• Virginie (10/5): Lorsque vous prévoyez un séjour à Oostduinkerke alors le studio Delfien est la meilleure adresse! - J’ai aimé son confort, sa bonne situation par rapport à la plage et aux commerces. J’ai également beaucoup aimé le sentiment de « comme à la maison » de ce studio.
• Lanckman (8/5): - Topligging bij alle noodzakelijke winkels. 200m van het strand. Studio is groot genoeg voor er met ons 2 even tussenuit te gaan.

• Hubert (10/5): Parfait… - Tout… l’appartement est très bien situé, chaleureux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, ça sent bon, c’est lumineux et Griet est très aimable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !

• Tiffany (8/5): Très bon séjour avec tout le nécessaire - Très bonne situation, on s'y sent bien dès l'entrée au studio. Équipements: savon douche disponible, huile essentiel, jouets/livres pour enfant, papier toilette, essuies de cuisine, le nécessaire pour peaufiner nos recettes (sel, poivre, huile,...) Porte d'entrée qui n'est pas blindé, un verrou simple (c'est la pièce où les enfants dorment) pas très rassurant pour ma part. Pas de radiateur dans la salle de bain, pièce qui peut être vite froide. Ces remarques n'empêchent pas de passer un très bon séjour. Juste deux petites notes qui peuvent être amélioré

• Jane (4/5): We sadly could not wait to leave. A very disappointing experience. - On arriving at the building the glass door was shattered and looked unsightly. We were then confronted with a terrible smell, of smoke and really bad drains. This smell lasted throughout the stay and really put us off leaving the room. In addition to this, the staircase was a narrow, winding staircase, which was very dangerous. It also had pipes and meters around the perimeter of it. The lift was very small and did not look maintained, with buttons missing and no button even there in case of the emergency alarm being needed. Therefore we did not feel safe and my husband had to carry a very heavy suitcase up the narrow winding stairs, which was very difficult and dangerous! The terrible smell could even be smelt on the inside of the room, so sadly we could not wait to leave. The double sofa bed was also very uncomfy. The mattress on the childrens bunk beds also had stains on. Furthermore, we weren't told which level to find the apartment on, so we had to text the owner, as it was dark and my husband was lugging the suitcase up the stairs. Also, we were not sure where to put our rubbish bags, as no instructions were given. This made our stay a very poor one unfortunately.
