tons of snacks. We were incredibly impressed. Bravo to the hostess; you couldn't do a better job than this.
• TAIBI (4/5): Séjour Épuisant - L’emplacement L’hébergement est situé sur une place animée, bordée de cafés et de restaurants. Le bruit nocturne y est constant et particulièrement gênant. Même un quadruple vitrage n’aurait pas suffi à atténuer le vacarme. Il nous a été très difficile de dormir, ce qui a clairement nui à la qualité de notre séjour. Breakfast items were provided and this was greatly appreciated - we had eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurts and cheeses, breads and biscuits; it was more than enough for our stay. Giulia is a great host and kept in touch with us throughout, and we absolutely loved our stay. Nothing!

The breakfast was included in the fridge with lots of salami, ham, butter, yogurt as well as tea cake, bread, jam, Nutella etc. The square was not too busy when we wanted to sleep. none
• Brent (10/5): Comfortable, good location, exceeded expectations - The place was spacious, clean, well stocked for breakfast and toiletries, and had good kitchen facilities for a simple meal of you choose to cook your own. The location is close to many restaurants, cafes, gelaterie, bus stops, and the train station. Giulia is readily available with suggestions of things to do and places to go in the city and clearly communicated how to enter the place upon arrival making the whole experience easy and smooth. The place has A/C which was def needed in the heat (we stayed early June). We stayed for about 6 days and recommend staying here! Nothing! Perhaps I’m not fussy but we really liked the place and enjoyed our stay.

• Steven (10/5): Great location great apartment and very generous hosts - The generosity and selection of food that was left was amazing. We could not ask for more. It really made our stay and set our mood for our first visit to Sardinia. We can’t thank our hosts enough. Best selection and quantity of food we have experienced in any self catering accommodation we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The property was centrally located in a great location. Very clean (spotless), and almost new. Although it is small, it was well laid out and we had quite enough room for our short stay there. Kitchen was well equiped, including a microwave oven and good espresso machine. Only addition would be a cutting board, to avoid damaging the new bench tops

We gad booked accomodation with breakfast included but it’s more like breakfast foods (toast, jams, milk and eggs) are available. Not a cooked breakfast.

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect apartment in a most lovely city. - Wow what a venue! We stayed here for a week and just couldn’t fault it. The location of the first floor apartment overlooks a square which hosts two restaurants and a bar. Further restaurants and bars are very close. The train station and bus station are a short walk away too. That we are not staying for longer Or that we don’t own this little beauty

Central location on a really lovely piazza where there are lots of bars and restaurant. The hostess is amazing; really welcoming, even bringing fresh cakes and croissants. Coffee on the high but tight balcony in the morning was a great start to each day. Would highly recommend. Nothing!

• Tine28 (8/5): Recommended, but breakfast concept didn't work for us - The location is perfect, in the middle of the city centre. Staff is very friendly, there is airco, a kitchen, ... . Maybe we were a bit unlucky but when we slept there in the weekend there was a lot of noise in the corridor. You can hear everything from the hallway and there was a lot of passage ar 3/4 am. The breakfast concept didn't work for us. The first day you have so many cakes, pastries, ... it's a bit too much. And by the last days nothing is fresh anymore and you have to throw it out. We would preferred a fresh breakfast every day or no breakfast at all.

The balcony is headed towards a little piazza with multiple restaurants, so sitring there watching the nighlife was absolutely amazing. The location is ideal, walking to everywhere takes literally a minute or two. The owner kept asking if we need anything more and she was so nice to us. I would return anytime.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Style, comfort, balcony......Italy.....what more do you need! - Excellent communication from the moment we booked and a warm welcome from Giulia. Well stocked with food and drink and the place was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location to explore Cagliari. So helpful with dietary restrictions. The balcony was the reason we chose this property and it was a great place to sit and read, eat and soak in the Sardinian atmosphere. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back if I'm in Cagliari again one day. Little things like an instruction sheet with WiFi code, bin instructions would be helpful and maybe some leaflets or suggestions of local attractions. Just something seen in other properties. Honestly nothing I didn't like.

Perfect location in the heart of the Marina area with lots of nice bars and restaurants close by. There was a well filled fridge with all kinds of good and luxury food for breakfast. And our host Giulia was really helpfull and friendly! I would definitely reccomend this appartement if you visit Cagliari!

• Landegren (9/5): A perfect apartment for two people when visiting Cagliari, centrally located in a nice area. - We had a fantastic stay at Suite Cagliari! The apartment is very clean and modern with the facilities needed for a week. Breakfast was over expectations, Giulia had filled up our refrigerator with a lot of good and varied food/drinks. A very nice balcony where we spent our mornings and some evenings, with a nice view of a small piazza with restaurants. The area is very nice, calm but lively at the same time, and a lot of nice restaurants just around the corner. A few minutes walk anway, there is a bus station from where it’s easy to take a bus when doing day trips to nice beaches etc (would not recommend the city beach Poetto, it’s definitely worth the effort to go an hour or two away). Also, the host Giulia is very friendly and we felt very welcomed. We really recommend this place when staying in Cagliari!
