• conor (5/5): Definitely, not value for money and one I would avoid. Much better accommodation nearby! - Disappointing overall. Nothing actually worth reporting as a 'like' The location whilst accessible suffered very noisy conditions late at night due to adjacent venues so impeded sleep. Not good. There was no hot shower despite requests to sort the issue, nor any flowing tap water in the sink! Again, not acceptable. Breakfast was poor overall. Limited choice, poor quality and definitely not as expected. Overall, would not visit this accommodation again, there is much better quality and priced accommodation nearby that I'd revert to stay.

• Mugai (4/5): A lot needs to be done to improve the hotel. - Most of staff are very nice and friendly. Special thanks to Njeri the manager very professional and fixed every complain we had the following day. She is the reason I stayed I wanted to check out look for another hotel. Also appreciate Yaa the waiter very friendly,Irene at front desk she did her best when we checked in with nothing work, also appreciate the housekeeping lady very nice and friendly. The hotel location perfect. I like their breakfast. Upon checking ac and fun not working, was given one bed instead of two because the hoteI staff believe if there are two people it's always a couple had room change unfortunately one of the mattress was terrible they changed it the following day, there was no hot shower but fixed the following day,the tv not working they changed it the following day.There were no bathroom mat so the water was flooding on the floor but they brought one after informing the front desk.The pool needs to be cleaned doesn't look good. Peter was very defensive when we told him about the problems we encountered almost blaming us we didn't tell them we were two women when we made the reservation to him when two people book a room he believes it's a man and a woman.

• Gakunju (1/5): Worst experience - The location is very convenient. 1.No remote for the tv 2.Room telephone not working,had to spend my airtime to make enquiries or place order. 3.Non of the staff bothered to take me through the guests convinence and what the guest list is like. 4.During check out they did not offer me a place to freshen up as I had left very early in the morning for meetings. When I came back I was directed to the swimming pool facilities where they turned off the water in the shower so I did not even freshen up. 5.On my second night my food took 2hours and it's a la carte.on enquiries they told me they are busy and I have to wait. For a hospitality Professional like me I dare not recommend anyone who is either a professional or into value for money in this establishment.They need to operate like a hotel with professional staff otherwise they are just out of business. As for in dining they offer you what they want not what the guest wants.I wonder if they even consider guests with Allergens and who are food intolerant. For breakfast I do not take tea or coffee or hot beverages in a place like the Coast but requested instead to have water and I was charged water all through during my breakfast .I thought they should complement and substitute. Out of ten I give 2

• Kuti (6/5): Pleasant - The location is central. Room was tidy, big enough, cleaned daily, AC, fan, hot water worked. Value for money. The breakfast was written as buffet. It is misleading. Just a modest one, egg different style, a small sausage, toast, tea, a small glass of juice and a small plate of fruits. Perhaps they have buffet only when there are many guests in peak season. The rooftop pool is useful to chill down, however must be cleaned more often. Beware of pickpockets!

When at the hotel, Ensure you Visit every smiling Mary The pool bar attendant who serves you with smiling face and kneen to details.She ensure you are comfortable and well taken care off. No complaints for the stay and definitely shall come back soon. Should slightly improve in the Room TV.
