• jimenez (4/5): Mal servicio - La cercanía con la playa Aire acondicionado de baja potencia y únicamente en las habitaciones, tuberías en mal estado provocaban obstrucciones y mal olor en pila lavaplatos, ingresan a los apartamentos sin que lo indiquen, y no realizan aseo así que no se para qué ingresan! El calor en la sala y cocina es insoportable!

• Cassandra (10/5): We would stay here again!! Amazing place. - This property is just perfect. The location is quiet, but still close to the main activities and amazing restaurants. We had a couple tours booked and the offices were walking distance! The national park beach and area was also walking distance. The beds were so comfortable and AC worked great. The shower was huge, had great pressure, and hot water. The place is quite big and perfect for families, friends, and couples. The pool was great, always had some sort of shaded area, was clean, and comfortable! The different levels to the pool also made it very family friendly! Employees and owner were very kind and accommodating, we got a load of laundry done and it came back smelling wonderful! Nothing.

La résidence et son parking sont parfaitement sécurisés et la piscine est un plus. Franchement c était super. Juste peut-être un détail : mettre a disposition sel poivre et huile pour cuisiner dans la magnifique cuisine avec îlot de l appartement

• Clare (10/5): Peaceful, clean, welcoming, amazing apartment hotel! - A peaceful, clean, beautiful hotel! Staff were super friendly and helpful, family feel. The pool area is lovely; really liked the two areas; a shallow and deeper. The apartments are stunning - super modern, incredibly clean, great facilities. Also, the team were very responsive over email and text which was helpful when planning. Would highly recommend. Nothing really.

• Alan (8/5): - Staff were lovely and very helpful. The pool chill out area was fab. Beds were really comfortable and a/c was brilliant in the bedrooms. Everything was very new. Its very mear town with nice restaurants nearby. We had a good stay and would recommend it. We didn't really lkne the lounge seating as it was like a waiting room seating so not very relaxing and comfortable no mirrors in the bedrooms and, being English we would have loved a kettle to make a cup of tea.

• Ronald (9/5): Bonitos y centricos apartamentos - apartamento muy bonito y cómodo. La cocina full equipada. tienen parqueo en el lugar con portón lo que me pareció muy bueno, además de una pequeña piscina, pero muy bonita. Muy cerca de restaurantes y del parque marino ballena. Apartamento muy seguro. Me gustó bastante, el precio es justo y el que quiera cocinar que lleve la comida y le sale más barato y mejor. No es culpa del ballena paradaise, pero a la par están construyendo una casa y hacen ruido desde buena mañana. Hay que ventilar más el apartamento un cuarto tenía mucho olor a moho.

• Michal K. - Prague (5/5): Convenient Location, Services Don’t Match the Price - The hotel’s location, which is not far from the entrance to the national park. Value for money. I don’t mind a higher price, but it should be matched by the level of services provided. The accommodation is of average quality for a price that does not reflect it. At the very least, we would have expected basic items such as sugar for coffee in the room or salt in the kitchen. Next time, we will choose a different accommodation in Uvita.

• Kamila (10/5): Perfect! - The apartment was amazing! Big, clean and fully equipped. Air condition in both bedrooms, fan in the kitchen/living area. Big shower with body wash and shampoo. There was a lot of towels to use. Only accomodation we stayed in Costa Rica where our clothes would dry 😅 The pool is such an amazing touch, very clean, with salt water. Close to the Marino Ballena National Park. Everything was amazing.
• Britta (9/5): Zentrale Unterkunft zum Nationalpark - Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man den Nationalpark besuchen möchte. Zu Fuß sind es nur ca. 500 Meter. Das Apartment ist schön und modern. Wir haben selbst gekocht und es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool war perfekt, um dort den Regen abzuwarten, wegen der überdachten Sitzecke.. Die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich. Gesicherter Parkplatz hinter einem Tor. Zum Sonnenuntergang sind wir nach Playa Hermosa fahren, da der Natuonalpark nochmal Eintritt haben wollte. Leider grad eine Baustelle nebenan, die um 6 Uhr anfängt. Aber das wird nicht mehr ewig dauern.

• Kolber (9/5): super bien, muy comodo, la ubicacion genial todo cerca, hasta queda un minisuper al frente - la ubicación muy cerca de la entrada del parque, mucho silencio apenas para descansar de todo el día a día normal siento que fue un problema ajeno, no recurrente, pero el aire acondicionado, esta sobre la cama y pues el mismo aire estaba botando agua y mojo la cama, pero dijeron que lo van a ver con su tecnico, por fortuna ese cuarto no se uso, pero si se hubiera tenido que usar, no se hubiera podido dormir ya que estaba mojada la cama

La piscina compartida es bella y limpia , estuvimos prácticamente solos por lo que fue maravilloso . Llegas caminando al parque nacional marino ballena , restorant a dos cuadras … y la chica que atiende esta procurada de responder cualquier duda .

• Branko (10/5): Above expectations - Air conditioning, fridge, stove, everything works as expected, place is near to Marina Ballena National Park and in it's vicinity has some local stores for shopping basic needs, I came in some minutes past 9 pm for a check-in and checked-out around 6 am which was outside time interval for checking, and crew didn't made a fuss about Everything ok

• Monica (8/5): Relaxing stay in small beach town - Property is as shown in pics and clean. No washing machine. The pool is small and there was road construction out front of the hotel every day. Rental owner should work out a price deal with the national park for tourists staying multiple days as there is no way you should pay a daily park entrance fee just to use a beach.

• Kenneth (10/5): Great quiet apartment to stay in and enjoy the facilities, within easy walking distance to the park - Very spacious apartment with modern facilities and design. There's a small pool that I used practically everyday during my stay. Marino Ballena National Park is about 6 minutes away on foot. Along the way to the park, there are a couple of restaurants, as well as a mini supermarket for basic things. There were not a lot of tourists during my stay and I was practically the only guest in the complex, so it was a great respite from the hustle and bustle of travel. These are not necessarily the fault of the apartment, but worth noting: the road in front of the apartment is very bad (the whole stretch actually, not just the one directly in front of the apartment), there are very few Uber drivers around, and it's a long walk to get to the main highway. The TVs are in the bedrooms (where I don't want them), not in the living room (where I want them). During my time there was an issue with the IPTV account so I didn't really get to use their TV, and I used my laptop instead, and watched from the living room.

• William (10/5): Spacious, modern, clean and close to beach and restaurants - The apartments were new, clean, modern, and spacious. The pool was clean and well equipped for lounging. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to town and beach. Also the gates provided security for our car.

They are very spacious, super clean and comfortable. A/C provided in both bedrooms. Private parking behind the gate is included. Exceptional customer service! Our flight was canceled and rebooked two days later. Even though we pre-booked the apartment, the staff/owner was very understanding and adjusted the booking to save us paying for those two nights. I have never experienced such a great customer service! Response via the app chat was very quickly everytime. All in all a great place to stay, would definitely recommend it!

• Bethan (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment with lovely surroundings that were well maintained. The apartment was really spacious and had lovely modern facilities. The pool area was also kept really clean. The apartment is just a short walk to the national park and bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and we were able to check in slightly earlier as our room was ready which was a bonus. The bowls and plates etc in the apartment were not clean and had someone else's food residue on there. This meant we had to check each item before using it and clean them. Tea, coffee, oil, salt etc (the basics) are not included which you would expect with the price and with it being an apart-hotel as these are included in most places. There wasn't even a dish sponge to wash the dishes so we had to use a cloth instead (maybe why the previous guest hadn't been able to wash the dishes properly too).

• Sharon (9/5): Homely feeling - I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly, communicative and helpful. A spacious apartment equipped with everything you need. A homely feeling and an excellent laundry service. A short walk from Marino Ballena National Park. Horses and cows can be seen from all around. There is construction in the area in front of the hotel but fortunately the noise was not felt in the apartment and it did not affect my enjoyment of the place.
