• nichoukette (6/5): Hôtes fantomes, description et photos édulcorées - Appartement grand et confortable, situé pas trop loin des restaurants, accessibles par une belle balade sur le front de mer. De l'intérieur, très bien insonorisé des bruits extérieurs, on n'entend pas vraiment les avions. Très grand lit et armoire très pratique. Terrasse appréciable malgré un coussin de chaise troué laissant s'échapper la mousse, si on n'est pas dérangé par le vacarme d'en face... Plage bondée juste devant, il ne faut pas hésiter à aller sur la gauche ou la droite. Parking possible au pied de la résidence. Très bien insonorisé des bruits extérieurs mais on entend les gens des étages supérieurs qui ne font rien pour être discrets. Il est écrit "cheminée barbecue" sur la confirmation de résa mais en fait c'est réservé aux 2 appartements situés en contrebas devant les 2 portails (fermés à clé) donnant sur la rue. Et comme on ne peut accéder à cet endroit de l'intérieur de la résidence... On lit "articles de toilettes gratuits" sauf qu'il n'y en a aucun. Pas plus qu'il n'y a de café ou thé, ni même une petite bouteille d'eau au réfrigérateur ou quelques bonbons d'accueil. RIEN. Bar juste devant le balcon, très bruyant le soir et, cerise sur le gâteau, parc pour enfants collé à cet établissement (et inexistant sur les photos). Clim dans le salon donc on laisse la porte de la chambre ouverte ou on meurt de chaud. Mauvaise communication des hôtes, que nous n'avons pas croisés. J'ai posé une question lors de ma réservation mais j'ai dû renvoyer un mail après plusieurs jours pour savoir si elle était bien validée, vu que pas de retour (là j'ai presque eu de la chance, m'ont dit que c'était ok). Ensuite plus rien jusqu'au matin du jour J 8h, où on nous questionne sur l'heure d'arrivée. On répond dans la foulée en demandant quand c'est possible et comment on procède : aucune réaction. Nous avons dû téléphoner une fois plantés devant de la porte de la résidence pour savoir comment récupérer les clés, qui en fait étaient cachées derrière un pot. On nous a dit à cet après-midi mais nous n'avons vu personne et heureusement qu'on n'a pas attendu jusqu'au soir : on a compris que personne n'était venu suite à la réception d'un message (alors que nous étions déjà à l'aéroport pour le retour), nous disant que comme ils n'avaient pas pu venir nous voir ils fallait qu'on leur laisse nos informations de passeports pour nous enregistrer.

Very well situated for airport, literally just a few minutes away. The apartment was perfect for our purposes, it was clean and comfortable. The host was very welcoming and met us on our arrival. Right by the sea and some lovely restaurants nearby. Would recommend Konoba Intrada restaurant.

Old photo - Apt View now a childs playground & business w late night music - The Banner photo of the ocean view is an old photo that mis-represents the current status. The area has been developed and a busy child's playground and entertainment / food business are what occupies the main view. Most days of our stay experienced late night loud music.

• Казак (8/5): Decent apartments for an adequate price - Good afternoon. We stayed in this apartment in room 2 on the ground floor. Almost everything was fine, but it would have been even better if the ants had not crawled into the kitchen from the crack in the corner of the window. Insects everywhere are definitely upsetting us. Although the children were fine, they crushed them with balls, and they had fun. And one more note: it's time to replace the mattress on the bed, he sagged and was already very tired. Other than that, there are no comments. This is a nice apartment with a great location, it is possible that we will come back here again.

We ended up arriving an hour later then we thought due to traffic on the jadranska magistrala and to find them both waiting for us upon our arrival gave us a warm welcome. Jasminka's husband helped us bring in our luggage and gifted my 3 boys a large Coca Cola bottle which we were not able to consume since we had to depart the following morning. He also said anything we need please ask and which we did so we are thankful for that. It would have been great to have the wifi and password readily available as it wasn't. Another thing is I normally don't read my emails while on vacation and with that being said communication could have been better if they were to have given me a cell number to reach earlier on.
