• Maria (3/5): - The mattresses on both beds were very bad, we couldn’t sleep! There were flies in the kitchen, it was dirty, and we could hear the neighbor’s TV nonstop! Overall, everything else was nice!

• Sabrina (10/5): - Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung, sehr schön eingerichtet, das komplette Haus kam einem zudem sehr sicher vor. Außerdem tolle Lage, nicht weit zur U Bahn und wenn man gerne spazieren geht ist die Innenstadt auch zu Fuß innerhalb von 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gasteber waren jederzeit für jegliche Anfragen zu erreichen, dass war sehr hilfreich.

• Lindy (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Nektariou due to the location and the size of the apartment - We received clear instructions on where the lockbox. The code was easy to apply and gain access to the property. We have family living nearby so the location made it easy to walk to their home. The lighting could be improved. The evenings were cool so some blankets could come in handy.

• Abhishek (4/5): Very uncomfortable stay and not worth the money👎👎 - Spacious and good location The apartment was full of cockroaches, no lights in the toilet, no one bothered to come and fix the light until a day before we were supposed to leave they call and text asking to send electrician that too after 4-5 contacts to them, but we were out so could not happen and the next day we were leaveing anyway so no use. There a guy was rude on the phone when i reported about toilet lights 4th time but the girls were polite. Cockroahes were every where on beds, toilet, toilet, living room my little daughter was frightened to sit or sleep in night. They did send some pest guy to put some spray which increased the situation rather than helping 🤦🏻‍♂️🙁.. Horrible mattress they were very uncomfortable and even my wife fell down soon she sat on the bed the mattress went in bed and it made her fall. We both end up with bad back pains..... Lights throught the property were very dull you will feel headache. No doubt the lights were fancy in looking but so low and too yellowish. A fan in the property will be a good idea as can not use AC all the time over all it was a bad choice...🙁

• Karyo (10/5): A lovely great value apartment in central Athens . - We loved our stay here. The management company was very attentive. The property is in a quiet street in central Athens! It is spotlessly clean, has good WIFI, and has comfortable beds. The property is fully equipped and perfectly suited our 11-night stay. We loved the area. It is a 15-minute walk from the very cool Fokionos Negri, and Attiki metro station is also 15 minutes away. Fantastic local street markets are on Wednesday and Saturday. There are many coffee shops and small stores on your doorstep. The high street is a 5-minute walk, and a large LIDL supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. We will definitely book again next time we are in Athens. The walls are thin so you can hear neighbours although this seems to be typical in Athens
• Luminita (9/5): Superb - Clean, warm, modern and spacious apartment. Close to Atiki metro station, shops, restaurants, bakery. Easy check-in and check-out.
• Gijs (7/5): Good - Nice modern appartment with enough space for atleast 3 people. Everything was cleaned on arrival. Good access to the metro and other facilities nearby. Make sure to visit Platia Agiou Georgiou (Kipseli), Pl. Agiou Georgiou 9, Athina 112 57, Greece for lots of good cheap food! There's also the possibility to let them return forgotten items via the post. The neighbourhood is a bit rough altough you don't notice that at all when inside, no showerhead holder above the head and a tad expensive to let them return your forgotten items (dhl express is very expensive compared to alternatives).
• Eri (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is newly renovated, and they have done a good job renovating it. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows to choose from. The kitchen is spacious and has enough utensils to make a meal.

• Donatella (7/5): Nice stay - Very nice flat, perfect for my needs. Very clean and well furnished. We gladly found coffee machine with capsules and water in the fridge. Very comfortable beds. I would suggest to add a microwave in the kitchen. Another suggestion to the owner: please put at least a curtain around the shower, otherwise all the bathroom gets wet every time you take one
