Rakesh (1/5): Worst experience at Pushpak Resort Shirdi. Do not book this hotel !!! - I had the worst experience of my life with this hotel. I had booked two rooms for my family (for my family including my 85 year old mother and my one year old baby nephew). After a hectic travel, we were greeted with shock when the staff at reception told us that hotel is overbooked and they do not have any rooms.We showed them our confirmed booking on booking.com but they told us that hotel is sold out how did you got booking on booking.com. They kept on insisting that it is the problem of booking.com and not their problem.They were very rude and even did not had the courtesy to offer us water. Very unprofessional people. They had overbooked from various sources like booking.com, their own sources and other sources like make my trip etc. They accept the bookings from all the sources and thus over book their hotel. They did similar thing with other family who was there at the hotel. After long travel, if the hotel tells you at the last moment that they do not have rooms, it is atrocious and not acceptable at all. These people are a blot on hospitality industry and should be blocked from business for such unprofessional attitude and harrasing customers. I strongly recommend that this hotel should not be booked and booking.com should delist it from its app.

Abhishek (5/5): A decent resort with potential to become a great one. - Big Parking. Good room size. Decent room service. Have potential to become a fantastic resort. Staff is courteous & helpful. Swimming pool is ok. Overall clean. Central AC not working. Room lighting needs to be improved. Overall resort looks like on cost cutting mode. Beware that shuttle to Sai Baba temple is free but they drop you at a particular shop where they say that shoes/mobile can be kept there safely free of cost. But then they force you to purchase prasad & chadar. If you don't agree they force you to take back mobile & shoes. Need not worry, there are arrangements at temple to keep shoes & mobile at no or almost nil cost. Overall renovation seems to be required and buffet needs to be improved drastically. Quality & Variety wise.

They just want to over price everything, it's like a "loot" I was with my 6 months old daughter, we had 2 rooms, hotel was empty, we requested late check out by an hour for one room out of the two and they troubled us so much for that. Not at all coordinating, below standard rooms.
