No complaints, the photos reflect the unit had a washing machine and dryer but it did not. Let the owner know and she was very responsive and said she would the photo of that asap.

I almost do not want to recommend too much because I would hate for this place to be booked the next time I come to town! LOL! In all seriousness the location is close to everything you need it to be. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. Do yourself a favor, before you look at booking one of the "choice" hotels in town, give Urban Cottages a try. You will never stay at another normal hotel in Little Rock again. Pillows were a bit flat for my liking but that is just personal preference. I know better than to leave my personal pillow at home. Lesson learned.

• Rakow (10/5): Clean, cozy, and comfortable - The cottage was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was exactly where my partner and I needed to be for the weekend. I have been to many places that say they are “pet friendly” but provide no space for those pets to be cared for, this place was not only pet friendly, but pet welcoming. The yard was lovely and well maintained, and the owner was just a wonderful woman.

Great sheets and pillows. Very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice. The living area was a little warm during the day. I'm not sure there was an A/C in that room but the bedroom was nice and cool.

• Windland (10/5): If you’re looking for a unique neighborhood with circa 1920s style close to one of the coolest areas of Little Rock this - The location is great! It’s a quick drive to the Soma District and within 10 minutes of everything. The property is super cute and I loved the living area with the patio doors overlooking a beautiful courtyard. I would add a footstool in the living area for the loveseat.

The host was able to accommodate my request for an early check-in. She recommended local areas of interest such as the Art Museum and the SoMa district. I would definitely stay here again. Supply bug spray - the mosquitoes are bad. To enjoy the outdoor space, it's needed. Or provide a warning to pack some.

• Charles (10/5): Beautiful historic cottage and great amenities for a very reasonable price. - I wanted to treat my wife to a stay at a really nice historic home. She loved it. Everything about it was beautiful & the amenities were beyond our expectations, from the breakfast to the ultra-soft robes. Considering the size, charm and near downtown location, the price was incredibly reasonable, less than we would have paid for a nearby hotel room less than half the size. I can't think of anything.

It fed my deep appreciation of cherished old homes with caretakers who have a keen eye for lovely, understated interior design. Stacie was an excellent host, and the breakfasts were delicious. I also found a great Mexican restaurant, Cinco de Mayo, a 3-minute drive.

If we stay in Little Rock again, this would be our first choice. The tub maybe had not been used in awhile. Although it was clean, when jets were turned on there was black stuff that continued to emit while attempting to use it. After the 3rd attempt on day two, we just ceased our attempts and used the shower only. It was at no fault of the BB. It happens when they sit and we understand that.
