Guest Reviews
- Radley (8/5): - Nice cottage comfortable and well equipped kitchen. There weren’t any bath towels. The traffic is noisy in the morning.
- Andrew (10/5): - Quiet and relaxing, nice views. Nothing
- Kerry (8/5): - Its a super cute little cottage, loved all of the interior.nice and cosy apreciated the washing machine. Liked it had a bath aswell as a shower.well equipped kitchen. Very thoughtful welcome pack 😊 The only thing I would say is the lack of communication,I had to message once via booking.com asking a question then we worked it out for ourselves but there was no response to our message, an acknowledgement would have been welcome, like ahh glad youre ok kinda thing..
- Katherine (10/5): The cottage was beautiful! - It was as beautiful as the pictures! The hosts didn’t forget a thing it was perfect!
The cottage was lovely and clean and warm when we arrived. A welcome hamper and milk in the fridge.
The bedroom was stunning and the bed really comfortable.
We would definitely visit again! Nothing

- Earl (10/5): Great location and convenient location for the Dragon Ride in Margam Park. Will more than likely book for next year too! - Great location. Very quiet.
- Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - The whole cottage was amazing but the bed was the best part we want a bed just like it. We can't wait to return Nothing every was perfect
- Kath (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mirlynn (8/5): Great short stay to visit family - The cottage is small but perfectly formed for a short stay. Linda was excellent with communication and left tea and milk as well as some Welsh tea cakes and butter/jam which was much appreciated after a long drive. Everything was very clean and we appreciated the flexibility on check-in time. It was great to have a full kitchen rather than have to eat every meal out. We were visiting family in Bridgend - not sure how much there is to see and do if you were coming here just as a tourist, but the location worked well for us.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - The cottage was comfy and cosy, had everything we needed. Plus host left welsh cakes, crumpets, butter, jam and milk very thoughtful. Will definitely go back Nothing although the kitchen tap, was slightly annoying as it dripped
- Gaynor (8/5): Very good -
- Debra (8/5): Very good -
- Lina (9/5): Great little find - Location, welcome, comfortable bed (rare to find these days) Check out time
- Mick (9/5): Superb -
- Kristina (10/5): Loved this place and will definitely book to stay again!!! - Quaint, charming, safe and welcoming! Loud music from next door neighbor
- Kevin (10/5): Delightful cottage with such a warm welcome - A fabulous find!!!! A late booking due to being let down by two Airbnb host at the very last minute but certainly not disappointed in the end. Rees cottage is a comfy, cosy, charming little place, equipped with all you need and a bit more. A very warm welcome of tea and home baking greeted us alongside some store cupboard essentials and kitchen supplies. Fabulous bed and quality bedding led to a really good couple of nights sleep, although floorboards in bedroom were a bit creaky, but to be expected in an old property. Really clean and cared for property and furnishings. Location was good, walking distance to a couple of pubs, restaurants and shops, additional information provided at property. Lovely outdoor space, enclosed and with a nice seating area, unfortunately the weather wasn’t kind enough to allow us to make the most of it. We had booked for an event in Cardiff and getting there was easily achieved by a taxi to Bridgend(cost £10) and train in to Cardiff (6.50 return) and took about 40 minutes in total. In hindsight would have added an extra couple of days on an explored the surrounding area and local coast. Nothing
