- Tjasa (1/5): COMPLETE SCAM. FRAUD. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! - The breakfast is very good. Mother is a very good cook. Also the place, the nature is nice. The owners are COMPLETE SCAMMERS, FRAUDSTERS. I book a 204 sqft room with a desk, because I am writing and I was very much looking forward to. Hard to get there as it is in the middle of nowhere. Downhill from the main road, then a gravel road. And then I paid and they showed me the room and I got A SHOCK! It was not a 204 sqft room with a desk. No. It was a little 30 sqft room next to the kitchen. Like A MAID'S ROOM or a BROOM ROOM. And they said: "THIS IS YOUR ROOM. IF YOU WANT BIGGER YOU PAY MORE!" WHAT A SCAM! TOTAL FRAUD! They also said: "You must not read text description of the room. YOU MUST ONLY LOOK AT THE PICTURE!" Yes, right! Tell it to Booking.com. They did, Booking.com can see it in our text messages. I showed them my reservation for a 204 sqft room. At that point they gave me a slightly bigger room, 40 sqft, but still a far cry from a 204 sqft room! I told them I want my 204 sqft room I booked and paid for. Nothing! Next morning I woke up tired as I had to keep the windows closed at night as the room had no mosqito netting on the windows and a 4sqm room - 40 sqft room is small and gets bad air inside if windows can not be opened. So, you wake up tired! I planed to do a lot of writing but then I spent 4 days tired and I have done no work. WHICH IS A LOSS! During the following days I asked them more times when can I shift into my 204 sqft room. Nothing! They did not want to hear nothing about it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I ALSO THINK THEY SHOULD NOT BE ON BOOKING.COM. I invite Booking.com to read the text messages I had with them. In the end I asked 3 more days of stay for free, which was little in comperison to the scam and how much I lost. 40 sqft room means the delivered 20% of what their obligations were, 80% THEY DID NOT DELIVER! Plus, now me needing to write reports in order to recover my lost money. It is taxing! BUT I REPEAT: I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

All the doubts were cleared by the property owner with a smiley face regarding the trip (nearby places). Morning breakfast is very good. Owners take care of our family members from check-in time into check-out time. I strongly recommend this property for staying. Thank you. Nothing

- S (3/5): didn't reach out expectations. It was awful. Not worth the money. - For our luck the place at that time had only less than 3 guests so got a bit of privacy for ourselves.but the attitude of the caretakers were not pleasent. And there were no proper number of blankets avilable and a hell lot of mosquitoes. Even us found the stay not that pleasent so it is definitely not at all recommended to family or couples, also for the reason that there may be many other guests there as well checking in at late nights, so recommended only for solo travellers or backpackers if you get it at much lesser price than listed. Or it's not worth it. The location is a bit tricky but can manage but we didn't had that much privacy.The main door of the house was told to be kept open 24×7 and any guests can arrive at any time of the day so basically you don't get any exclusive access to hall or kitchen or anything except the given room. There is no kitchen facility avilable and the bathrooms that are on the outside of the house are more cleaner than the ones inside and only one room had proper ventilation and others were cluttered and suffocating. When we talked about the privacy concerns they told us to book the other rooms as well or they can't guarantee anything. So it's a risk and you might have to stay in the room itself not going even to the hall.

- Sameer (4/5): Disappointing - The house is a beautiful traditional building surrounded by greenery. It is kept neat and clean. The rooms are large and spacious. The location is hard to find (not as it shows on Google maps). The beds did not have blankets and there was no hot water for bathing.
