• Ubani (4/5): Not a pleasant experience. - Very unpleasant stay - this is a rehabilitated motel! There's still a stench coming from the rugged hallway carpet. Staff were indifferent. No room service. You have to go to reception each time. See above.

• Barbara (5/5): Wouldn't stay here again. - It was clean and quiet, convenient location. The bed was horrible. They must have a mattress protector on or something that traps the heat from your body. We turned the ac down to 64 so the room was plenty cold but we kept waking up so hot. It was awful. The bed itself wasn't comfortable either. Breakfast was a joke. They had the waffle maker, cold cereal, oatmeal packets, plain bread you could toast and yogurt. For drinks there was coffee, milk, or fake orange juice and lemonade. Thats pretty much it. Then when I went to get hot water to make oatmeal it was empty. The hotel was not busy at all, only one guest there eating so not even sure they ever had hot water in there. Im not expecting something big and extravagant but this was the worst breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel. Just sad.

• Aaron (8/5): A clean and inexpensive place to stay before your flight out of Milwaukee. - This hotel is an older hotel, but has been nicely renovated and is very clean. The location, about 1 mile from airport parking, is excellent, and the value us very good. There is also a very good locally owned Mexican restaurant next door. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I did not like is that between 10pm and 4am they lock all doors except the front door, even though access is key card controlled. I had a very early flight, but as I was loading my car, the door next to my room would not let me in, so I had to walk from the back of the hotel to the front of the hotel to reenter, and then walk back to my room to get the rest of my things. This is a stupid precaution when the doors are already controlled by the room key cards.

They were iffy first of all They’re room service is not good at all could be better i shouldn’t have to come ask for a towel 2 hours after you guys are asking me do i need room service and btw The towel guy isn’t nice at all he’s rude af put him in check and Second coming to check if i had a dog(which is an esa animal btw) in the room after i got rid of her the night and told the night manager it was gone is a bit overbearing and unnecessary.I dont know who you’ve had stay here to where they hide animals or things that aren’t permitted but not everyone is like that nor have i gave you guys a reason to think like that. Then to act slow and to play like you dont understand what were saying or acting like you dont speak english is crazy as-well.at the end of the day staff at this building aren’t my cup of tea and were off putting other than them it was great room and clean

• Monica (1/5): I absolutely don’t recommend staying at this property, in fact you BOOKING people shouldn’t even offer this property as - Convenient location across the airport So many terrible things in this hotel… breakfast very minimal Dirty, stinky NO RESPECT toward guests NO PRIVACY in your room They harass guests specially women (staff are all hindu) The shuttle they offer is a bad service Seems like housekeeping ladies are brought to the US as slaves, they look afraid and always walked and watched by one of the men of the family there Also seemed like a family runned business instead of a formal company Above all I felt very very insecure with those men knocking at my door in the middle of the night DEMANDING for me to open saying “they had to check the fire alarm in my room” when the beeping was obviously NOT inside my room I failed to check on the reviews before my booking, which I did after the fact just to find out they have so many bad ones. All that happened to me wasn’t an isolated incident, looks more like a “modus operandi” kind of situation. Please don’t bother to respond like you do to all others

The included breakfast was quite disappointing. Empty coffee pots, limited options, & only toast & waffles as "hot" items. It seemed as though there was no one monitoring and taking care of the breakfast & dining area.

• Jericka (1/5): Would not recommend to anyone. - Close to the airport The horrible check in process . If they don’t participate with booking they should be listed . I have been charged TWICE and nothing has been done about it . Every time you call it just goes to voicemail. The housekeepers were very loud vacuuming very early in the morning and slamming doors . I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the noise . The front desk staff member was a sweetheart, as was the Shuttle man named Mohammed . The breakfast was well made , but the facility overall was beyond disappointing.

• Lee (10/5): Everything was great, thank you. - The location was perfect for our early flight the next morning. The lobby was bright and cheerful, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was basic but did the trick. And the room rate was excellent! I will definitely consider this place on my next visit. I was really happy overall. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the layout of the 3 buildings and trying to figure out where to park the car that would feel safe and also be easy to find. But that can't be changed and I get it.
• Steven (6/5): Expected better given the ratings. - Great first impression. Night staff was great and very pleasant, accommodating and professional. Rooms are newer and good size. Like the idea of external sink. Some of our team were doubled in rooms. Let us bring in pizza one night and hang in the eating area. Concessions were not outrageously priced like many hotels. The desk space was nice. It was generally quiet as well. Disappointed I have to write this, but check out staff were terrible. I asked for printed copies of the bills for our three rooms (we were there for a week). They denied me at least seven times and said they couldn't print receipts because we booked online. Both members there were very unprofessional, but eventually they printed them out for me. Could have saved a lot of time by just doing it. This treatment alone will mean we won't be back to this hotel next year. But there is more. The breakfast is minimal at best. The bathroom is small and the separate sink while a nice idea is too small to really use - no stopper, mirror is too far back to shave easily and no counter space. Two people could not keep their personal items there at one time.

• Alison (5/5): Clean hotel, okay for the price but definitely wouldn't stay again. - The room was clean. Staff was not helpful at check in, the room was clean but I could hear other rooms more than is expected at a hotel. The TV was also not user friendly at all and I was never offered the option to shuttle to the airport even though it is listed on the website as included in the price.
