• Hubert (9/5): Bien dormi, et un bon petit déjeuner.. - Un accuil super sympa, bonne explication pour garer la voiture sur le parking de la gare.. Un ascenseur pour l'accès au chambre. Tout est propre et bien organisé. Chambre un peu petite, mais bien suffisante pour y dormir.
• Marieke (6/5): gemiddeld, niet overdreven goed, maar ook niet slecht - ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar goed. Ligging op loopafstand van station was goed. Er was geen airco in de kamer, wel een ventilator. Het bleef 's nachts lang warm.

Parkmöglichkeit schlecht und keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Betreiber sehr unfreundlich und abweisend. In Summe nicht zu empfehlen!

• Léa (9/5): - Top, rien à redire. Arrivée tardive, mais entrée autonome avec une clé a récupérer dans une boîte a code. A 2 pas de la gare, établissement conforme à la description. Tres propre. Très pratique.
• Peter L (9/5): A very pleasant stay in a well cared-for hotel - The room was very clean and it was good value for the cost. I arrived on a Sunday and the owners were not on site so I checked in using a code which the owners had sent me - the system worked fine. The room was perfectly adequate and breakfast was very well laid out. The owners are very proud of their hotel and they were so kind - I was on a bicycle trip and needed a bike repair shop - they went out of their way to help me out. Thank you! On Sunday there are only pizza restaurants open in town which was fine. Everything was good about Hotel Hermance
• Manon (6/5): Si vous cherchez juste un endroit pour dormir, l’hôtel est correct - Les chambres sont bien ( propre et utilitaire) et la localisation est pratique ( grande proximité de la gare; 4 min à pied). Flexibilité car nous avons raté notre train et ils ont répondu à 10h du soir pour nous trouver une solution de logement alors qu'il était fermé. L'accueil manque de chaleur et de courtoisie. Après le petit-déjeuner, nous avons souhaité travailler une heure dans les espaces communs avant de prendre notre train pour Genève (vers 10h). La personne à l’accueil nous a immédiatement découragés en nous disant qu’il n’y avait pas de Wi-Fi et que nous ferions mieux d’aller dans un café. Finalement, la connexion fonctionnait parfaitement, et un panneau dans le hall indique d’ailleurs clairement que les espaces communs sont accessibles jusqu’à midi. Le lendemain, après une nuit supplémentaire, nous avons quitté la chambre à 10h15 (le check-out est à 10h) dans un hôtel quasiment vide. À peine arrivés à la réception, une autre personne nous dit : « Par contre, vous ne pouvez pas rester », sans même un bonjour. Nous souhaitions simplement rendre notre clé de chambre et demander une recommandation de café à proximité. Lorsque nous avons exprimé notre surprise, on nous a répondu que nous manquions de respect car il était 10h15 et non 10h.

Les gerants ont une attitude detestable et aucun sens du service. Pas de petit déjeuner (même pas un café) sans réservation. Tout se joue au croissant ou à la miche de pain près! Pas d'ascenseur fonctionnel ce week-end et pas d'aide pour les bagages au 4eme étage. Gerants acariâtres & antipathiques á regret.

Sans aucun charme, vieillot, chambres rikiki et mal isolées, aucune réception (boîte à clefs) mais peu de choix à Bellegarde-sur-Valserine. À l’image de cette petite ville. Mais bon, pour 75€, on ne peut pas demander la lune! N’avons pas pris notre petit déjeuner sur place, préférant aller dans un salon de thé dans le centre.

Simple rooms but had everything I needed for my three-night stay including a fan which was welcome as it was very hot. Spotlessly clean. I would certainly recommend for a stay in Bellegarde.

The hotel is functional and clean and the service at reception is very good. The breakfast was excellent and worth the money. it was all fine. A kettle to make a cup of coffee in the room would be a welcome addition.

Maggie checked us in and explained everything, she spoke English which made it easier for us! Yes the room was tiny, but it was fine for our night there. It was extremely clean. A continental breakfast was served, it had all the usual foods which we enjoy. We definitely recommend Hôtel Hermance.
