- Askania Nowa (1/5): - The apartment was very dirty, there were live wires in the room, instead of the promised parking space there was a space next to a construction site, there was mold in the bathroom, the faucet in the kitchen was broken, there was no kettle, and the towels were dirty. Instead of a bed, there's a sofa bed. All the dishes are covered in old grease. I understand that not all apartments can boast European-quality renovations, but if you're renting, it should at least be clean.

- Razvan Adrian (2/5): Dusty and very old. - The location was perfect. The apartment is quite old and not clean; it needs a significant renovation. The fridge has a terrible smell, and if you leave the bathroom door open, the entire apartment smells awful. The kitchen door looks like it was found in the garbage. Additionally, the plug in the room seems like a risky improvisation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Next time, please ensure the apartment is cleaned properly. For your next client

- Alina (5/5): - Murdăria la bucătărie, totul lipicios , frigiderul murdar in interior cu resturi alimentare. La 10:40 când bebe îmi dormea, ne.am trezit că intra cineva peste noi, care, "a crezut că suntem plecați" .

Problem z zaparkowaniem auta ,choć była informacja że miejsce parkingowe prywatne ,ale nie było informacji gdzie to miejsce się znajduje. Zero kontaktu z właścicielem . Nie odpowiada na wiadomości.
- Alexandru (6/5): It would be a great apartment,especially with the location,as long as some details would be looked into - The location is great,very close to the newly restored sports area. Check-in process was very straight forward. Cleanliness was quite poor. The sofa bed is a double, but the duvet provided was a single(we were a couple, so not ideal). The socket for the TV is exposed,with the wires coming out,very dangerous. TV could use with an upgrade, when turned on it was showing only static,we had to mess with the connection at the back in order to get it working.

The host was attentive and very friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. The apartment is modest but offers exactly what it promises, with all the essentials provided. - Vga (9/5): Clean, comfortable, all the facilities. Valu for money - Cozy appartment. Clean, comfy, all the facilities. Very good communication with the owner. The bed was very good and I had a very good sleep. I am not sure if was Wifi in the appartment, i didnt find any notes
- Delia (9/5): Superb - The host was helpful, and the check-in was very smooth (it is self-check-in, so we could arrive anytime). The apartment has everything necessary, and it is spacious. It was impossible to find a free parking space (even with the hosts' instructions). The area is very car-crowded! There is a parking building right beside the apartment and the outside parking was almost empty. This is secured, but you have to pay a parking fee (3 RON per hour).

- Luke (9/5): A brilliant apartment, would definitely stay again - A really nice apartment, clean and unlike other apartments on this app, it is an entire apartment with multiple rooms. It is close to shops and has a fully functioning kitchen for anybody who would rather cook their own meals. Friendly and helpful host. Really good value for money! Little things. There is no Wi-Fi The light in the kitchen doesn’t work properly and either flickers or turns off completely the moment you take your hand off the switch (this could be a faulty connection) I couldn’t find the shower curtain for the bath Quite far out from the centre, but still reachable by public transport, so not the worst thing

- Francisco (10/5): Great stay and very caring hoster. Don’t judge by the state of the entrance or stairs - Very clean, comfortable and well basics provided for property. It is ideal for solo travellers or 2 people. The price is reasonable cheap for the dates it was booked (Untold festival) The hall and stairs are not at very good conditions and they might give you a bad/wrong impression of how the neighbourhood could be and how your stay could end up being. I honestly can tell that nothing of that affected my stay at all.

- Chihhao (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment for solo or couple travellers. From the decoration and furniture still can feel the atmosphere of old house. Kitchen, wash machine and balcony are good. Quiet neighbor and safe. There is no wifi in the room, but if you get close to the window, you can access to the free wifi from the sports park nearby. Need more instructions for every devices in the room. The gas stove you need to use matches to lit fire. The wash machine you must put the water tube into bathtub to avoid floor flooding. The heater has remote controller in bedroom. I believe a clear instruction can help guests also prevent the devices from destruction.

- Carolina (8/5): Very good - The appartment was really warm so the water on the floor dried quickly. The bed was very confortable. I totally recomend because it was cheap and good despite the water problems. It didn't have wi-fi. When i washed my clothes, the washing machine exploded. The washbasin in tha bathroom was shaking a little. When I had bath, due to the fact that there was no protection in the bathtub, the water fell down on the floor. The appartment was really warm so the water on the floor dried quickly.

- Gyula (9/5): I had a short, but nice stay at this apartment, which also brought back nice memories for me. - Cosy, clean, well equipped, warm apartment, with a touch of nostalgia for me as I lived in the same building (different staircase), in a similar apartment for one year during the university. Host is friendly and helpful. The apartment also has a private parking space in the parking lot just next to the building. I have no complaints worth mentioning.
- Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - David is very cool and the apartment has everything that you need. it’s warm, has all the pots and cutlery if you want to cook your own food. It has it’s own parking in a building that’s under video surveillance. Definitely would recommend! Everything was fine.
