Julius (4/5): Abenteuerlich - Ob man das will muss man selber wissen - Man konnte den Rewe schnell erreichen, sowie den Haribo-Werksverkauf und den ÖPNV. Die Angestellten vor Ort waren nett. Aus einem Zimmer hatte man einen guten Blick auf den Burgturm. Wir haben mehrere Einheiten gebucht und wurden schon vor Bezug telefonisch vom Inhaber unter den Verdacht gestellt aufgrund unserer Gruppengröße dort Partys veranstalten zu wollen, was nicht der Fall war. Leider gab es in den Wohnungen Probleme mit verschiedenen elektronischen Geräten wie z.B. dem Herd, sowie mit Wassertemperatur und Menge in Dusche und Toilette. Man könnte im Schnitt sagen, in jedem Zimmer funktionierte mindestens eine Sache nicht Ordnungsgemäß. Wir fanden am ersten Tag Lebensmittelreste im Kühlschrank (siehe Bild) und am letzten Abend mussten wir circa 80 Minuten vor unserer Tür warten, da der Vermieter uns nicht glauben wollte, dass das Schloss kaputt sei und sich nicht öffnen lasse und stattdessen mehrere Mitarbeiter schickte (zeitversetzt) um es sich bestätigen zu lassen, bevor er den Hausmeister verständigte. Geld gab es auch nach Reklamation nur sehr begrenzt und nur von Booking zurück nicht von der Unterkunft. An der Tür wirbt man übrigens mit einer deutlich höheren Booking Bewertung als aktuell korrekt. Alles in allem Abenteuerlich - ob man das will muss man selber wissen. P.S. Die Parkplätze sind auf einem geteilten Privatgelände circa 50 Meter vom Eingang. Die Einfahrt ist relativ schmal und wenn man nicht sicher weiß, dass man dort richtig ist und dort versucht zu halten um nachzufragen, dann kann es passieren, dass einer der anderen Mieter der Stellplätze zum Auto kommt und sagt, dass man dort nichts zu suchen hätte. So ist es zumindest uns passiert. Irgendwie komisch, dass nicht weithin bekannt ist, dass die Parkplätze zu mietbaren Ferienunterkünften gehören.

Ilmi (9/5): - The stuff was very kind to wait for us as we arrived after 22.00 Rooms are big and comfortable. There is free parking next to the hotel facilities and a few places to eat. We will definitely use the hotel when we need to stay overnight on the way.

Touseyi (7/5): Heel ruim appartement op een toplocatie met goed bed, vriendelijk personeel, appartement verdient wel een update. - Het bed was zeer goed. De locatie was prachtig met uitzicht op de toren, vlakbij veel winkels en restaurants. Een zonnig balkon. Parkeren mogelijk. Wat schoon moest zijn was schoon en de douche was fijn. Voelde huiselijk aan. Ik had expres gezocht op een accommodatie met bad, er zat geen bad in. Er was ook geen andere ruimte vrij, anders kon ik worden omgeboekt. Het appartement kan wel een update gebruiken, meerdere dingen waren gammel en de balkondeur sloot heel moeilijk.

La porta di ingresso del palazzo non si chiude e la porta dell'appartamento non è blindata ma in caso di tentativo di furto facilmente apribile. Insonorizzazione inesistente. Se ci sono rumorini strada o persone che salgono e scendono le scale non è facile riuscire a dormire.

Dmytriy (1/5): - Es fand kein Aufenthalt statt - als in ganz Bonn aufgrund einer Messe die Preise höher gingen, wurde unsere Unterkunft durch den Anbieter storniert.
Zaccaria (10/5): Wunderschöne Tage in Bonn mit allem was man braucht in der Nähe - Ich war dort mit meinen Eltern 82+85 zwecks Krankenhausaufenthalt meiner Mama.es war perfekt gelegen, hatten sogar einen eigenen Parkplatz und wir hatten Aufzug.wir fühlten uns wie zuhause. Danke nochmal!

Johanna (10/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Anreise und Abreise war sehr unkompliziert. Zu der Küche kann ich leider nichts sagen, da wir dort nicht gekocht haben, aber es sah alles sehr gepflegt und sauber aus. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Nove Rose (6/5): An sich eine schöne Wohnung mit Toplage, aber Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sollte man noch verbessern. - Die Lage ist super, man hat alle Geschäfte direkt in Nähe und ÖPNV war auch super zu erreichen. Leider war es nicht so ganz sauber wie erwartet. Haare auf eines der doppelbetten Betten, Einzelbett war hart, tote Spinnen am Boden, TV- Schrank kaputt. Küchenausstattung war sehr wenig für 6 Personen. 6 Personen wurden bei der Reservierung angegeben, erst bei Nachfrage haben wir die Bettwäsche für die 6. Person bekommen.

Jonas (1/5): Kotze auf dem Sofa - Nichts Das Apartment war abgewohnt. Das Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht schließen, da das Bett davor stand. Katastrophe mit Kindern. Zudem war das Wohnzimmer stark parfümiert. Meine Tochter konnte sich dort nicht aufhalten. Später merkte man, warum es so parfümiert war: Jemand hatte sich auf das Sofa übergeben, was nicht ausreichend gereinigt war. Am Morgen herrschte ein deutlicher Geruch von Erbrochenem in der Wohnung. Sehr ekelhaft und nicht zu empfehlen. Bitte Geld zurück.

Arne (3/5): - Verblijfplaats was heel ruim Geen internet, ook al zou dit normaal aanwezig moeten zijn. Verblijfplaats was zeer verouderd. De waterleiding zijn raar aangesloten waardoor we een dag zonder koud water zaten en het wc niet konden doorspoelen.

Ghizlane (9/5): Entspannenden und konfortabel. - freundlich eingerichtetes Apartment, großzügig und für die zntrale Lage ausgesprochen ruhig.
Marc (2/5): Laut, schlechte Betten, einfach eingerichtet - wir raten ab. - Das einzig Positive war die Größe des Apartments. Sehr laut, liegt direkt an der Straße. Durchgelegene und einfache Betten. Wir haben, auch aufgrund der Laustärke, kaum geschlafen. Wahllos zusammengewürfelte, sehr einfache Einrichtungsgegenstände. Heruntergekommene Gegend. Check-in erst verspätet möglich (wir haben wiederholt nach einem früheren Check-in als die bei der Buchung angegebene Zeit von 15 Uhr gefragt, weil wir auf eine Hochzeit mussten. Das wurde abgelehnt. Als wir um 15 Uhr da waren, mussten wir 20 Minuten warten, weil die Reinigung noch nicht abgeschlossen war.)

Amy (1/5): Can’t recommend, we left without even staying one night. - Stank of cigarette smoke and fish frying from places below, so noisy could not open windows, front door did not lock, broken lock on apartment door, parking spaces way too small for our car. We felt so uncomfortable, we ended up leaving before staying the first night.
Anna (7/5): Neighbourhood was not too good and at times noisy. - Clean Bare minimum was provided eg: only one role toilet paper for 4 nights stay. Half a small jar of coffee, although property has a kitchen and is an apartment unlike other place there was no salt, pepper and minimal or no cooking needs. Place could use some maintenance.

Marianna (8/5): Easy place to stay in Bonn - Clean, comfortable and spacious. The apartment had everything needed for a short stay in Bonn. Nearby restaurants, shops and fast food were handy. The kebab shop (Medina) probably did the best kebabs in Europe! Bus stop serving several lines into the city was also useful.

Anna (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good, our apartment was quite comfortable but needs some fixes here and there. There is an underground parking, which is quite necessary if you come by car. The property did not respond to text messages via booking.com, only to calls and later to WhatsApp messages. It was hard to find the entrance and to park the car at check-in, because the streets are very busy and it's not clear where the entrance is. The apartment was not quite ready for our arrival: there was some garbage left from the previous visitors and the crib that we requested was not there, we had to help bringing it up the stairs. We also had to ask for the WiFi password and for the bath towels.
