• Andreja (7/5): Good - Lots of parking nearby, close to city center (4 stops by tram), beautiful neighborhood, lots of trees. No A/C or a fan on a day with 38°C, top floor which was literally radiating heat from everywhere. Mattress was too soft and you feel like in a jelly when laying on it. Windows were tricky to open. Bathroom has very poor ventilation. The apartment was cleaned briefly and it was obvious. Internet connection was poor.

• Domokos (3/5): Uncomfortable & disappointing - Clean + location was fine At first sight we thought it will be a cozy little apartment for our 3 days stay in Brno. Unfortunately we had to realize that was not the case. So let’s see problems. - Awkward furnishing, not practical or logical at all. Also not cozy. The apartment looked fine on the photos, but in real life the furnitures are bad quality and horribly uncomfortable, especially the sofa and the bed. - No welcome message with some information (e.g. Wifi code or check-out etc.) regarding the flat (also no welcome gift but we don’t require it). - There is no elevator in the house, so you have to climb 3 stories to get in the apartment. - Very small kitchen, dining area elsewhere in the room with a tiny round table. Chairs pretty uncomfortable and unstable. There are 4 chairs but in no way is there enough space on the table for more than 2 persons. - There is no dishwasher, microwave or oven in the kitchen, so you are unable to heat or bake your meal, however there are also not enough dishes if you want to cook something. Trash bin is way too small for a longer stay and there were no garbage bags for refill. - Bedding is very low quality. Nor the bed nor the mattress provides support for the body, lying in the bed your body starts immediately to sink which makes sleeping impossible. We had terrible back pain after the second night. The pillows were filled with little pieces of sponge (or something like that), but not with proper cushion filling, we were unable to use them as pillows. - There is a disturbing drain smell in the bathroom and the toilet almost does not flush. No vanity set, shower gel, hair dryer or flat iron in the apartment. Refill toilet paper was dirty. - There is only rain shower in the bathroom with low water-pressure in a really tight shower space, which is very unpractical. - Soundproofing on the windows is not sufficient, the noise of the street (like tram) is quite loud even during the night.
