Kira, Aïssatou, Adama et Gloria ont été adorables, toujours disponibles, souriants et très attentifs au moindre détail. L’établissement était propre, calme et très agréable, avec un vrai sens du service qui fait la différence. Je me suis sentie très bien accompagnée du début à la fin du séjour. Honnêtement, aucun points négatifs. Le séjour s’est très bien déroulé dans l’ensemble donc rien n’a impacté l’expérience globale qui était excellente.

Mamadou (9/5): Séjour à la résidence Théa - Le séjour dans la résidence Théa était très agréable. L'appartement avait un niveau de propriété irréprochable et le personnel était au petit soin. De plus, les appartements sont parfaitement insonorisés et la vue sur la mer est incroyable.Je recommande fortement.

The apartment lacked internet access, and essential amenities such as tea, coffee, sugar, and a kettle were not supplied. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the apartment was unsatisfactory, with overflowing refuse bins. The customer service staff was unable to resolve these issues due to the unavailability of management personnel.

Logement très propre et bien équipée (lave-linge, liquide vaisselle, frigo, serviettes de bains). Personnel très serviable et accueillant (achat de packs d'eaux). A améliorer : proposer : des petits déjeuners, du gel douche, des serviettes de plages, un sèche cheveux.

Sonia (7/5): - La résidence est bien situé, le studio est vraiment top et fonctionnel. La décoration est top aussi. Les draps n'ont pas être changés pendant notre sejour, odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain, la cuvette des toilettes cassés, le jet d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionne pas bien, l'armoire dans le mini salon cassé aussi. On a demandé des serviettes qui étaient très abimé aussi.

Maina (8/5): Nice appartments but could do better in customer service. - The bedroom balcony was facing the beach quite a nice calming experience. There was no courtesy drinking water(at least a bottle or two!) . A courtesy coffee for the first mor ing would be nice to help guests settle in. No toilet and paper shower soap in the appartment on arrival.

Carmen (7/5): - Hübsches kleines Appartment, gleich neben Empfang mit direktem Zugang zum Pool, gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Etwas abgelegen, aber direkt am Meer mit herrlichem Blick. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren 3 Tage dort und die Organisation des Taxis für die Fahrt an den Flughafen morgens um 4:45 Uhr hat super geklappt. Ansonsten waren wir mit Uber unterwegs. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und schwimmen war jederzeit möglich, auch später am Abend. Gut zu wissen: Der Strom muss selbst bezahlt werden. Das Personal hilft aber beim hochladen. Concierge spricht englisch. Etwas abgelegen

Ines (4/5): - La piscine, le personnel est très gentil L’appartement est bien décorer et bien situé mais il est très sale, le canapé sent mauvais et est taché ainsi que les coussins. Il y a plein de cafard malgré nos réclamations à l’accueil, un nettoyage a été fait mais toujours la présence de cafards ! Il y avait même des cafards dans le frigo. La télé dans la chambre est bloquée et il n’y a pas d’accès aux chaînes. L’accueil a voulu nous indemniser mais notre silence ne s’achète pas. Concernant l’électricité, elle a été coupé des 3 jours après notre arrivée car nous consommions beaucoup. Nous sommes venu l’année dernière mais pour le logement situé plus haut et notre consommations nous avais durer + d’une semaine. Des gens se posaient sur notre terrasse sans notre accord.

Tout était parfait : la propreté, le confort, la piscine, et surtout la qualité du service. L’équipe Ilios Gestion a été très professionnelle, réactive et attentionnée du début à la fin. L’appartement est encore plus beau que sur les photos, très bien équipé et idéalement situé. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un logement de qualité au Sénégal. Wiebe (7/5): - Very spacious appartments, with living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Nice decoration and interior. The staff spoke English quite well and are friendly. Wifi worked perfectly. Very nice view of the ocean (but no beach). It is a quiet area. It is not a hotel, but serviced appartments, so there is no restaurant, no breakfast, no drinks. The pool 'bar' is just a place to sit, but there are no drinks. This is good to know/realise before travelling. There is a water dispenser in the lobby, but it was empty for several days. Payment is done via a link, not possible to do it directly with card. The place is also quite far from downtown. You need to pay seperately for electricity. This is also good to realise.

The property was not clear on a lot of hidden charges, which put me off. Wish they had been very clear from the get-go that certain elements are being charged separately for budgeting purposes. The drive to the property was not pleasant, which I know there is not much they can do about this... but for a first-time visitor, it was a bit jarring.
