• Sezayi (7/5): Cok fazla kalamadik gece geldik, sabah cikis yaptik... Ama kalmak icin yeterli ve temiz - Odalar temizdi ve konumu iyi. camimiz acilmiyordu ve banyo biraz daha genis olabilirdi
• Tarhan (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt - Ein sehr schönes und zweifellos sehenswertes Hotel. Die Gastfreundschaft und hochwertige Ausstattung, Service, Sauberkeit, Essen, Hotel Präsentation sind überwältigend. Der Gast ist hier König und es gibt wohl keinen Wunsch dem das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal nicht nachkommt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Danke nochmal an das gesamte Personal für die schönen Tage. Alles Bestens!

• mohammed hussain (1/5): - Staff are helpful and friendly, rooms are reasonably sized and facilities are OK. The AC doesn't work, nowhere does it state the ac isnt on or available to use due to the season. The room was like an oven, really uncomfortable.

This is the second time I've stayed here and have been given 2 different reasons for the ac not working. Previously we were told it wasn't working. The room temperature was very uncomfortable, unbearable at times. We checked out early due to the heat. Didn't stay the night.

• Morca Mustafa (3/5): Zimmergröße entspricht nicht der Nutzbarkeit für 2 Personen - Einkaufszentrum daneben. Das als 17 m² angegebene Zimmer ist für zwei Personen praktisch nicht nutzbar. Es gibt keinen ausreichenden Bewegungsbereich. Zwei Personen können sich nicht gleichzeitig im Zimmer bewegen. Die tatsächlich nutzbare Fläche beschränkt sich auf einen schmalen Streifen neben dem Bett. Das Zimmer entspricht funktional einem Einzelzimmer, wird aber als Doppelzimmer verkauft. Das ist irreführend, da die angegebene Größe nichts über die reale Nutzbarkeit aussagt. Für zwei Personen ist dieses Zimmer nicht geeignet.

• Ammar Riaz (7/5): Poor Ventilation for an Otherwise Fair Stay! - The room was a standard ibis-like room. The washroom was tiny but exceptionally clean. The room was also quite clean. We stayed for 2 nights. It's quite centrally located, and you can get the main transportation right in front of the hotel - tram, bus, taxi etc. We used Havas bus to get to the hotel from Gaziantep Airport, which dropped us right in front of the hotel. The historical city sites are on a walking distance, to the southeast of the hotel. Gaziantep Forum is literally adjacent to the hotel, which offers plenty of shopping options for local and international brands and they have a food court as well. We checked in at least 3 hours early, thanks to the reception guy named Ertuğrul. Value for Money: 6/10 Comfort: 7/10 Service: 7/10 Location: 9/10 Staff: 10/10 The room window - that's just too small. The ventilation is quite bad. We literally couldn't breathe the next day as it was so stuffy inside due to poor ventilation and the washroom being just within the room - meaning it opened right to the face of the bed. The window could only open for 10-cm. Poor ventilation. I also asked the hotel at reception for this issue, to which they said this is a centralized system and we can't do much about this. I thought breakfast could've been included in the price tag.

• Ilhan (8/5): A very decent hotel and a great value and comfort for the price. - There is a nice breakfast buffet with a wide selection. The food was good quality, choices are more than adequate with a variety of bread selections. Many traditional Turkish breakfast options, spices and vegetables. Convenient free garage if you are driving. Rooms are compact and windows do not open fully. Room was warm and AC was not working due to the season, so it took time to cool it down. Location was somewhat isolated from main district but options are available within walking distance.

Breakfast was good and not expensive. Nice to have a bar for a reviving beer after a long day out Bedroom door was really heavy. My wife struggled to open it. Limited clothes storage facilities. Bar was limited in choice. Adequate but lacking in some areas such as wine by the glass
