• Rolande (6/5): Agréable maison avec vue sur le lac Majeur. Dommage que nous devions partager la cuisine. - Vue sur le lac. Cadre agréable. Accueil chaleureux. Cuisine commune, pas de table pour prendre les repas, seulement 4 tabourets pour 2 logements, pas d'espace détente. Difficulté de voir le descriptif exact du logement réservé sur booking, du fait de multiples photos représentant tous les logements.
• Barbara (10/5): We were only booked to stay for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. - The property was lovely - in a peaceful location and spotlessly clean with a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore from the terrace. Looking out over the Lake and the countryside behind the property was so relaxing. The beds couldn't have been more comfortable and the host was very welcoming and helpful. Walking up the hill from Stresa. But everything else was so good that it was worth it.

• Chloe (9/5): Bon rapport qualité prix et hôtes très sympathiques - Agréable appartement situé dans un quartier calme avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer quelques jours à Stresa : cuisine commune avec un autre appartement bien équipée La cuisine commune est une bonne idée mais les autres pensionnaires ont pu être bruyants jusque très tard dans la nuit et utiliser la cuisine sans nettoyer ou ranger ce qu’ils avaient utilisés

Staff davvero molto gentile, camere nuove e ben pulite, ottima la cucina a disposizione. Per arrivare in centro bisogna camminare un po' ma la vista dalla camera ripaga la salita

• Borislava B. (10/5): Nice Villa in a calm place - You have everything you need. There is a very nice balcony with a relaxing atmosphere, very nice hosts. It's a little bit far from the center, but if you are by car you can go down easily. We were in a apartment which shares the kitchen with another apartment but it wasn't a problem at all. Perfect stay we definitely recommend it :)

• Iryna (9/5): Чудові та комфортні апартаменти з гарним видом на озеро та сад, недалеко від озера та центра міста - Дуже привітні господарі, до поселення відповідали на всі задані питання стосовно паркування та порад щодо відвідування Стрези та островів. Парковка безкоштовна в 2 хвилинах пішки, до озера біля 10 хвилин, до центру міста біля 20 хвилин. Але апартаменти в тихому кварталі, з чудовим садом і терасою з видом на озеро. Кухня загальна, є в наявності посуд, холодильник, кава та чай безкоштовна (дякуємо!) В загалі апартаменти чисті та комфортні, але на мій погляд, мало приділено уваги прибиранню ванної кімнати. Також враховуйте що звукоізоляція не дуже надійна... чутно сусідів та всі рухи на загальній кухні. Але для нас це не було великою проблемою і наступного разу при відвудуванні Стрези ми з великим задоволенням зупинимось тут ще раз.

• Sascha (10/5): - It’s just a short walk to the boats for visiting the Borromean Islands. That’s why it was perfect for us. You do need to be fairly fit to walk back up the hill to the apartment afterwards. We would definitely recommend it. Nothing – everything was as described.

• Domenino (8/5): Bonne expérience. - L'emplacement a 10 min a pieds de la promenade en bords de lac et du centre de Stresa. L'accueil des propriétaires très cordiale, la propreté de l'appartement. Le calme. L'aménagement de l'appartement avec une cuisine bien aménagé et pratique. Ce serait était sympa d'avoir du thé et des tisanes a disposition . La bouilloire était bien présente mais rien pour faire une petite boisson chaude. Par contre machine à café avec dosettes et sucre ok. Aussi, peut être avoir le choix sur les coussins de lit (très épais et pas agréables si vous avez des problèmes de cervicales).

Acqua bollente coperte in più nel caso di freddo. Peccato la pioggia perchè il giardino doveva essere splendido. Proprietari presenti e disponibili nonostante il grave ritardo dovuto al traffico con cui siamo arrivati. Wi fi velocissima. Tantissime prese in ogni camera per attaccare computer cellulari e fotocamera vicino ad ogni letto. Bella la cucina sicura e comoda. Carini i giochi da tavolo da poter fare. Tutto non scontato neanche in strutture più care

Descrizione su booking poco chiara e ingannevole.si parla di appartamento con due camere da letto in effetti noi abbiamo soggiornato in due camere più in bagno con una specie di cucina che zona comune con altre due camere con bagno.pertanto non si tratta di un appartamento con due camere ma semplicemente di due camere con zona comune.gli asciugamani erano davvero veramente miseri piccoli e pochi per il resto tutto benissimo

Per persone con problemi motori non lo consiglio perché c'è una discesa ripida che porta al lago e anche perché non si può parcheggiare nella struttura Per il resto tutto ok

• Patrick (10/5): Bella italia bekommt man nur in Villa Vittoria - War eine super Ferienwohnung, perfekte Lage, Die Vermieter war sehr freundlich, und hilfsbereit. Kann nur empfehlen. Wir waren zu viert unterwegs, und hatte eine schöne Terrasse, mit Blick auf dem Lago Maggiore. Wir kommen wieder Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Les propriétaires devaient faire venir le plombier après notre départ, donc situation à vérifier

Accueil très sympathique et nous avons pu garer notre fourgon où nous ont indiqué nos hôtes juste les oreillers trop épais pour nous, mais cela dépend des préférences des personnes. tout le reste était parfait !
