• Remo (8/5): Gur, aber verbesserungsfähig. - Lage im Stadtzentrum. Sehr enge Verhältnisse im Bad. Viel zu kleines Waschbecken, Dusche ohne Ablage, keine Wandhaken. Man stroßt überall an.

• Erika (7/5): - Blízko centra, blízko vlakovej stanice, skvelá dostupnosť, jasné inštrukcie k ubytovaniu. Všetko bolo jasné, izba bola veľká, vybavená TV, Wifi... Podlaha bola trochu špinavá a uteráky smrdeli. Posteľ extrémne vŕzgala, mala polámané časti a dosť sa kývala. Chýbal nám sušiak alebo držiak na uteráky.
• terry (8/5): Decent location but think carefully before selecting - The apartment was modern and really good value, comparatively speaking, and considering how central it is. Everything was very clean, and we enjoyed an early check-in, although the standard 4pm check-in is ludicrously late The immediate area is really quite dodgy, 3 minutes from the train station which is full of drunks, and just off a slightly creepy square. Extremely noisy. Think carefully if you're a solo traveller. Took them ages to answer a basic question and they ignored another.. Curtains in one apartment were far too small, so I felt very exposed and was awoken early by the sun.

• Bernadett (1/5): Csalódás az ilyen vendéglátás. - Jó volt az elhelyezkedés. Nagyon puritán, csak ágy és asztal volt. Kávéfőző nem volt, a képekkel ellentétben. Hiányzik egy kanapé, ahova le lehet ülni kényelmesen. Egy db kiskanál volt, mi 3-an voltunk. A szállásadó elérhetetlen volt, nem válaszolt az üzenetekre, egyikre sem, pedig ottfelejtettem egy csomagot és nem hívott vissza, nem üzent, stb.

• Jan (7/5): - Lokalita a výhled z okna, fajn byt. Snídaně v chodbě. Snídaně byla bohatá, to jo, ale v chodbě u únikového schodiště bez oken,s ledničkou na zámek,za závěsem mříž a za ní děsivá figurína v hipsterském sekáči....Trochu jak epizoda z Black Mirror nebo The Ring. Ale jo,to byl aspoň nevšední zážitek,takový Brněnský. Bizár fajn, ale asi bych za ty peníze čekal o trošku lepší standard. Nefungoval výtah do 6tého patra.
• Marcela (1/5): Velké zklamání jak z pokoje, tak přístupu paní se kterou jsme reklamaci konzultovali. - Byli jsme ubytováni v podkroví v 6 patře s nefunkčním výtahem a teplotou 14,8 stupňů celsia v pokoji,jelikož radiátor byl vypnutý, přestože věděli, že přijedeme.Byli jsme nuceni spát v zimních bundách. Jako přikrývka tam byla připravena povlečena obyčejná deka.

• Giovanni34567 (9/5): - Výborná lokace ubytování, vstup přes kódy, klidné okolí, drobné doplňky jako čaje a káva. Bohužel v půlce pobytu přestal fungovat výtah a chodit do 6.patra tak nebylo zrovna nejpříjemnější.

• Anna (2/5): nehodí se pro osoby , které nemají chytrý mobil - Snídani jsme neměli i když jsme jí měli zaplacenou měla být do 10 hod. a v 8.30 hod již nic nebylo a nikdo již nic nedoplnil (z pečiva tam byl pouze toust ) v lednici, která byla na kód byl prázdný tác a trošku zeleniny ,nádoby od vajíček a párku byly zcela prázdné. Telefon nám již nikdo nevzal, ani další den.

The bathroom was cold as well and the fridge had a bad smell. The lift did not go to the 6th floor. I was scared someone would stab me in the alley where entrance is located

• Dana (8/5): Fin sentralt sted - Beliggenhet er perfekt! Det som var negativ var at i det første leiligheten fungerte ikke varmen og hele leiligheten var kald. Jeg måtte flytte til et annen leilighet hvor alt var OK

• Brian (8/5): Sympa. Pratique. - J’ai eu un petit souci avec la chambre et j’ai téléphoné le lendemain et la réaction était immédiate, sympathique et efficace. Impressionnant. Le bémol de la situation, c’est que l’appartement se trouve sur une petite place intime ou les gens ont tendance à se rencontrer. Le soir, surtout le weekend, s’y rendent pour socialiser. Pendant la journée, les enfants peuvent jouer sans danger et le soir il y a des groupes qui se réunissent pour boire, faisant beaucoup de bruit, surtout le week-end et parfois jusqu’à très tard. Bien sûr, cela n’est pas du tout la faute de l’établissement.
• JM (7/5): Buen alojamiento, para repetir. - Limpieza, amplitud, vistas y ubicación. El ascensor no funcionaba hasta la 6 planta, último piso subir por las escaleras. Faltan cortinas en el comedor, no puedes cubrite del sol mientras comes. Poca calefacción, un poco de frío a nuestro parecer, en el baño no hay calefacción.
• Kateřina (10/5): Skvělý pobyt - Pobyt v apartmánu byl skvělý, výborná lokalita v centru Brna, krásný výhled, velice nadstandardně vybavený a vše čisté. Příjemný a vstřícný přístup personálu, vždy připravený pomoci. Jednoduchý přístup pomocí kódu. Během pobytu se nestalo nic, co bych hodnotila negativně.

• Petr (7/5): - Blízko nádraží. V koupelně chybějící věšák na osušku, chybějící polička na mýdlo ve sprše, vypnuté topení v koupelně a větrák spuštěný současně se světlem.
• FSzilvia (8/5): Kedvező elhelyezkedésű és jó minőségű szállás városnézéshez - Belvárosi környéken a legtöbb látnivaló, a vasútállomás és a színház alatti mélygarázs is sétatávolságban van az apartmantól. Forgalomtól elzárt utcákon éjszaka nyugalom van, az ablakok jól szigetelnek, és az 5. emeleti szobánkból remek volt a kilátás. A kódos bejutás és az online check-in egyszerűen és jól működött. A reggeli választéka és minősége is rendben volt. Az apartman felszereltsége a konyhában bőséges, a szobában és a fürdőszobában funkcionálisan alapszintű, és minden tiszta volt. A reggelizőhelyiségben csak 2 kicsi asztal van, egyszerre 4 vendég tud leülni. Az 1. emeleti büféasztaltól a 6 emeletes épület szobáiba liftezni étellel-itallal nem túl komfortos. Mi 1 éjszakát töltöttünk itt, és épp szerencsénk volt, lett asztalunk, de többen a lépcsőház lépcsőjén ülve ettek. Ezt foglaláskor nem láttuk sehol leírva, csak érkezéskor kaptuk a tájékoztatást.
• Žaneta (3/5): Nefungující topení, nefungující výtah, nedostatečné řešení provozovatelem - Perfektní umístění, čisté, hezky zařízené. Výtah nejel do 6. patra, kde byl pokoj. Nikdo na to předem neupozornil. Při příchodu na pokoj byla zima, opakovaně jsme prosili majitele o nápravu. 3x přišli technici topení opravit, ani jednou to nepomohlo. Žádali jsme o zapůjčení přímotopu, což při první hovoru sama provozovatelka nabídla, ale po žádosti o něj se již nikdo neozval. Ráno byla opět velká zima.

• Anelia (10/5): Great stay in a perfect location - Fantastic experience at a top location! Everything was clean, cozy, and super convenient. Just a few small things I missed — for example, in the shower the curtain kept sticking to me, so maybe adding a glass door would be nicer. It’d also be great to have a small towel dryer and a few extra hooks in the bathroom. But honestly, those are tiny details and didn’t affect my overall great stay!

• Eva (8/5): Für 1 Nacht wieder - Super Lage! Neu renoviertes Appartement Absolut keine Reaktion trotz mehrfacher Fragen zur Anreise. Infos gibt es erst am Anreisetag (Detailinfos und Zutrittscodes), aber sie kamen immerhin. Frühstück ist überschaubar (für uns ausreichend) und muss vom 1.Stock ins Appartement gebracht werden. Heizung kalt, "Warmwasser" leider auch

• Antonín (8/5): - Ubytování bylo čisté a s krásným výhledem. Základu nábytkem hezky vybavené ale velmi strohé. Ačkoliv je byt ve 4 patře je dostupný výtahem. Pozitivní je i možnost zajištění snídaně, které u apartmánů rozhodně nebývá běžná. Nedostaečné bylo vybavení kuchyně zde se nacházelo nezbytné minimimum nádobí. Doporučovali bychom doplnit o nějakou konvici/frenchpress, sítko, sleničky/hrnečky ve více velikostech. V principu nic co by bylo zásadní ale zpříjemnilo by to užívání. Obdobně v koupelně nebylo kam odložit/pověsit ručníky.

• maria teresa (7/5): - Da localização. Estava bem equipado para 1 noite. Do pequeno almoço. Era servido num cubículo que tinha apenas uma mesa encostada a parede, nem sequer dava para todas as pessoas se sentarem. Éramos 3 e como apareceu mais um cliente tivemos de utilizar todos a mesma mesa e um de nós ficou de pé. Nao recomendo q reservem pequeno almoço. O elevador nao funcionava e ninguém avisou, pelo q tivemos de carregar as malas à pé. Descobrimos mais tarde q apenas não funcionava para o piso 6 e que poderíamos ter marcado o piso 5.

• Kinga (4/5): Not recommended - Localization There was no air conditioning, and the room was at the top of the building, so it was incredibly hot. We couldn't open the windows because it was so noisy outside, so we couldn't sleep. Some information about parking would be appreciated.

• Mecki92 (5/5): Apartment i.O., Kommunikation/ Orga Katastrophal - Die Wohnung war sauber, Aufzug ging. Lage nahe des Bahnhofes. Zentrale lage Die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin sehr schwierig, teilweise keine oder sehr verzögert Antworten erhalten. Während des Aufenthalts sollte das Apartment aufgrund eines fadenscheinigen Grund gewechselt werden, das andere war jedoch noch belegt. Frühstück für 200Czk nicht empfehlenswert... Die Organisation war ehr katastrophal...

• Annie H. (10/5): Happy with the stay - I was very happy with everything. Only thing that was not ideal was the fact that I stayed here for what was probably yhe warmest time of the year, with only a fan to help against the heat. But honestly that is all on me.
• P. (8/5): - Výhled, zařízení, ticho, soukromí, snaha rozvinout jednoduchý self check-in a check out. Mimo to, že všechno klaplo a bylo to super, hezké a příjemné, jsou nějaké detaily k vylepšení - čistě technického rázu...zatím self check-in i check-out nefungoval dost intuitivně, museli jsme kontaktovat personál. Chytré dveře na kódík nejsou tak intuitivně ovladatelné, jak by se dalo čekat...budova samá se hledá dobře, ale na dveře nedali žádný nápis, že se jedná o kýžený hotel. Ale jsou to jen detaily k vylepšení. Stačilo by vylepit u každých dveří do apartmánu návod a na vstupní dveře nalepit A4 se jménem hotelu.

• Kamila (8/5): Very good - location - proximity to the main train station the hosts seem to either not be well coordinated or they were having some troubles and we had some miscommunication regarding the breakfast
• Elisabeth (8/5): Lovely - The view in this corner apartment is beautiful! The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but good. I like being able to access my Netflix account on the TV. I didn't cook, but there is a separate kitchen, which would be great for a longer stay. The bathroom is small and awkward with only one small towel hook. There is one plug by the bed, so it was either plug in my phone there or the lamp overnight.
• Hana (9/5): Simple room in the city centre. - Great location in the city center, close to the train station and public transport hub. Simple room with a private shower and toilet. Good value for the price, with breakfast included.

Good for solo trip. - Amazing location on the high street, right above some café's and nearby a city square that has shops and supermarkets. Short distance from train station too. Room was comfortable and spacious, clean and tidy. Seems to be newly decorated, furnishings are simple but functional. Kitchen had just enough equipment for a simple dinner and all the necessary supplies to clean up afterwards. A nice little apartment. I am rating this a 7 as for most people I think that's representative, but for me personally it is a 6. -Online check-in sucks. No possibility of storing your bag there early, very expensive to do an early check-in and the host was slow to answer texts, make sure you contact them on WhatsApp not Booking.com chat. -Shower. As a tall guy the shower was ridiculously uncomfortable and a pain to use as the area is small and the shower head is not height adjustable. -Bed. Okay for me, but I can sleep happily on rocks. I know plenty of people who would have found it a little uncomfortable. -No bin in the bathroom, simple point but would be nice so you don't have to run out to the kitchen. -Building work. Did not bother me as it was only during the day and I was out, but it may bother some people and was definitely quite loud, however I don't include that in my overall rating as it is mentioned by the host.

• Alicja (8/5): Very good - Great location, spacious and clean apartment :) The room was a bit too cold so it was hard to fall asleep at night (especially on cold winter night) and we were missing hangers for the towels in the bathroom. Also we did face some issues with the entrance code, however this was fixed very quickly (great communication with the owner).

• Christopher (4/5): Disappointing - No hot water in the shower when l arrived. After one day l was moved to another apartment. Only one circle on the hob worked then that gave out too. They told me that of three saucepans initially provided only one could be used. The code on the downstairs door stopped working so l insisted on getting a key. No washing machine in the second apartment but at least the shower was fine. I politely suggested a partial refund might be appropriate but heard nothing back. Not recommended
