- عبدالرحيم (6/5): انتمني ان يكون الضليعة كاسم للفندق يعكس أسلوب الخدمة المتميزة - المكان والنظافة طلبت بالملاحظات غرفة كينج سيت واستلمت غرفة مزدوجة واليوم الثاني تم تحويلي للغرفة المطلوب ولكن بها عيوب : الهاتف لا يعمل مفتاح اللمبة الرئيسية لا يعمل مفتاح الدش عطلان ايضا موظفي الاستقبال يحتاج برامج تطويرية للتعامل مع العملاء والشخصيات المختلفة بدل اضافة الوقت بمشاهدة الجوال للتسلية وإضاعة الوقت لذلك نرجوا الاهتمام بالصيانة الدورية
