• Andreina (8/5): Pero en general todo estuvo excelente - La atención del anfitrión fue excepcional me dio todas las indicaciones necesarias y llegamos perfectamente al alojamiento, estaba muy buen ubicado el sitio. El colchón de la cama era muy fino, las puertas y las ventanas son bastantes antiguas y al edificio le falta mantenimiento

Camere cu caracter, patul f comod, comunicare facila cu proprietarul. Ca si minus ar putea fi presiunea un pic scazuta la dus dar ne-am descurcat. Am veni si a doua oara.

• Jonathan (9/5): - PrimeQ is in a nice quiet residential block, with two separate apartments behind the front door access. I've stayed in both now and both are quiet, well maintained and clean. Access is simple and codes for the main access door and the door to the apartment are given in advance, so there is no need to meet anyone to gain access. All in all a great experience and it is only a 5 minute walk from Budapest Nyugati station.

• Michal (4/5): Špinavé ubytování s flegmatickou majitelkou. - Poloha dobrá, kousek od nádraží, stanice metra i zastávky tramvaje. V okolí Penny, Spar a Tesco. Ostatní obchody jsou také blízko. Pěšky i do centra města. Apartmán byl neuklizený, stará špína v místě kde se nechodí. Po zemi se válely vlasy a špína. Při setření podlahy čistým ubrouskem byl okamžitě špinavý. Předložka v koupelně opět byla již použitá. Prkénko na WC bylo prasklé, špinavé stěny. Špinavý sprchový kout. Nejhorší bylo špinavé prostěradlo od předchozího uživatele. Majitelka apartmánu po zaslání fotek reagovala, že to není možné. Ale bylo. Takovou špínu v apartmánu jsem už dlouho nezažil. Zadarmo je to drahé.

• Stefania (9/5): Un fine settimana a Budapest - Bell'appartamento in una zona servitissima. Comodo da raggiungere con la metro. Presente una macchina del caffè americano, un tostapane, un bollitore, un frigo, un microonde e delle Pentole con un piccolo piano a induzione. Comunicazione rapida con il proprietario. Mancavano cuscini extra, era presente solo l'asciugamano doccia e non quello per le mani. La pulizia, specie in bagno, non era delle migliori.

• András (9/5): - There were two remote controls. The battery in one of them wasn’t working, so it was a bit inconvenient having to swap the battery over whenever you wanted to use the other remote. Aside from that, everything else was great — I’d happily recommend the place to others.
• Jana (8/5): - It's a nice apartment with a good location near Parlament. The communication was awful. We could not get into the apartment because the instructions were wrong. Similar thing happened when we were leaving, again we didn't have proper information.

• Angelina (7/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich top – zentral gelegen, alles gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer selbst ist klein, aber süß und grundsätzlich ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos über Selbst-Check-in, was sehr unkompliziert war. Besonders nett: Da es während meines Aufenthalts sehr warm war, hat der Gastgeber freundlicherweise einen Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt – ein Pluspunkt! Allerdings gibt es auch einige Kritikpunkte: Wer plant, im Zimmer zu kochen, sollte wissen, dass kein Herd vorhanden ist – nur eine Mikrowelle und ein Wasserkocher. Für Selbstversorger ist das eher ungeeignet. Was leider wirklich negativ aufgefallen ist, war die Sauberkeit: Spinnweben an einigen Stellen und am letzten Tag sogar eine Kakerlake im Abfluss der Dusche – das sollte definitiv verbessert werden. Auch das Bett war sehr unbequem, und das Apartment ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig, was den Schlaf beeinträchtigen kann. Insgesamt also eine Unterkunft mit toller Lage und nettem Gastgeber, aber bei Komfort und Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben.

• giorgi (6/5): it was not so bad but i would not book it again - the location sheets were dorty and stained, we couldnt sleep in bed on the first night. after we called host they said its not dirty and refused to admit but still left clean sheets at the door

• Emin (5/5): Appartement bien situé et calme, mais qui mériterait un peu de ménage et un rafraîchissement. - L'appartement est dans un quartier très bien situé, à proximité des bus, trams et métros. L'appartement donne sur une cour intérieur, il est donc très calme. On entend cependant parfois les voisins de l'autre logement. Le matelas est très fin et donc peu confortable. L'appartement était sale, il y avait de la poussière et des cheveux, même un insecte ressemblant à un cafard à notre arrivée. L'appartement mériterait un petit rafraichissement, les peintures s'enlèvent notamment. Il n'y avait également plus de gel douche à notre arrivée.

• Louka (9/5): - Ruime kamer in een rustige buurt dichtbij een metrostation. Geen last van geluidsoverlast gehad en wij sliepen met het raam open. We waren er heel blij mee! Keuken heeft 1 vuurtje, 2 kookpotten en 1 pan, perfect dus voor eenpansgerechten. Het snijmes was bot en de punt was om geplooid, dit vermoeilijkde het snijden enigzins. Ook was er geen dampkamp aanwezig waardoor we alles moesten openzetten zodat de kookdampen niet al te hard zouden blijven hangen..

• Martina (3/5): Rude host, unfunctional toilet, not a great stay! - Location is great, buses, metro and trams stops are really close The apartment itself looks and feels ok The toilet was broken when we arrived, it didn't flush at all. We contacted the host and well... First of all he told us, that the plumber could only arrive on the last day of our stay. Then he sugested using a "bucket" to flush, but the apartment had no actual bucket, only the inner part of a trashcan. So we had to use that. It was small and we had to use it multiple times just to fully flush! When we told the host that this is unaccpetable, he told us that people were flushing like this for hundreds of yeard - yes, but fully paid for an apartment with a working toilet! He then said that he could easily say that we were the ones who broke the toilet - threating and accusing us of something we cleay didn't do! He tried to convince us to give him a good review in exchange for a discount - we thought that was really shady and we declined and contacted booking and now we are dealing with a formal report. To make it worse, the apartment could be cleaner. There were cobwebs in multiple places, dried noodles in a cupboard and some hair in the shower. On the last day of our stay we saw one cockroach in the bathroom. While we understand that this is something that can happen anywhere and it might sometines be impossible to keep insects outside, given the context of the other stuff, it certainly didn't feel great! I really wouldn't reccomend this apartment, because after going more thoroughly through the reviews, it seems the toilet issue is happening repeatedly in the apartment...

• Malgorzata (6/5): No natural light - Location, easy to get in, very clear instructions and good contact with the owner before arrival. Kind people living in the building. Rather clean and modern interior. Very dark. There is NO natural light in the apartment - the blinds didn't fully open and even if they did, the window is facing a dark courtyard (and zero privacy). Very strict check in and check out time. The price is too high for an apartment with no light.

• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - The location was pretty close to Danube and restaurants. 1. There was no air conditioning and in July was very hot. We needed to sleep with windows open. 2. The bathroom has no ventilation and no windoow. We had to ventilate the bathroom only through the room. 3. The shower cabin leaks water when you take a bath, and we didn't have a mop to clean the water in the bathroom.
• Alicia (8/5): Nice spacious apartment but needs work - Room was nicely presented and very clean. Lots of space. Location was great, nice and quiet and walking distance to everywhere, especially the trains. No aircon, we knew this booking but it did say there would be a fan. No fan. Contacted host, no reply and sent another message, we finally got through. He said he would bring one the day we checked out. So hopefully the next people got a fan, otherwise he probably says that to everyone. The bathroom was ok but the shower kept leaking all over the floor, it became a huge puddle, and bathroom had no fan or little ventilation. Couldn't get TV to work, some instructions would be nice. Some guy who wanted to check our toilet entered the apartment, even though we had reported no issues. Fine to sleep with window open but doesn't help much with heat and very loud with trucks in morning.

We let the lanlord know, but he mentioned there was a significant issue they couldn't fix. He suggested we use a bag, which just doesn't make sense. I believe access to a functioning toilet is a basic necessity, and we should have been informed about this sooner.
• Brendon (10/5): Our accommodation was everything and more. Edwina is a QUEEN host! In a class of her own. - WOW! We had one of the most positive travel experiences this weekend. Malta was spectacular...our accommodation was incredible...the sites, the food, the people, the history...all fabulous! As we had used a hire car, this meant parking challenges. However, we always managed to find something! It's difficult to find fault with anything :)

• Illés (5/5): Nice apartment, but very hot in the summer - A decent sized apartment in a very good location. It was obvious that the flat had been decorated with care, the bed was quite comfortable. The huge issue, and the core reason for the low rating, is that this apartment should not be rented during the summer time. There is no air conditioning, and due to the fact that the sleeping room is on the first floor close to a very busy street (Nagykörút) opening the window is not an option. (yes I know we should not have rented something without aircon in the summer). It is also a bit cheap, that the kitchen lacks any coffee machine.
• Aythami (1/5): Unprofessional behaviour. - The owner didn't show up, didn't give me instructions for self-check in, and I was left at the street after an 8 hours long trip with two bags, no accommodation, and minus 60 euros. What a shame.
• Marvin (9/5): Nice apartment in a good location - Very friendly host, location was pretty good (close to tram, train, stores, restaurants, donau,..) Apartment has much space, TV and kitchen/electronic devices work properly.
• Leslie (8/5): Great location - Great location near a station and walkable distance from the parliament and other attractions. The bathroom is modern and the apartment nice and cozy, despite being in an old building. The entrance of the building can look a little creepy, especially when entering at night, but that seems to be quite normal in central Budapest. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, enough to cook for two. One side of the bed was so creaky that it kept waking us up all through the night. The other side was fine.
• Gvantsa (7/5): Good - the apartment was definitely clean; the bed linen, towels, and bathroom were clean. Also, location was quite good. I did not like the fact that the apartment window only faced the building's balcony. We could not tell what the weather was like. There was a second window with a view that resembled a scene from a horror movie. We stayed in the apartment for only two nights, and the host asked me to leave the apartment key on the second day so that he could make duplicate of it. He was asking what time we would be out of the house during the day so he could take the key and then bring it back. When I said that we didn't have a fixed schedule and this was inconvenient for us, he couldn't understand what I was talking about. I think the host should not bother guests with such issues.

• Tea (10/5): Overall pleasant experience and would highly recommend. - Location was really good, not a far walking distance from sightseeing places and close bus and tram stations for larger distances. The appartment was spaceous, we had we could ask for: Towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, glasses, pots and pans... For the price we paid we got more than enough. Heating didn't work during the day, but we aren't sure if that is just the Hungarian heating system. Induction plate wasn't the easiest to use.
• Gusat (7/5): Good - - Location was ok. - Host is a nice person. - During cold time they have a good heater. It was not necessary to request extra heating machine. - Beds and pillow are comfortable. In one of the apparent the sink was dirty from the mop. But this sometimes happen.
