- SHYNAR (10/5): Доступно, свежо, комфортно - Все чисто, свежо, опрятно. Меня заселили одну в четырехместном номере с видом на горы. Постель белоснежная, свежая, из хлопка, приятная к телу. Есть на первом этаже кухня, холодильник, микроволновка, вода из фильтра, посуда. Есть утюг, гладильная зона которая входит в стоимость . Есть за доп оплату услуги прачечной с сушкой. Есть прямой выхоб к улице Темирьязева, девочки молодцы, Гульмире отдельное спасибо . Мне все понравилось. Удобно до выставки Атакент, прям на территории. Если хотите шведский стол, есть рядом за 6000 тг ресторан со шведским столом в отеле Best Western.

- Diana (10/5): - Отличный хостел! Чистые и уютные номера, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Удобное расположение, рядом с достопримечательностями и транспортом. Есть общая кухня и приятная атмосфера для знакомства с другими гостями. Рекомендую!
- Nicolas (7/5): Bon séjour mais il y a mieux à trouver à Almaty selon moi - Dans l'ensemble, le séjour s'est bien passé. L'hostel est plutôt neuf et très propre. Le quartier est un peu loin de tout pour un touriste mais le coût de déplacement étant faible, ça se fait tout de même bien. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hostel à 4h du matin et ils ont été arrangeants en nous faisant payer une demi nuitée pour faire un early check-in, c'était très agréable. Nous avions une chambre double (la 6) et le lit est vraiment très dur. Après 2,5 nuits sur le matelas, j'avais mal au dos. De plus, une usine, climatisation ou je ne sais quoi d'autre tournait toute la journée et toute la nuit sous notre fenêtre et l'isolation n'étant pas parfaite, il y avait beaucoup de bruit toute la journée ou nuit.

- Orxan (9/5): - Всё понравилось. Но хотелось бы обратить внимание на важный момент. В туалете отсутствует биде-душ или хотя бы лейка (афтафа) для гигиены после посещения. Для гостей, привыкших к водным процедурам, это создаёт серьёзный дискомфорт. Было бы здорово, если бы отель учёл этот нюанс в будущем — это повысило бы уровень сервиса и удобства для разных категорий гостей.

He introruced me the facility and made the place familiar to me. then he tell me the places that İ can visit in Almaty. İt was a good place to stay İt was easy to find hotel but not the hostel 😀
- David (8/5): - Good location within walking distance of transport and amenities. Very clean and well maintained. Nice common areas. Polite, helpful staff. The shower stalls are not properly set up or isolated - theres a curtain separating the changing area from the main area but it still feels not quite private. The staff, especially the receptionist on the second day, seemed paranoid and controlling - going into my bed and unplugging my charger without explanation, and even hinting I'd been smoking in the room when I don't even smoke. I suspect this is because of rude local guests but if this is the case, the solution is not chasing after the foreigners. Price seemed rather high for what you're getting. Also they don't speak English at all but this seems to be the norm in Almaty.

- Rose (9/5): New hostel, good value for money, clean and not smelly - Good value for money. It's a new hostel, opened in Sept 2024. The price for one night is higher than the average hostels would offer, however it helps to keep the level of service. No weird smells. You will find exactly the same as you see in pictures. It's clean n comfy. The hostel stuff is uber attentive, helpful. I felt safe, and had a good sleep. They keep it quiet after 11pm. The kitchen is in the separated room, with the door. It doesn't offer much for cooking but you can use a multi cooker, a ramen cooker and a microwave. No stove tho. For laundry they have a washing machine and a dryer. I saw lots of local families staying there for a short term city visiting. The shower is for both men and women, however it has it's privacy( I'll attach picture). The location is nice, lots of cafe's around. Easy access to the city buses. they also have lockers in the room and lockers downstairs. the room was warm, with the central heating system. They have AC, suppose there will be no problem with summer heats. Could be nice to have a toaster for morning snacks. They don't have coffee machine , but there is a coffee vending machine at reception.

- Arlene (9/5): Very good! I will recommend this hostel. - We stayed at this hostel for 3 days and 2 nights while attending the 2024 Almaty Marathon. The bed was comfortable, its a bunk bed, the facility was clean, and the staff were supportive. The kitchen was spotless, though the toilet didn’t have a bidet. The location is great, near a mall with everything you need, and booking a taxi with Yandex Go was easy.
