• Rok (5/5): - Nice location. Nice pool. Dear, I am writing to you regarding our recent stay at your apartment, which took place from August 4, 2025, to August 7, 2025. Unfortunately, I must express my deep disappointment concerning several aspects of our visit that significantly impacted our holiday. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lady who spoke only Italian. As our knowledge of the language is not sufficient, we were forced to communicate through a translator, which was very uncomfortable and made our stay more difficult. From the moment we entered the apartment, we were struck by an extremely unpleasant odor that persisted despite our attempts to air it out. We hoped that it was simply an issue due to the apartment being closed for a long time, but the smell proved to be very unpleasant and persistent. One of the main reasons we chose this apartment was the presence of a washing machine. Unfortunately, the smell of the laundry after washing was so strong that it felt as if we had left wet clothes in a plastic bag in a warm place for several days. Additionally, after a long day, we wanted to take a shower, but the experience in both bathrooms was very disappointing. The first bathroom had a water hose that was too short, making it impossible to shower normally. The second bathroom was dirty and had a showerhead that sprayed water everywhere. The water had a smell similar to that of the laundry, which further worsened the situation. To alleviate the discomfort, we were forced to use the pool, where at least the chlorine smell was a relief. We also used bottled water for washing dishes and brushing our teeth, which was impractical and uncomfortable. After two days, the situation with the water improved somewhat, but it still significantly affected our holiday experience. The apartment is spacious and has potential, but it requires urgent maintenance.
