Alessia Maria (10/5): Accoglienza mediterranea - Chrisoula è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Ci ha dato una tipologia più alta della camera e alla richiesta di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out fino a sera che saremmo ripartite, ci ha invece lasciato a disposizione la camera per tutto il resto della giornata. Era chiusura di stagione e probabilmente per questo c'è stata la possibilità ma non era assolutamente scontato. Sempre pronta ad intervenire per qualsiasi necessità. Ti senti davvero bene accolto. La zanzariera sulla porta scivolava male ma una volta capito ci si conviveva tranquillamente.

Simone (10/5): Super consigliato!! - Ottima posizione, direttamente su una delle spiagge più belle dell’isola, Agios Stefanos. Posizione molto tranquilla, vicinissima alle spiagge più famose e belle di Kos (paradise beach, Agios theologies, Agios stefanos, ecc). Centro abitato tranquillo, ma con diversi ristoranti generalmente buoni, supermarket a pochi metri. Camera spaziosa, pulita, bagno recentemente ristrutturato con doccia grande. Chrisoula è stata una host eccezionale, sempre disponibile e gentile, sempre con il sorriso. Pulizia della camera quotidiana con cambio asciugamani. Consigliatissimo!!
Miroslava (10/5): 20/10 😁 - Super lokalita, autobus priamo z letiska stoji par metrov od ubytovania. Majitelka je velmi mila a ustretova. Mali sme ranny let, prisli sme velmi skoro a poskytla nam prazdny apartman, kde sme si mohli nechat veci a prezliect sa a uzit si plaz, kym bola nasa izba pripravena. Mimochodom plaz je uzasna, pieskovo kamienkova a voda priezracna a pokojna. Velmi blizko je obchod, aj restauracie ci pozicovne aut. Toto ubytovanie odporucam vsetkymi desiatimi :) ❤️
Maria (9/5): - Nette Gastgeberin, super Lage, großer Parkplatz mit genügend kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Das Zimmer wurde auch geputzt, was uns überrascht hat. Die Duschhalterung war kaputt, das Bett hat sehr laut gequitscht, wir sind mehrmals auf der Terrasse nass geworden, da jemand über uns geputzt hat. Dafür kann die Gastgeberin nicht wirklich was, aber unsere Nachbarn im Zimmer daneben waren Kettenraucher und das ganze Apartment und die Terasse waren dadurch ständig vollgequalmt.
Ozgur (9/5): - Location and the friendly owner We booked two flats which were on two different side's of the building and we had to regularly walk from one flat to the other. One of the guest's (50+ years old German guy) put his chair blocking the way and yelled at my daughter for passing by his apartment.I am not sure what the solution could be, but it would be nice if this confrontation could be avoided.

Unit had a microwave, which i was very happy about. Listing says restaurant, but there is not. Likewise, it doesn't say laundry, but there is available.

Milan (9/5): Good value for money and a nice host. I would surely recommend it. - The location is great, near the beach. Free WiFi on the beach. Cheap umbrellas and sunbeds. Very clean, clean towels every couple of days. The host Chrisoula is a very kind and helpful person. Just minor things. The shower head was loose at first, but fixed to the end of our stay. The bathroom door is very loud when opening. The WiFI in the studio is very weak, but OK in front of it.

Annie (10/5): A truly wonderful holiday. Perfect location. Lovely beach. Christoula is an amazing host - We liked everything about our stay at Savvas Studios. Our room had a little balcony which overlooked the beautiful beach. Although the room was very compact it had everything that we needed for our 11 night stay in Kefalos. We were going to go to Kardamena and changed our mind at the last minute and boy are we glad we did! Christoula is an amazing host. Nothing is too much trouble. She is very kind and caring about all her guests. It is not a surprise that several of the guests staying while we were there had been coming year after year. It is a home from home :) There is a little supermaket a minutes walk from the apartment which was well stocked. We swam over to the little Island which is an easy swim and rang the bell on the little church. A truly wonderful holiday! Thank you Christoula - we will be back!! Annie & Simon Absolutely nothing!
Anna (10/5): Excellent location, lovely host, clean, well-stocked accommodation - Savvas Studios is a wonderful place for several reasons. The host, Chrisoula is lovely, friendly and very helpful. She works very hard to keep the place spotlessly clean. The bathroom and the kitchen were well-stocked with everything you may need. The room had enough storage at all the right places. The balcony was perfect for morning exercise and a peaceful meal, with a lovely view of the sea and the shoreline, as well as some mountains. Having a four-poster bed was fun. Chrisoula provided detailed advice on day tours to take, with a reliable company, as well as where to book the cheapest airport transfer. I would happily stay there any time and could not recommend it highly enough. Thanks, Chrisoula, for an absolutely wonderful time. I have no complaints.

The position, very near to the most beautiful beach in KOS (not to hot for the wind ) because the sand begin at the limit of the house. the price is resonable considering that near all the beach is monopolized by a very expensive resort! no way to completely darken the room during the day for have a rest (like the night).

All the equipment you would need if you wanted to cook , i chose to eat out and Savvas is ideal because you have to walk to places . The supermarket is a two minute walk away , without hesitation i would recommend and return one day .

Phaya (9/5): Superb - Nice clean room, daily cleaned by the owner Chrisoula. She is really friendly speaking and takes the time to meet and greet her guests. Sunbeds that's was previously told belonging to Savvas Studio are not free of charge :-( There is a rental fee of €10 per day and the beach is full of stones. I may recommend to visit other beaches nearby e.g. Magic Beach and you pay the same price for the sunbeds with a much better view.
Mariana (10/5): Lovely - The lady was the nicest and sweetest person ever with us, she helped us and was very helpful in everything, since the part of cleaning the room, the part of the taxis and everything. The house was very near to the beach, in one minute we could get there. We had a supermarket there, we got there in two minutes with very nice people attending us. Everyday the lady was there to clean the room and make the beds and was very nice of her. All i can say it was a lovely holiday there.

Convenience: Nearby bus stop and supermarket for easy exploration. Hospitality: The owner's warm and attentive hospitality. Facilities: Well-equipped, spacious rooms, making it an ideal family-friendly retreat.

Van (9/5): Great stay in Kos with a perfect host - We loved staying with Chrisoula. She is a great host and we felt very welcomed. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean and Chrisoula made the bed everyday and changed the towels every few days, which was not expected but a very nice service. She was always available for questions and did everything to make our trip as comfortable as possible. There was free parking, a beach next to the house and the outdoor seating area was shaded. We would definitely recommend staying here.
Nnanna (10/5): Wonderful Experience - I seriously recommend Savvas Studios to anyone coming to Kos. Chrysoula and her family received us warmly and made our stay quite memorable. Wonderful breakfast on request and helped us plan awesome activities and airport transfer. Perfect location and family friendly too! No complaints whatsoever, all facilities were in top condition!

Dina (10/5): Excellent, beautiful... Lovely. - Excellent breakfast! Chrisoula is such a wonderful person, full of energy, too kind, she cleans every day and cares for her guests. She helped us a lot and made our vacation even more interesting. Location in Kefalos is the best! Peacful, quiet and very authentic. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and markets and also the most beautiful beaches are in Kefalos and near Savvas studios. Hills and wild nature are also near.

We went there for 10 days with kids and it was great! - Chrisoula as other reviews stated is the most helpful and friendly person you could hope to meet on your holiday. She went extra mile to help you where she could. The place is just a short walk from the nice beach, there are plenty restaurants around to eat out and a little supermarket with very helpful staff open 24h around the clock.

Elif (9/5): Superb - Our room was better than we expected. It is quite, well and new equipmented. Place has a playground which is really nice for little ones. Kitchen is nice. Equipments are new, clean and useful. There is a nice market nearby. Our room is cleaned every day. Chrisoula is a perfect host. We felt her like one of the family. She responded quickly to our requests. We loved the places we went with her advices.

Marko (9/5): Superb - It is the top location in Kefalos. The hosts are lovely, as my son said: "That lady Chrisoula is very nice." The studio was clean and well kept with an exit to a padio. The sandy beach is a stonethrow away, as is supermarket, bus station and car rental service.

Kemal (10/5): Can a property owner make your stay better = definetely... - The owner is an extraordinary lady who will help you with anything you need. One of the most positive person we have ever meet. The property is extremely close to the beach espicially great if you are windsurfing. Cleaned daily, very decent vs the price you pay. It has everything you need.
